Fantastic experience: Best pediatric dentist in Luzerne, me as a mother love this place, is a 10/10 in everything and my kids LOVE ,LOVE COMING HERE. Thank you to all the staff for the kindness and the great work.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 they are amazing!! 5 kids and they handled them as a team, so professionally and so gentle and kind with each one. Also extremely observant as one of our kiddos showed fear. They handled it with grace and patience! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: We love sprout! Everyone there is always so welcoming, patient, and helpful. They’ve been helpful with every situation we’ve come across regarding my children’s teeth and my kids always look forward to their next appointment. It’s about a 35-40 minute drive from where we live right now, but it’s worth the drive since my kids actually enjoy going. We also love the one hygienist, Katie. She’s adorable and especially good with my children. She sometimes makes balloon animals for the kids before we leave and she wears the prettiest, sparkled shoes that my daughter compliments every time we go. I always highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I love taking my toddler to Sprout Dental! He does not love having his mouth looked at on the best of days, but everyone at Sprout is really accommodating with him. We also have never had the dreaded experience of being upsold for additional, unnecessary work, which makes going to Sprout that much more enjoyable. We always have a great experience, and I would recommend Sprout to anyone for their children.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is always very thoughtful and caring…. It is a great experience overall. High recommended. Today we came in for what we thought was a simple fix of a crown that had fallen off. When we got to the appointment, after X-rays, the dentist determined we needed to have the tooth pulled rather than capped again. They were able to squeeze the extraction in right then and there so we did not have to make another appointment. They were very accommodating and quick, which is very appreciated! After the procedure my son was given an ice pop to care for his sore tooth and they gave one to my daughter as well… again very kind and generous. I highly recommend Sprout Dental. I drive about 45 min here and it is worth it!! Thank you for being so wonderful!!!

Fantastic experience: Sprout Dental is a prayer answered. Our 8 year old is more sensitive and has anxiety about dental procedures and medicine. Their team was flexible and constantly coming up with ideas to help him get through taking the medication. Multiple nurses (and the dentist herself!) came in to ensure he understood he had to take it and with much coaxing he finally did. This allowed their team to do the work they needed and he calmed right down. They were compassionate, creative and most of all kind and judgement free. We left Smiles4Keeps due to their staff not returning our calls and minimal kindness, more annoyance when it came to our kiddos sensitive nature. Sprout Dental picked up those pieces and put in the time ... this extra 30 minutes today of caring was what he needed. The staff goes above and beyond and had answered our families prayers during the stress of trying to get his dental needs corrected. Thank you to the Sprout Dental team, you have done more than you can imagine! THANK YOU. Will recommend to everyone in the area!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to sprout dental since she was 3 and the staff are always very friendly and informative! The atmosphere is kid friendly which is a plus as well. She is deff less nervous everytime we go n they make her feel more comfortable and brave! We had her first dental sedation procedure today and I was so nervous as her mom but they helped put me at ease and let me know every step of the way what was going on and she’s recovering great! Thank u guys!

From the front desk staff, to the hygienist and dentist all made us feel welcomed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist office where you are treated with kindness and understanding.

Negative experience: A few months back Sprout said my daughter needed 8 caps and a tooth pulled. She does her routine cleanings every 6 months and never so much as had a cavity. The dentist was very rude when I was stunned and said “well mom this is from not flossing” and walked out. I felt terrible thinking my daughter needed this much work. I went and got a second opinion and she didn't even need one cap! She had two small cavitys that were filled and needed no teeth pulled. I would never recommend anyone here after this experience and they also wanted me to sign a waiver for a blanket to basically hold down my kid as they put her under for work she did not need. After calling them back to complain they did change the treatment plan both times. Another red flag. 0/10 dentist.

He is A LOT. she was patient and caring and just went for the extra with him and im truly grateful! I almost changed places because our last encounter there the lady wasn't as nice and seemed annoyed my son was hyper. But this sweet lady more than made up for it!

