Negative experience: I tried aspen again after a botched root canal. Horrible experience again. Called and was told over the phone that they could do a tooth extraction. Sat there for an hour and then made me get X-rays which I had to pay for before I was told they have one person who does the tooth extractions and he comes once a month. I wouldn’t go to an Aspen location again if you paid me. Paid $29 to tell me what I know and did nothing.

Fantastic experience: Cracked a molar on a Monday. Tuesday at 8:30 I was being attended to. The staff was very kind and efficient. They squeezed me in and later that morning I had my temporary crown. I had an extreme fear of dentists, not any more. Can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office was really nice and quick! Even though they were busy, everyone was very professional and thorough. Ruth was very thorough with my cleaning. Taylor was very quick with my X-rays. Dr.Zaman and her DA Rob were very skilled and empathetic, both constantly asked if I was okay during the procedure.

Negative experience: This place is a complete joke!! Rooms and equipment dirty, staff was ok.. , but very misleading and will most definitely try and overcharge you and upscale. Beware!!!

Positive experience: It was good. The staff understood my problem. To no one's fault but my own I hadn't been to the dentist in probably 14-15 years and was awakened in the middle of the night with an abcess...after some consultation and advice a solution was found....I'll be back again for regular visits

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best experience at Aspen Dental in Lockport. The staff was always so friendly and accommodating and just so kind and understanding. They were helpful from the first day I walked in the door with a same day emergency appointment because I was in so much pain. Dr. Anisha Zaman was phenomenal and Robert, the hygienist was absolutely amazing, kind and friendly! The rest of the staff was also absolutely amazing. I mean from the moment you walk in the door, to going back to the room, everyone one you meet approaches you with kindness. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Negative experience: Now that I’ve experienced Aspen dental, I’ll never return. First time I’ve been to a dentist when he looked at me like I was scum, I’ve have dental issues that’s why I’m here, don’t look down on me. From the outside of of the building it looks like a brand new business but when you got inside, all of the equipment looked second hand. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: The staff was exceptional with their professionalism, kindness, and empathy. The doctor was thorough and explained everything to me clearly about my treatment options. My treatment plan was beautifully made, affordable, and I was able to get hooked up with great financing, in order to improve the quality and health of my mouth. Appointments were made in an urgent fashion, based on my needs. I’m looking forward to a great working relationship with this practice going forward! I highly recommend them. I’ve been to some allegedly upscale dentists in the past, who turned out to be completely AWFUL. Aspen is the opposite; they are wonderful and get an A+ from me. Aspen really has it figured out!! They work quickly and efficiently if you go in there prepared with knowledge of your own. Knowing what you want helps.

Knowing I was anxious about coming they all treated me well and made my experience so much better. They took their time if I needed a break and kept talking to me through out the whole procedures. I am happy to say I have found my new dentist office.

Negative experience: I went here a long while ago for teeth issues they told me if I get this lone I can get my teeth fixed i for it it also paid for a cleaning I never received and they used so much of my loan money they said you dont have enough funds to fix your teeth so I ended up getting 2 teeth pulled and still never got my cleaning I paid for

Negative experience: I would've given no stars if if it were an option.The place is a scam,they spend about 30 seconds jamming a plastic hook into your gums and rattling off numbers and then telling you that you can't do a regular cleaning,you need a special cleaning?? Novacain shots and some big production with a big upcharge of coarse.The actual "dentist" if you would call her that did her exam in under 10 seconds and told me I had no cavities or any other problems...At least thats what I could make out with her broken english

Positive experience: Well everybody from the time I walked in to meeting Emily, was fantastic. Everybody explained the procedures and then the dentist came in and that's when it went down hill and nothing but bad news! I'm 71 and on a very low income. I just paid the dentures I have now over 2 yrs and she tells me I need new ones...long story short not happy now and I'll invest in glue, thank you very much!

Negative experience: Deceptive billing. Billing for things not approved by insurance for which I am not responsible because they are in network. I have sent letters yet continue to be billed. Dentist also recommended root canal for gum abrasion. Of course I will not be doing that. Incompetent practitioners and incompetent billing.

Fantastic experience: My neice needed an emergency visit. Fantastic for appts within 24 hours! Clear estimates on costs and work to be done. As a patient with extreme dental fear, she had a panic attack. They could not have been more kind or patient with her. If she has that dentist all along, she wouldn’t be terrified of dental work. They referred us to a specialist and we are forever grateful for their kindness.

As upset as I am with myself for not seeing a dentist for so long, they made the whole process amazing and honestly can’t wait to come back again. They had better bedside manner than some hospitals do.

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with the care I received from Aspen in Lockport Ny when having my dental implants done! Dr. Anisha Zamam was absolutely wonderful! Her and her entire team always made me feel like I was top priority. And the woman who actually made my finals (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name!)….she is a true artist! This particular location is 1.5 hours away from me and I’ve decided to continue making the trip there! I couldn’t have picked better people to walk this journey with me and highly recommend them!! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: You ever had tooth pain so bad that existence itself seems to it mock you? Spending the entire night staring at the corner of your dark room waiting for slenderman to take you away because the headache you have is only matched by the stabbing pain of your tooth trying to leave your face? Well, these peeps got me in the day I called and under an hour freed me from using bad metaphors to describe dental work. So fast, so nice, hooked me up big time! Literally changed the quality off life at the drop of a hat. Amazing stuff. Also, heard something about teeth necklaces from the back. I may have misheard.

