Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing my kids do so great there. They are super sweet and caring couldn’t ask for a better dentist for my kids. My kids love watching TV there to keep them entertained while getting teeth done. They make my kids feel super comfortable. They did laughing gas for my kids when they needed their teeth done which went great. Absolutely love them. Recommend them for everyone for sure. Just doing an update my kids still go here. We’ve been going to this amazing Dentist for 2 1/2 years now couldn’t ask for a better dentist place for my kids. Absolutely love them sweetest most amazing Dentist Place ever I appreciate you guys so much for what you guys do for my kids I couldn’t thank you anymore for being such an amazing Dentist Place. You guys are so sweet and caring and just so wonderful. I definitely recommend to everybody.

Fantastic experience: As a first time mom having the first appointment be a lip tie cut for my 2 month old was terrifying!! I went in to the appointment and everyone I talked to was super nice. Went back to the exam room and they could tell I was nervous. The Dr checked her lip and it needed to be cut so she could latch right and not have speech problems in the future. Before they did the procedure they talked me through it and explained everything they would be doing and how all the tools worked. They took their time and made sure I and my sweet baby was comfortable. They did the procedure and I fed her right after. They didn’t rush me out of the room for a next patient. They let me sit in the room with my baby as long as I needed to feed her and make sure she was good. They also told me she did a good job (I was in the room the whole time) they talked to my baby saying “good job” “your so strong” “you must get that from your mom” “your okay honey” all of the things to make her feel better. Also as they were doing the procedure they talked to me as well (I was balling my eyes out) I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! Never had a better experience with a dentist in my life! Hands down the best!!! Thank you for taking care of my baby girl (and me too)!!!

Fantastic experience: My 21 month old had a tooth trauma so she had to get her front tooth removed. Dr. Bingham and nurse Holley were amazing they slowed down the whole process to explain everything to me (I was very nervous). They came in early just to help my daughter. And the receptionist was so nice and friendly and easy to work with. Overall they made a really scary experience for our family very calm. They let me sit right next to her the whole time they played her favorite show on the tv. The people at Rigby Pediatric Dental are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible office! Dr. Bingham is amazing as well as his office staff. They helped so much with my kids the other day. My almost 3 year old son is autistic and I have a 3 month old so life is chaotic everywhere we go. I needed a bit of mama help with the baby as I was chasing my toddler around the office and got exactly that. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I totally would!!!

Fantastic experience: We love Rigby Pediatric Dental! My 3 year old felt completely comfortable with the staff and they did so well with cleaning his teeth and making it a good experience for her. My son, who’s 5 loves going to the dentist because he gets his favorite show, a fun dental goody bag and a coin for the front prizes. 10/10, if you need a good pediatric dentist, come here.

Fantastic experience: All the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that both me as a parent and also my children are told what will be happening procedure wise. I like that a price estimate is given before you are sent a bill. My kids also enjoy the office space, and especially like the tree house.

Fantastic experience: The staff was incredible. ❤️ played with my other child so I could focus on the one getting work done, celebrated a big milestone for my little guy going to the dentist for the first time with a surprise at the end. They’re quick so it’s not a traumatizing experience and super patient and gentle with the little ones! Absolutely would reccomend and will be going back

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rigby Pediatric Dental! Dr. Bingham and his whole staff are great with kids. They helped my son who initially did not like going to the dentist so much! He used to cry and not want x-rays and would not let them check his teeth. Now he does it without a problem.

I first came to them for a tongue tie revision for my one-month-old, and since then we’ve had three appointments. Fantastic experience: Took my grandson after not seeing a dentist since he was real little. He had some cavities and because of his fear of needles he will have all his work done at the hospital.. they were very nice and spoke to him.. even playing I Spy.. we found his dentist..

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! My son has cerebral palsy and is medically complex, making it difficult to have his teeth cleaned. Rigby pediatric dental did not bat an eye and accommodated my son’s unique needs with ease. Everyone was so kind and made our experience a very positive one!