I love that I can sit in the room with my kiddos while they are getting worked on to comfort them. It is simple to find and it is easy to find a parking spot as well. We have always left feeling great. I absolutely love how the staff talk to me and my children and explain everything. They are just always wonderful here.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place perfect staff and drs they made my life 1000x easier and helped my son the best way they knew how my son has autism and his other dentist didnt care about that but they cared they helped him they spoke to him I actually cried on the way home with how amazing these people are please go to them for any of your kids dental issues they have farm animal themed rooms they have movies on for them to watch before and during the appointment I was truly in awe of how amazing these people were the Dr's and nurses are so kind to everybody if I could give them over 5 stars I would I have never felt more heared then I did at that office in Kingston please please please always go to them

Fantastic experience: Our children had their first visit here yesterday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. They absolutely loved the staff and the office. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. My kids were very nervous due to a past traumatic experience at another dentist, but the team did an amazing job reassuring them, calming their fears, and making them feel comfortable. We don’t have a pediatric dentist where we live, so we have to drive about an hour no matter where we go. It’s been a challenge finding the right fit, but I finally feel confident that we’ve found a place where my kids feel safe and at ease. Another huge plus, they were able to schedule all four of my children on the same day, which is not easy to find. We were taken back within five minutes, which was a big change from our previous dentist where we sometimes waited up to four hours. They also kept all of my kids in the same room so I could stay with them. At other offices, I’ve had to go back and forth between rooms or wasn’t allowed to go back at all while my kids were upset and crying. This experience was completely different, in the best way. I feel my kids will be able to get over the fear of the dentist now that we go here. Overall, this was by far the best experience we’ve had, and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Annie deserves every single one of these five stars. My 8-year-old is usually very nervous about dental visits, but Dr. Annie completely changed that experience. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and genuinely kind, taking the time to explain everything in a way that made my daughter feel safe and in control. If you have a child who’s anxious about the dentist, Dr. Annie is an absolute gem.

Positive experience: Would give 5 stars if we didn't wait 35 minutes past our appt time. My son was having a hard time waiting, but the hygienist was excellent with my kids. My 3 year old son has Autism and she was so patient with him.

Fantastic experience: Great dental care and even better bedside manner for kids. They're like kindergarten teachers with dentistry skills! And they support the presence of guardians during procedures. My children will be patients until they decide they're too old.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in this place today. This place doesn’t deserve not even one star today! We have been coming here for 2 years now and today was our worst experience ever! However, we never seen then dentist we seen today and we never will again! Before our appointment I let two dental assistants know that I had to jump on a teams meeting for work and they told me it was okay. I couldn’t cancel the work meeting and I didn’t want to cancel the dental appointment at the last minute. When my meeting was taking place the dentist and the dental assistant were so rude and inconsiderate. My meeting was on my laptop so yes they could hear the conversation, so you would think they would be mindful and respectful…but no…instead they were very rude. As they were working on my daughter’s teeth they were engaging in small talk but instead of using a soft inside voice it was like they were yelling at one another. The sad part is they are literally sitting right next to one another and they were taking like they were down the hall from one another. I felt that was very rude. If it was a problem for me to be on a meeting while they were doing work they should have told me…but instead they were disrespectful and rude and that’s not the worse part… the worst part was…my daughter told me that the dentist put the needle in her mouth and left the needle HANGING SO SHE CAN GRAB SOMETHING…. isn’t that why we have a dental assistant!!!!! So mad right now. I am about to call the office and make sure it’s in my daughter’s chart that she WILL NEVER SEE THAT DENTIST AGAIN!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental appointment with my son, and I wanted to share our wonderful experience. The dental assistant, Ireniza Delamota, was absolutely amazing with my son. She was incredibly patient and reassuring, making the visit much easier for him. Dr. Annie was also fantastic. She took the time to ease my son's nerves before his procedure, which made a big difference. Finally, Cassie did an excellent job sealing his filling. She made sure he felt calm and at ease throughout the process. Overall, it was a great visit, and I'm thankful for such a supportive team!

