Positive experience: Permanently closed. Love the staff and Dr Graham. ♥️ The doctor, technicians, and staff were courteous, professional, and personable. I felt at ease the entire visit. Each individual communicated well all instructions, information, and some personal conversation. Thanks to all of you for the pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing the Hygenist, Angelic, for a few years and she is so wonderful. She's always just so joyful and makes the whole experience so much better. She's professional and kind and very non-judgemental when talking about your care. I wish everyone has the chance to see a hygienist like her because she makes you want to go back and keep your smile healthy

Negative experience: This place is a joke. The only good thing this place has is tht really nice woman who does the teath cleaning. I was told i had 9 cavities. They told me that they were going to set up the appointment with them fixing one tooth and then the next time they would fix two teeth and so on. I went in to get the 1 cavity fixed. I am convinced that the cavity dude either forgot to put the cap on or my insurance didnt cover it. Either way I wasn't informed of nothing. While sitting there, the entire time he was fixing my cavity he was complaining abt having to do it and said many times that he hates doing cavities. And I haven't heard from them since not that i would go back anyways.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist at Aspen Dental, Angelina, did a great job. She was a kind and very personable person, and was very thorough with my cleaning. She was informative and gave great advice for preventative care

I haven't been or plan to go anywhere else for my Dental care. The doctor is very nice and always remembers me no matter how long its been since I was last seen. Love this place can't say enough good about it.

Negative experience: I had nothing but problems with multiple phone calls. Finally got an appointment and a few hours later got a text cancelling it. After more failed phone attempts spoke with someone actually in the office who scheduled another appointment then told me they couldn't take care of my primary issue and canceled again. The single worst first impression in 70 years of going to the dentist.

Negative experience: Do not under any circumstances use Aspen Dental. They will cancel your emergency dental appointment with only 30 minutes before your appointment time. Terribly unprofessional, uncaring, soulless, and unchristian-like place to go to. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: My experience with Aspen dental was not the experience that I was expecting for my needs to be met as soon as I came I needed teeth extracted and they did not do so instead they broke a tooth in the process of x-rays even more know I'm in more pain I can't blame them for my teeth being bad but it really hurts when your teeth break just getting x-rays done and you still don't get any teeth pulled to stop the pain from going on more than it needs to I hope and pray that soon I can get my teeth pulled so I can have no more pain in my mouth hurting me everyday I will reconsider my star rating soon as I don't have any more teeth hurting but as of now the experience was not good

Negative experience: dental hygienist was amazing very honest with what she could be told me all my teeth were good, doctor tries to tell me i need 4 adult molars removed and all 4 of my wisdom teeth, at 20 years old, got a second eye look from southern family dental and still have all my teeth and zero issues

Recently I was diagnosed with a few allergies that require careful selection of products that are used in my procedures and Dr. Graham went above and beyond to research the appropriate actions to take. Positive experience: I had an appointment on a monday I got called back as soon as I got there to a room. My appt was at 2:30pm. I waited to be seen by dentist for my a 1 in a half hours. Then a hygenst came in a half hour later. She had to make a appointment for upper impressions. She mentioned I will have my denture later in the day before closing time. I'm praying I don't have to wait again so long. So I made a appointment for 7:00 am. Let you know the outcome. They do have an excellent team. This experience was different than the first time being seen for impressions, in and out. That appointment went great.

Negative experience: Nothing more than a high pressure sales pitch. Went to another dentist and had my issue fixed same-day. Aspen wanted to schedule something and handed me an estimate for $10,000 for everything I “needed.” Avoid avoid avoid

Negative experience: Stopped by here yesterday as a walk in with my wife who was in pain for a tooth that needed to be removed. The receptionist was unhelpful and very rude. Even though it was early and only 2 people there we were turned away and turned off by the receptionist attitude. She offered no help at all. She smiled when I said it is ok we will leave. If this is her way of treating patients or would be patients then what is the rest of the experience like?Will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I am not proud of how badly I let my smile get but I came to aspen to try to salvage what I could and I know they didnt have much to work with but I am grateful for how far its come. Its an expensive process and I can't wait to get the end results. The staff is very patience and accommodating, Angelic was very sweet and kind, which was calming giving the mental and emotional anxiety dentist give me.

Negative experience: I would put zero stars if it were possible the fact that if I wasn't able to pay for the more expensive set's I had to wait 3 months to get my bottom denture and 6 weeks to get top dentures but was told to begin with if would pay more I would get a temporary set the same day that was a lie and the fact that you still charged my insurance for the free consultation and exrays makes it fraudulent this is a very corrupt company and would not recommend to anyone

At this Murray location Dr.Graham and his team are amazing. He goes above and beyond for his patients! Lindsey has been a big part of my journey and she is the absolute sweetest. Kenneth was very helpful as well. We have so much appreciation for the staff at this location I hope it never changes!

