Negative experience: Horrible experience today! Went to have reline for dentures and on my new dentures and was pressured into buying another set. Was asked four different times if they could give me prices on dentures. Twice be desk worker/saleswoman . They had no intention on doing reline only high pressure sales on another set. Reminded me of a used car lot behind harassed into buying a used car. Pathetic place wouldn't recommend!

This was a devastating decision for me as a woman - fearing no teeth for 8 wks until I can receive temp dentures and I was truly scared to death to begin the process. Positive experience: Josephine was very friendly on the phone prior to my visit. The doctor was very nice, and explained everything thoroughly, and they had given me a free exam, and free x-rays. Their price was disappointing as it was comparable to another surgical place. I would get my extractions done there if the price was less expensive. They did send a copy of my x-ray to the place I will get the work done.

Fantastic experience: This place is phenomenal! Here’s my story. I had a pair of dentures made by another dentist that gave me a lopsided smile! This dentist tried to convince me that nothing was wrong but I knew they were not right! I was happy to get new dentures but I knew I could not live with this smile but I was too was afraid to try again. I prayed. Then one day I received an offer in the mail from Affordable Dentures in Wilkes Barre. Pa. I called set an appointment and when I visited the office God did not disappoint! I showed Dr. Khan the teeth that were made and he agreed that “the bite was off” making them lopsided. Dr. Khan and the entire team were so understanding! They rallied together pulled Alex the “Tech Pro” from the back to meet with me.. and this man made a smile for me that not only restored my confidence, and self esteem but the new smile the added 10 years to my life. I look amazing! My family even applauded my new smile! Now when I smile, it makes people smile. Five months later wanted to stop in for first adjustment and check to be sure I’m caring for them right. The staff is so friendly and still remembered me, as we joked on arrival. Fantastic experience: It was actually my husband's appointment. He thought the people were absolutely wonderful and was amazed how clean the place was. He thought the x-ray machine was pretty cool. He has to get 2 teeth pulled but other than that he likes the place. I know I have to get a couple of teeth pulled, the bottom wisdom teeth and possibly 2 more. I will go there to get them done

Fantastic experience: The people here are above and beyond friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. I went there with the possibility of being told that I need the dentures. Most other places would just agree with me and say "Yes ,you do", and proceed. I was told that I did not and was given options according to my circumstances. However, in the future....should the situation warrant necessary....this will be my go to place. Nothing but praise for all of them. Honestly and straightforwardness goes a long way with me. That, coupled with their professionalism gets them an A+ in my book.

Positive experience: Very friendly and personable staff. Offices extremely clean and comfortable. Dr. answered all questions. The only thing I did not like was the fact that they require 100% paid up front, which leaves no room if you are not satisfied.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE JAN 3RD 2026 I don't know how to leave an additional review but I promised everybody that I would do a follow-up as the process continues... Affordable dentures worked with me being that I live 3 hours away on December 29th when we had a pocket of warm air I got in my car left upstate New York at 9:00 a.m. and just before noon I arrived at affordable dentures... I had a 2:00 appointment but they worked with me to keep me safe during my travels... When I picked up my first set of dentures on December 29th and they gave me the handheld mirror to look into I cried so hard that I couldn't inhale!!!! I haven't seen my smile for a very very very long time and it was taken away from me by a very abusive significant other and being bad written for 2 years I've got severely malnourished and that's what really destroyed my teeth on top of the teeth that got knocked out along with a broken jaw. So it was very very very highly emotional for me to look in that round little mirror and see my smile that was stolen from me so many years ago!!!! I'm going to post a picture with this and let me tell you I don't even recognize myself I long forgot what the person in the picture looked like I have avoided mirrors at all costs since my teeth were knocked out and now when I look in the mirror I feel like a brand new woman or I should say a renewed woman that got her power back and her smile back My self-esteem is back my self-worth is back My ability to smile confidently is back My ability to laugh without covering my mouth is back and it's really sad that I forgot how all of those things felt for so long Right now it is a learning curve as far as getting used to the dentures in my mouth I still don't know how to chew with them in so I do take them out to eat and I haven't used adhesive yet because adhesive can last at the 12 hours and I'm afraid to put the adhesive on because then I won't be able to eat but I'm giving myself another 7 days to get used to them without the adhesive and then I'm going to start with adhesive just on the lower denture for 7 days and then I'm going to put adhesive on both the upper and lower and continue on my journey I just feel that that is how I want to take this time to get used to them. And with the dentures in my mouth my entire face construction and shape has changed My cheekbones are now more well defined even my lower jawline is more defined so when I say when I look in the mirror I don't even recognize a person I'm looking at I really truly mean that when you get your upper job broken in 15 places and teeth knocked out and then get some malnourished from being bedridden that your teeth are crumbling and you're spitting them out yes your face will get misshapen because you no longer have the teeth in your mouth that help keep your jaw bone constructed appropriately so I am going to attach it before and after pictures so you can see what I'm talking about but my final note is that again so far I am 100% completely happy with affordable dentures and implants and if you're skeptical or you're nervous, skeptical or you're not sure if you should take the step Take the step Trust the process When I was going through the pictures to find a before picture there wasn't one picture in my entire phone where you can see my teeth I refuse to smile and show my broken smile but you can see in the after picture that I am beyond happy to be able to smile now THANK YOU!!!!! ❤️ The pictures are one year apart if anybody is wondering because of the color of my hair but they are only approximately 10 to 12 months apart