The staff was so friendly and did everything they could to make my daughter feel comfortable! She was a little apprehensive for the dental hygienist, but by the time the dentist came in, she leaned back and opened her mouth all my herself because she felt that comfortable with what was going on! So glad we chose Sprout!

Negative experience: My first ever Google review, but when it comes to children I feel passionate about healthcare, and dentistry is part of that. I would NOT go here unless your child has large obvious cavities. I was told my daughter needed caps on her 2 back teeth. I was hesitant because when the xray was shown there was a small spot between 2 teeth pushing on 1 another and didn’t see black. I asked questions if it was truly needed, if there were any alternatives etc at this time. They were positive she needed 2 caps due to spots in between her 2 back teeth on both sides. I was ready to move forward after that & get the caps & drilling of the teeth, but 1 month passed in january and they never called to schedule the appt they said they’d schedule. (Thank goodness.) I still felt odd about it as I’m in healthcare and felt something was off. Someone recommended a pediatric dentist, and my younger child was due to start seeing a dentist so I figured I’d switch completely. I never said a word about Sprout or their determination of what was even needed to this new dentist until after her exam of the mouth and X-rays. This dentist reviewed the oldest’s x-rays and said they weren’t positive that they were definitely cavities from the xray (I’d get it wrong if I tried to re-iterate the explanation.) They’re teeth pushing against each other. And if they are in fact cavities they will find out for sure by x-raying in 6 months post that 1st visit with Sprout to see if they’ve progressed bc they’ll progress quicker in baby teeth they explained and will know. Who wants caps and drilling on your kids teeth if it’s not 100% necessary?! Of course if it’s necessary, by all means I’d want that completed. They also explained silver diamine fluoride is (SDF) - medication applied during the visit that may stop, reverse and treat tooth decay without drilling in very early stages of tooth decay. They applied it and explained if it’s a cavity it’ll turn the area a darker color etc (permanently) while it’s trying to work. It’s in the back of the mouth so I agreed. I am very disheartened by Sprout Dental for treating a child like this and jumping to having her be put out, drilled and caps on if it’s something that’s unsure of by another professional and IF it turns out to be cavities in the next few months - how small they are and not providing any additional options even when asked. Not doing additional follow up to be very clear is somewhere I don’t trust with children now. I hope they don’t drill and cap other children there when not necessary or 110% positive.

Fantastic experience: I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this place.. Well it was our turn to check it out!! My son does not do well with any “doctor” settings and struggles with sensory issues but everyone made sure to make him as comfortable as possible. I want to thank every single person we interact with from the check in staff to the dentist & most importantly our hygienist RACHAEL!!! Such a loving, understanding and caring person!! Can’t wait to see you all again in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: The best Dental place for my children. We have not gone anywhere else since they started at very young ages. My kids go every 6 months. The staff is always amazing. Always happy. Always very informative & make my kids feel very welcome. We started when it was Dr. Browns Dental & we were introduced to Sprout Dental from the first building. It's a great time whenever we have a visit. Love the family rooms for our large family. Easy to make appts. If there need to be schedule changes they always update right away. They make it such a simple and pleasant process. Cannot go wrong with this Dental place. We Love, love, LOVE Sprout Dental.

Fantastic experience: For our first time experience at Sprout Dental with 3 kids at one time, Katie & Evan were amazing!!! They helped each kid feel comfortable with everything! The kids and I all agree it is waaay better than our previous practice. It was more personal and the quality of care was spectacular, which was also noticeable when the doc saw something with one of the kids, when the previous practice never even picked up on it.

Positive experience: The care ia great but there is always scheduling issues. They told us we didnt have an apt when we did they run 30 min behind and people who just walk in are getting seen while we checked in 30,min ago still waiting on multiple visits. Scheduling is a game of phone tag too. I have an issue at every visit.
