Fantastic experience: Me and my daughter had an amazing experience here everyone was super nice and they helped my daughter get comfortable when they were putting her braces on and made sure to ask if she was ok and comfortable I will definitely recommend this dentis to my family and friends

Negative experience: This facility has the air of a corporate assembly line that's designed for customer throughput. The facility is cramped and claustrophobic, and the staff came off as indifferent and caring more about gossiping with each other than actually tending to patients. When you call "Orthodontic Experts", you're not calling this office, you're calling a corporate call center, complete with the vibe of "I don't care about you, I just care about getting you off the phone so I can take the next call." I had an appointment for a consultation and was kept waiting for 45 minutes because they double booked the appointment time. The person doing the consultation had the energy of someone who was hired yesterday, and the price quoted was astronomical compared to non-franchise Orthodontists with their own practice. And to top it off, they keep sending text messages saying "Please schedule your next appointment" even after I called and told them to unsubscribe because I had gone with someone else. If I can't trust them with either simple scheduling or to stop spamming me begging for me to set up my next appointment, there is no way I would ever trust them with my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice, took time to explain everything step by step through the process, and answered any questions we had. During placement when my daughter was having a hard time, they paused and let her calm down and made sure she was ready to continue before doing so. Very good first experience.

Fantastic experience: I have gone here since June and I love this place so much! June, I got in and they took x-rays and I came back in July and it was amazing! I was brought in to an office and was told everything I needed to know about my braces, then I got them put on I have only broke one bracket and that was totally on me! They get me in as fast as they can always and the people here are so so so nice! My friends go here too they all love it aswell!

Negative experience: The waiting at this place is terrible. Every time I come here I'm waiting for a good 45 minutes for a 10 minute appointment. Horrible timing, they stack patients on top of each other so by the time you get called back your appointment was 45 minutes ago.

Negative experience: It started out great and the office manager has been AMAZING, but all of the staff started to change and that’s when things started trickling downhill. We dont get supplies at our visits anymore. Each time we ask we get told they are out. Our appointment times and the time we have to wait after our appointment time is getting later and later because it is being treated like an assembly line instead of focusing on making sure the clients are taken care of and have a good experience. And my treatment plan was changed by a whole different doctor with zero explanation. And I’m supposed to be wearing rubber bands so I can get my braces removed at next appointment and they don’t even give me the rubber bands and tell me to go online and order them. Which why am I paying 5000 for braces that’s supposed to include everything if they’re just going to have me buy it myself. To which I did and it’s not the same. I can’t wait to be done because this whole process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The normal doctor is great but this office and the staff need some shaping. After mine and my daughters care, I will move future services for my other 2 children somewhere else. Where we will be treated like people and not a ticket number at a deli. Very disappointed

Negative experience: We’ve been going for about 9 months. The results so far are nice, however threatening to take my child’s braces off because he isn’t the best flosser and making me sign something saying he’ll improve is very demeaning. Also agree with everyone else on the appointment times, doesn’t matter what time you schedule they’re always running behind/overbooked. Something just seems off about this place.

Appointments are easy to get. The staff is fast, friendly and very informative. We travel 2 hours each way per appointment and it’s definitely worth it!

Negative experience: This place is not only unethical, they are unprofessional. Your first appointment you will get in fast. They will get your braces on within a week, and you will think they run well. They will tell you that all of the expenses, INCLUDING the aftercare, are included with the initial (nearly $6,000) expense. After that? It will be hell. 4-6 week follow ups will be scheduled out 10 weeks. Promises of 18 months in braces will be 2.5-3 years. Broken wires will not receive emergency visits- resulting in pain for weeks and setbacks in treatments. Every visit you will have a wait time of 60-90 minutes before being seen. You may or may not like the results. They achieved NONE of the goals I came in for after 2.5 years in braces (with a promise of 18 months) and caused further damages- which I need for about $15,000 of corrective surgery to fix. When they receive negative reviews, they offer in-office specials (such as "leave a 5 star review for a chance to win...) incentives to hide their negative reviews and get kids/teens to leave reviews. I paid everything upfront, then at my last appointment, was told I would have to pay another $400 for "after care insurance". I told them I still had the paperwork indicating that was included with my initial "paid in full" to which they responded "that's not how we do it ANYMORE." I got my braces off at the end of March, 2025. They give you a flimsy, thin plastic tray- with no option to get a traditional retainer. They give you one that is designed to break, and if you have been going more than a week without one, they will tell you that you have to schedule (an out of pocket expense) appointment for a whole new fitting. It is now November and my retainer has broken 3 times- each replacement costing $500- each time they claim "you didn't pay for the life time guarantee" that I paid for. Do NOT go to this place. Go anywhere else. P.S. If you made the mistake of already going here: you can get replacements for the clear plastic online for $99.00 or less from the following sites: ClearRetain, SmileSet, SayCheeseClub, Retainers Direct, Retainers Direct, Aligners Co - and more! Just google "Replacement Retainers" - they even send impression kits, etc. ;-)

My only complaint is the payment system that I don't have an account, you only pay through their website. However, they are more than willing to give you the account information that you ask about.

Negative experience: Horrible place. I would not recommend to anyone. Staff harassed me via text. I told them multiple times I was following the care plan dr set up. They called and argued with me multiple times. This is the drive thru orthodontist. The sad thing is that the actual orthodontist is great. It's the uneducated, rude and incompetent staff. I eventually went elsewhere. The front uneducated cashiers run that place not healthcare professionals.

He had to get a lot of work done since his baby teeth didn’t come out on there own. He also had teeth growing towards his front teeth that would have damaged them. We have about a year left until his treatment plan is complete. His teeth are looking amazing. I can’t wait to see the before and after pictures. Thank you orthodontic experts you really are making a difference to make people successful and confident.

Fantastic experience: Daughter had her braces for only a year and a half (six months less than what we were told initially) beautiful results and staff is always very friendly and great at explaining things! Yes there can be quite a wait sometimes however keep in they’re one of the few that accept state insurance so yes theres a high volume of people, I feel that’s expected and reasonable seeing as we never felt rushed with her appointments. Update as of March 2025** My daughter had problems with her retainer fitting after a year (her gums changed) Vinzante went out of his way to help us every step of the way from fitting her in to adjusting her current retainer to getting a new one I cannot say enough about him and the staff there. Zoe was so helpful with the fittings.

Fantastic experience: Jada was the sweetest lady I have ever ever met. She helped me pick this new amazing color that matches me, let me brush my teeth without the wire in, and for the wire cut so close to the bracket that I can’t even tell it’s there. She held a great convo even tho i could talk lol and was so dang funny. Her along with all the other staff are just absolutely amazing and have made my braces experience wonderful.