Fantastic experience: So friendly and prompt. Took my 4, 3, and two year olds into their first visit. The techs were so friendly and descriptive when telling my children what they were doing. I appreciated that they ask if they can help move or touch kiddos, as it’s very respectful of boundaries or the needs of each child. The dentist was very friendly, fun and helpful in describing how the teeth of each of my kids were doing. I ended up needing a procedure for my 3 year old. Shelly(not sure if I spelled that right) was patient, descriptive when it came to insurance and billing. She made sure to contact my insurance and get the most accurate information, and she called me a few minutes after I had left the office. Scheduling was a breeze, with her. With not originally being from this area, I feel so fortunate that we were able to find such a great place to make my kiddos experiences positive and fun. Maybe not as important, but they all love to play. There is an awesome little treehouse in the waiting room, with two peeky windows and a slide. It made it sooooooo easy to wait for our turn!

Fantastic experience: I took my son here for his 2 year check up the dentist and his assistant was very kind and caring as my son is only 24 months old. They did an amazing exam and comforted him so much that he let them floss his teeth for the first time and it gave him a since of comfort and now he loves his teeth flossed every day this office is amazing still going to this dentist my son is currently 3 and he loves this place still is my favorite moving forward my son is now 6 and this is the online ky dentist he has seen since they are still amazing

Fantastic experience: They have been great with our 3 year old, he let them take X-rays and clean his teeth, this poor baby has had a lot of work done on his teeth and still loves going to this office. Fantastic experience: We LOVE this office! They have always been so nice and understanding when it comes to dealing with my adorable-but-somewhat-crazy children. They do whatever they can to make the visit fun and easy, and are super accommodating with scheduling. We also had to put one of my kids under anesthesia to do dental work, and they helped me understand and feel comfortable with each step taken. 5 stars, 10/10 recommended for all your pediatric dental needs!

Fantastic experience: This is an incredible pediatric dentistry. It doesn’t appear like a dental office with is bright colors, forest themes, and the relaxed nature of the facility. I was blown away by the experience, and my daughters enjoyed themselves (or at least 2/3 did). The assistants were outstanding in handling the kiddos, since most of mine are scared of dentists. I found the dentist well suited to working with kids, and the phrases they use definitely help keep the kids calm. They have top notched equipment, and the whole place was clean as a whistle. Very, very pleased and will definitely recommend to all my friends!

Fantastic experience: I took my 3 kids to their first dental appointment at Rigby Pediatric Dental and they loved! All the staff was kind and welcoming as we walked in. My kids loved the waiting area and tv so they felt very comfortable. And the staff & dentist were kind to answer all my questions and talk me through what was going on. We all loved it! Worth the drive from Rexburg!

Fantastic experience: We love Rigby Pediatric Dental! The office staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr Bingham is amazing! So professional and they all work as a great team. We have been with Dr Bingham for over 10 years and now drive 30 min for appointments because he is worth it, even though there are pediatric dentists much closer. All the kids feel comfortable with him and that is huge, none of them have ever expressed hesitation in going to the dentist. We would give 10 out of 10 stars if we could!

Negative experience: I am sad to be leaving a one star review. I have given them a 5 star review in the past. But recently received a dismissal letter from them telling me they would no longer see my family. I was completely shocked and confused and emailed them back asking them to help me understand why and they have not replied since. Dr Bingham recommended at root canal for my 7 year old. I wanted a second opinion and asked for my child’s records. When two other dentists asked about periapical xrays (an X-ray of the root) I emailed the office asking if they had taken one and I just hadn’t received it or if not, to help me understand why one wasn’t taken. That’s when I got my dismissal letter. It feels pretty unprofessional to me to dismiss someone without being willing to discuss the why with them. (They did send a form letter stating “there may be a discrepancy in our treatment philosophies” but that doesn’t help me understand). They have also ignored my requests for my other children’s records which doesn’t seem right me. For the record, I did get a second opinion referred me to a third dentist who saved my child’s tooth. Grateful for that. I think if you do what the dentist recommends and don’t have issues with general dental practices you will likely have a great experience here. But if you want more conservative practices or seek second opinions, it might be tricky for you. Just be aware, I guess.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to take your kids for dentristy. My daughter looks forward to each and every visit. The whole building was built with kids in mind! Everyone that works there shows so much love, care, attention, and patient! Best pediatric dentist ever!