Fantastic experience: Let me start out by saying I have the worst dental phobia ever. It’s been a long time since setting foot in a dentist office it’s that bad. I was greeted by Collette. The nicest and sweetest lady you’ll ever meet. Her demeanor is what made me put my guard down a little right off the bat. I was taken in for X-rays and then an exam. I am not sure who I got tbh. The dr agreed I needed a full month extraction. I personally can’t do it there with just novocain as my fear won’t allow it. Collette Came in and explained my options for an oral surgeon so I can get iv sedation and referred me. She explained everything in detail and what to look forward to over the next few months of care. She took her time and answered all our questions and concerns. Never once did I feel rushed with her and she treated me like I was the only ones there. Having a caring team is critical to your business especially first impressions. I look forward to my transformation over the next yr and feel like I made the right choice for my care going forward. I will update my progress as I go along, fingers crossed.

Negative experience: I went here 3 years ago. I will never go back again, and I dont recommend anyone waste their money. Of course when I went, the dentist recommended the implant surgery, i felt like it was one of those people like salesmen when they keep asking you to buy and you say no and then they keep trying to persuade you to buy giving you reasons why you need to.... that was my experience. My husband had to step in and say yo, she dont want them. She just told you what we wanted, can you do them or are you saying we have to get this implant surgery? And the dentist says well i think implants would be better because dentures are for older people, shes young. So my husband says no, we dont want to spend all that money on implants, we will just be replacing the dentures. Its been only 3 years, I am now saving to buy yet another new pair. This place does not listen to anything you want, does not care how you feel about it. I paid 2300 for uppers and lowers and was not apart of anything like they say. Oh, you can pick colors, and no, you really cant. Literally they give you what they decide to do. I told them I did not want my old dentures used in anything because they do not fit correctly, i was getting a new pair because they did not fit and I was getting sores amd biting my lips. So what'd they do? They took my old dentures and used them exactly how I asked them not to. When i reminded them, i dont want them used to make the new pair they said no, im just using them to help with the sizing of your mouth. I said they dont fit right, she said yeah , no im not using them for that dont worry.. now they make you pay ahead of anything so there was no "im not paying for these if they arent right" they take your money FIRST, and then give you what they want to give you. Once they were done, I put them in, they didnt fit. I explained to the lady how much I hated them. How they dont look right in my mouth. In my mouth they look cheap? Off? They dont look right. She told me thats what I paid for and thats what im getting. The lady with the super long gross fingernails that doesn't like to wear gloves. I cried in the office. I cried the entire way home and hate looking in the mirror. I actually cover my mouth when I smile because I hate the way they look, the way they feel. So far, 2 of the "teeth" broke out because they are shaved down because again- this place used my old dentures that did not fit and then started shaving teeth down to make them fit! So the teeth in the back are completely flat! 2,300 dollars for a pair of dentures that dont look or fit right. At least my old ones looked real, these ones- the color of the gums doesnt look realistic, theyre pinkish white, the teeth- they look so nasty. Like little stubs. I didnt want to leave a review when I got them because im young and have dentures, I was ashamed and i felt like ill just deal, but at this point- another tooth just cracked out! I fell for the "same day pickup" get them done fast option. Just do your research and definitely look around before making a decision- especially if your paying out of pocket! This was my unforgettable experience, my regret every time I look in the mirror, dont let it happen to you!

Fantastic experience: So I received my full set of implant supported dentures in June of this year. They are great. The dentist and the staff have been very accommodating with any adjustments i needed. It seemed like every week I was going in for another adjustment. The team was great, I always felt like I was a bother, but they never made me feel like I was a bother to them. Now my dentures fit great. No issues anymore. Now I'm going to have to come up issues just to see my favorite dental team. All in all they are a great dental group, they care about their patients, and always make you feel comfortable.

Positive experience: Friendly staff all around. I've had 7 implants. I still can not chew on my left side that well. The back teeth dont touch enough to chew as well as my right side which are my original teeth.They built the left side up more. But it has worn down. They say because they are implants they wont touch because my natural teeth move. I dont completely understand it. But they did work with me to make it a little better. They really do what they can and as fast as they can. I think its something im going to have to get use to. The implants are way better then having my partial! 100%

Negative experience: I had all my teeth pulled which was a NITEMARE for 1 the dentist doesn't even numb ur gums with anything he just sticks and sticks some more! And there so called healing dentures they should rename them to hurting dentures ( wore then maybe 5 times if that ) and as far as my new dentures are SMH now I got the most expensive pair Ultra Premium " thinking they would be good. I know I have bone loss and nothing is gonna be perfect. But these are so loose and all Affordable dentures is doing . Did a reline and doing tiny adjustments here & there. All they say is oh you need post put in ! I'm not interested in having post done . ( another $8 -$10,000 ) so when I tell them that. We'll refund your money .. So instead of making it right just send me else where! Don't fall for there NICENESS . If my dentures are like this now there only gonna get worse. Plus I don't feel like I got what I paid for. Ask to see there dentures. ( I should have ) place is a JOKE .