Fantastic experience: In my 2nd visit I was greeted by receptionist, she already knew my name, I had a procedure on my gums and was very scared and anxious, the very knowledgeable dental hygienist was so supportive and concerned, she put me at ease and made my visit as comfortable as possible

Negative experience: I went in for a painful cracked tooth. After evaluation I was told I needed an extraction. During the extraction, the tooth broke. The dentist tried to remove the fragment of tooth but though I was numb it was causing a significant amount of pain! So the dentist determined that the tooth is infected and he needs to stop. So he sews up my gum, scheduled me a appointment for a week out, prescribed me an antibiotic and a mouth wash. The thing was he had caused a significant amount of pain. I got home and my mouth was throbbing. My spirit felt like it was leaving my body. After trying motrin with no relief I called Aspen just to be told the dentist doesn't like to call in pain meds. You inadvertently caused me excruciating pain but then won't do anything about it?!? The receptionist said she'd ask and call me back but they did not!! Instead I've been up all night in terrible pain!!It's funny how different the attitude was when they were swiping my card! And don't get me wrong im not upset the tooth broke I understand that happens. I'm upset at the level of care I received afterwards. Dental pain is already awful but to have it made worse and then be untreated is damn near cruel behavior.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked in the door. I had a reasonable wait time and the blonde assistant that brought me back treated me like family. She took her time and listened to me, and told me she was glad I was there!! You heard that right, SHE WAS HAPPY I WAS THERE! The whole staff is so kind. I have horrible teeth and they made me feel at ease. Dr. Graham was amazing and we came up with a plan for my teeth!

Fantastic experience: My son initially was seen when his front tooth was broken at baseball practice. I was able to get him in the very next morning, staff was great, and I couldn’t have been more happy with the dentist. My son is young and was nervous, but the dentist and his assistant both joked with him and made it an overall pleasant experience. When the fixed piece came off again (as is typical with little kids) they had me come back in and fixed it again no problem. Could not recommend this office more. Will definitely continue to use them for my family.

Fantastic experience: I had to have several teeth extracted and have partials put into place. The procedure went great, the assistants and the surgeon were all amazing in helping me feel calm and safe, definitely a plus when you have dental anxiety! I greatly appreciate them speaking with me and explaining everything so thoroughly. The best dental office I’ve been to!

Negative experience: Do not go to Aspen Dental in Murray KY to get dentures!! They charged me over 3,000 for their "best" dentures and now the teeth are falling out of the top denture after a couple of months! I took them in there to be repaired and now they are saying I put something acrylic on the gums to damage them and I will have to possibly pay for the repair. They only thing I have used is cushion grip to keep them in my mouth since they can't seem to make them fit! And their tech is the one who suggested cushion grip!! I am beyond mad! This has been a horrible experience of having to go back and forth to adjust them to fit and they still don't fit right! They are saying I used the wrong kind of cushion grip and altered my dentures. There is only one kind of cushion grip that shows up in search. They are using this excuse to void the warranty and I am not standing for it!

Fantastic experience: Really nice team of people who have a genuine concern for you and your teeth. Did a great job of listening to what problems I was having and showed me a simple path to follow for fixing my mouth.

Negative experience: I set up an appointment over a month ago for me and my disabled mother show up today a half hour early as requested for them to be closed for lunch so I had to wait a half hour for them to open again and then when they did they refused our insurance after the lady on the phone had confirmed to me twice that if they did not accept my insurance the X-rays and cleaning would be free which day been refused the operations manager was completely rude and dismissive they clearly only care about a paycheck and not their community worst people I have ever met I will be joining the lawsuit against their deceptive advertising

Fantastic experience: Everyone was kind, welcoming, and relieved my anxiety my insecurities of my issues, & reassured me they would help. No complaints, they were so kind to my daughter, and I, it was a great experience.

Negative experience: Stay away! As a former patient please find help elsewhere...They gladly tell you a price then change it without notice. Charge for services before they've been performed and will not even speak to you if you have an unpaid unknown balance. Phone staff is rude and demanded payment before they would even follow up after an oral surgery that left me with exposed sores and pain for weeks. When other Aspen offices speak of the poor service in Murray that should tell you all you need to know. I almost forgot about their notorious double billing practices. I've filled a complaint with Cigna and plan to speak with their corporate offices if they'll answer their phones??? Stay away!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This was ny first experience with Aspen dental so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, from reception. To hygienist, to financial, to my dentist and his assistants were all awesome!!! Not one bad experience or unpleasantry. Everyone is encountered was friendly and always helpful. I ended up getting a crown. Best looking crown ive ever had. My dentist went above and beyond on everything he did. The entire staff did. They took their time about matching colors to make sure my experience was positive. The end result was perfection. Im not sure about the other Aspen dental, but the one in Murray Kentucky is by far my best experience in a dental facility!!! Thank you to all the staff for a great smile