Once you hear that you have to have a tooth extracted you think the worst, at least I did because I have never had this procedure done before. The staff at Aspen explained everything to me and set me at ease. Dr. Anisha Zaman is very professional and caring, she made sure that I was totally comfortable and my pain level was at a zero out of 10 through the entire procedure! I will definitely return for my cleaning! Thank you!

Negative experience: Editted to add photo. Worse dental experience I have ever experienced. After seeing advertisement for denture relinement for $49 a plate/arch on Google I went for free consultation. Dentist stuck her finger iinside each side of my cheeks and just stated "you need all new dentures!" I told her I didnt WANT new dentures i only need a reline. I was then given 2 quotes one for a new set and one for the reline, however it stated to reline them it would cost almost $1200. When I questioned the cost I was told the online amount wasn't for that facility. You may want to make sure the person you are trying to lie to is not a medical biller before lying about how medical procedures are priced & coded.... I left and on my way home I received a call from the finance lady who miraculously called corporate and was given the go ahead to do the reline at the price I saw online. Considering I live 10 minutes from there it didnt take long to get the "PERMISSION & applicable code". That should have warned me but I stupidly agreed to get the reline done. During which my dentures were ruined so bad I had to seek care elsewhere in order to even eat or speak properly. Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE seeking treatment as this type of care seems to be the norm here. WOULD NEVER REFER ANY LIVING THING TO THIS DENTAL GROUP!!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I was in town, and had a tooth break. They were able to schedule me in the very next morning as an emergency patient. My experience was outstanding. Every member of the team, from the amazing ladies at the front desk, to Taylor, the Dental Assistant, to Dr. Zaman - everyone was professional and so incredibly kind. They took care of me so swiftly and with so much care, that I may just align my annual cleaning with my trip home to Lockport each year.

Negative experience: Went here to get my first ever cavity filled and have had tooth pain when flossing/eating ever since. Have went back two times to have the dentist try and “fix it.” Nothing has helped. The staff is nice but I will be looking for a new dentist.

Negative experience: I would actually give a No stars. Be careful in here because they don’t even let you know when you have a credit. And they’re overcharging you! I’ve spent thousands of dollars getting my teeth straightened here. So when I have my next visits, they overcharge me. Just be careful and check your billing. And they are very disrespectful when you question it.

Negative experience: This rating is based on my 3 appointments there. My first appointment i got xrays amd then sat in the chair for 40 minutes and no Dr. or Dentist came to see me. One employee said that the Dentist was looking at my xrays 10 minutes in and then after 40 minutes the same employee came back and said they needed more..... i left because of Work. When I came back. They did get those other x-rays and then finally the dentist came in to see me and they had x-rayed the completely wrong tooth. However, I did trust them enough to remove that tooth which was finished about 45 minutes ago and it was, in all honesty, the most painful experience I have ever had. In all fairness, they could not have done much more for the pain than they did. Staff was friendly. It was pretty crappy that you have to pay in full before you can schedule a procedure.

Positive experience: I had knee surgery several weeks ago, and I walk with great difficulty. Everyone, especially Robert, treated me with kindness and patience. I am disappointed that Aspen doesn’t accept my insurance. It’s very good insurance, but I’ve discovered that virtually no dentist accepts it. I am getting a discount. The damaged tooth is being pulled on Thursday; we’ll see how it

Negative experience: tried to pull a tooth when i wasn’t even numb told them to stop multiple times didn’t care kept trying. Ended up leaving in tears having to get transferred to an oral surgeon and pay 1,181.69 to get tooth taken out.

Negative experience: Aspen dental is a scam. They upcharge their prices then when insurance won’t pay their high prices they want the customer to cover the difference. Never had such a bad experience at a dentist. They want to charge $6000 for two replacement caps and two filling, max my insurance out and then tell me I owe them $2500.

Negative experience: I am advising you please do not go to this location. I’m on a year and a half of fillings from them and they did them so incorrectly that now I need root canals. $3000.00. The sad part is I’ve only had three cavities in my life Two of which were filled incorrectly by them! Please go to a Private practice if your insurance takes it! I’ve been in so much pain and on medication waiting to get into see endodontist. One filling fell completely out.

Fantastic experience: I have a history of dental issues due to pre existing conditions and had a dental emergency where a tooth came apart when flossing and was causing severe nerve pain. I was able to get into the Lockport location the same morning I called and Dr. Zaman and her team was absolutely amazing! She was thorough, helpful, and honest! She was able to assess the situation and respected my wishes to extract and took care of it immediately. I’m looking to do some major work in the coming months- extracting additional teeth and getting either dentures or a bridge- and feel confident I found a team I want to work with. :) Thank you for the relief!!!!
