Cleanings are meticulously completed and Dr. Ruckert has always thoughtfully and carefully considered the best clinical choices for my dental issues. I trust both completely whenever I have an office visit, to always provide “top notch” services! 2/9/26- follow-up for a broken, temporary bridge was excellent! I got an appointment very quickly from the wonderful office staff and Dr. Ruckert/dental hygienist thoroughly addressed my issues. As always, treatment was conducted in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, that made my appointment completely comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, on time and fixed my problem immediately. Went back because my temporary fell off and they already had my permanent so they just put it in most offices would be like we’re gonna put the tent back on and come back for your permanent. I’m impressed by the quick professional service. They’re excellent and I will recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This office is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat all the time. Yesterday, I had an issue that needed to be dealt with. Even though Dr. Ruckert was not in the office he was contacted and I got a call back within 5 minutes. Dr. Marcus made room in his schedule to fix the issue. Never felt rushed and it was the same friendly staff! I highly recommend this practice!

If patients are held to a 15 min grace period before office reschedules services- (last week) then perhaps when the office is running more than 15 min late (today) the patients could be granted a merchandise or financial grace as well. Just a thought, folks. Our tardiness last week was all our fault, but it did cost us 4 hours travel time to make it up. Adequate punishment for us. Jan 28, 2026 It happened again. I was called in from the waiting room 20 min after my 3pm scheduled appt without so much as an apology. (A double standard.) June 11, 2026 Husband & myself had all positive experiences today on routine 4 month cleanings. Everyone was running on time. Music much more peaceful. Thank you! We appreciate the time spent by Emily at the front getting estimates, showing products & explaining Zoom booking procedures. Also appreciate being rewarded for our longevity (5 years )with a discount on our out of pocket expenses above & beyond our annual contract cost. Good business!

Fantastic experience: Amazing Service, I had a filling fall apart on a Thursday morning, I stopped by and asked if they could help me, I got an appointment the NEXT day at noon, they close at 1pm on Friday… I am a part time resident of this area. I was promptly greeted, taken right into the office and the DR replaced my filling I had a very sensitive tooth and the Doctor was very patient and kind. I had no dental insurance & the price was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this Doctor. He is now , my dentist! I want to thank the entire staff, the receptionist. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had our first visit with Lake George Family Dentistry today, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We had fallen behind on our dental care and hadn’t been in a few years, so we were a bit nervous, but the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. When searching for a new dentist, they were one of the only offices in the area to return our call, and they were able to schedule us as new patients within just a few months, which we really appreciated. Our cleanings were some of the best we’ve ever had, and what stood out most was how comfortable they made us feel. At no point did we feel judged, just genuinely cared for. We would highly recommend them to anyone local looking for quality dental care!

Fantastic experience: Lake george family dentistry is set in a clean friendly setting. You are greeted as you enter and wait in a comfortable room. The techs are polite and very professional. Your exam room has soothing music and the exam chair is also comfortable. The dentist is both friendly and conversive. He explains your procedure and answers all questions before starting. I experienced alittle discomfort as the procedure started. The dentist stopped immediately and added an additional medication to block the pain. I would absolutely recommend LGFD

I also have to add that Dr. Marcus is the best by far with injecting Novacaine!!! I have never felt it being injected.
