Fantastic experience: My experience at aspen dental was very good. Everyone was nice and considerate. Explained my treatment plan in detail. Also talked about a payment plan for the extensive work that needs to be done. Very pleased.

Positive experience: Aspen Dental was a great experience. I would recommend others to visit for all Dental care needs. I do wish however, that before taking care of a specific issue, Dental offices in general including Aspen would not suggestive sale. Focus on the root cause or reason for visit, and then create a plan of cate and prevention. I ended up spending money for other things before I even got my issue resolved. Suggestive saying is always good for the business but not so much for the patient.

Negative experience: I didn't receive any crowns I paid 1100.00 dollars for a cleaning that should have been covered by my Insurance and was told their DEEP cleaning was not covered BULL IS WHAT I call. No body tried to schedule a next appointment for my initial reason why I chose them never again. No recommendations will come from me.

They have an adorable little waiting area in the back with snacks and coffee where me and my son could sit comfortably. They gave us honest and sincere conversation about oral health, the steps to take and the financial side of it all. They work with you and they do offer financing. Negative experience: Worst service I have ever had at a dental office. I was the test subject to see if my family of four wanted to switch to them. We do not. I made it clear I only wanted my teeth cleaned. After more ex-rays than I have ever had at one time, then a dentist comes in to look at my teeth for two minutes, then I am lead to where I pay, and then I was told go wait 15 more minutes before we start to clean your teeth. I had already been there almost an hour. I left with out getting what I asked for. Now I have another bill from them for an additional $59. We will never use Aspen again.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to say thank you to the Aspen Dental team in Dyersburg for offering superior care and customer service to not only me but a host of individuals that I consider to be friends and family. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, one was impacted. I have dreaded this surgery for years due to a horrible experience with another surgeon at a different clinic. A few things were in disarray the morning of my appointment, such as but not limited to a malfunctioning of my printer (couldn’t get the paperwork filled out prior to appointment), late arrival due to meddling with the printer, mistakenly being given the wrong paperwork to fill out (not her fault, we were rushing), having something to drink before surgery(big no no), and more! lol what? More? Ridiculous right!? Even so, Dr.Romero and his assistant got me in that room, changed my anesthesia for safety reasons (he was not joking about safety, loved it), got those teeth out of there and wished me well. My medication was ready as soon as I made it home (25 minutes) which means he sent it in right away. I know this review is long but I was genuinely terrified of having this done and they took GREAT care of me. So sweet, encouraging, and careful. The entire staff gets heart eyes and air hugs from me. Trust me, they’re worth bragging about! Don’t hesitate, just go. I’m a regular now too, so they better prepare to be sick of me lol God bless you all!

Negative experience: They did terrible quality dental work on me. Fillings not done properly, pulled a tooth and left root fragments that later caused problems. I'm now having to pay for a another dentist to fix Aspen dental's mistakes. The only good thing about this place was that the lady in the office was very nice. They also had very long wait times even though I always had an appointment, it was usually 30 minutes to an hour before I was actually worked on. And the will try to upsell you like crazy. Just avoid Aspen dental at all costs!

Positive experience: I was charged the full amount for the procedure. The representative did not put in a pre-authorization request . I really want to know why? I feel that I was stereotype as not being able to pay.

Negative experience: I'm not going to be able too give you any stars, it'll be a zero star from me. The first part was great N the staff was helpful. Towards the end. Was a totally different story. Consultant lady was rude and tried staring me down because i said a cus word. So she cancelled our future appointment. So my wife and I will be going elsewhere.

Positive experience: Aspen Dental was absolutely wonderful from the start. Jennie the front desk clerk was so nice friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and walked me through what my appt would consist of. On my apps day the techs were so nice and explained each step and what was going on during my visit. The the Dentist came in and checked my mouth out and went over my options and let me choose how I wanted to proceed and the financing was easy as well. So far I give Aspen 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I've avoided the dentist for a long time due to previous poor experiences, but these guys have completely changed that! I'm actually excited to return! Everybody was so nice, I'm only disappointed I didnt get everybody's names! Alexis and Jo were absolute sweethearts and took great care of me, and the two working at the front counter are so friendly and made me feel so welcomed! Even the doctor was beyond exceptional! Everything was well explained to me, I didn't feel pressured or anxious at any point, and I'm definitely glad I chose Aspen for my dental care!

Negative experience: I went in for a checkup and they didn't have my appointment on their books and had to be worked in. I confirmed my appointment last week. The Hygienist didn't really seem to know things. She also made me feel very uncomfortable while taking measurements because she had the instruments dangerously close to my eye. The DDS wasn't very welcoming and seemed like it was a problem that I was even there. Not sure I'll return. I'm sure they see a lot of people but your should be more concerning to your patients.

Fantastic experience: Had very friendly staff in the front desk. The dentist was awesome and very friendly. She explained everything that was needed to be done. I was able to get the appointment very fast to get my teeth, pulled by surgeon. Hopefully my new smile will make me feel much better

Fantastic experience: I got in fast in Dyersburg tenn and I was highly impressed with the way the staff and Dr was . Very polite and nice and I will definitely be going here for now on . Everyone I spoke to was really awesome and go back on the 10th to have some work done. I was actually scared until I got to meet them and was relieved . Positive experience: I would like to begin by highlighting that the staff at this office is exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I was uncertain about how to afford the necessary procedures, one of the staff members went out of her way to assist me in securing a loan option for my balance, and the process was quick and efficient. However, I did encounter a limitation in their payment system: they do not offer the option to link a Cash App account. Instead, you must have either a bank account or a PayPal account, but the staff was helpful in guiding me through setting this up. It’s worth noting that the cost of procedures at this office can be quite high, and without dental insurance that is accepted, patients should be prepared for significant out-of-pocket expenses. I visited the office for a tooth extraction after taking antibiotics for a few days. Despite several attempts to numb the area, I experienced considerable pain during the procedure. The dentist made additional efforts to numb me, even attempting to inject the numbing agent beneath the tooth itself, but was unable to achieve a level of numbness sufficient to proceed. She explained that the antibiotics may not have allowed enough time for the infection to fully heal, which was likely preventing the numbing medication from taking effect. As a result, I was left with a partially extracted tooth, significant pain, and no immediate solution for moving forward. A major concern I have with this dental office is that there appeared to be no alternative options when the numbing agent failed to work. When a procedure is only partially completed, and the patient cannot continue due to pain, it would be beneficial if there were alternative measures in place to resolve the situation during the same visit, rather than leaving the patient with an unfinished procedure until the next appointment. In my case, I was left with a jagged, half-extracted tooth, significant swelling, and no pain medication to manage the discomfort. While the atmosphere of the office is pleasant, and the staff is generally helpful, I feel that there is a gap in their ability to address situations like mine. It would be much appreciated if they could implement additional options or solutions for cases where the numbing process is ineffective, so patients aren’t left in pain and with unfinished procedures. Negative experience: The team at the dyersburg office is hard to beat. They were always very polite and helpful. No matter how busy they were, I never waited over 5 minutes from the appointment time. Fantastic experience: Every person I talk to treated me with the upmost respect and kindness

Negative experience: I give a one star rating because my husbands had nothing but issues since he scheduled his new patient appointment for last Monday the 22nd. They cancelled his appointment the day of 3.5 hours before his appointment and left a voicemail stating to call them back to reschedule. No one answered and we called all day. Finally called and just went to “schedule as a new patient” which took us to the scheduling call center instead of the office. They rescheduled him for Saturday, October 4th. Today he got a text saying his appointment was AGAIN, rescheduled. When I got through to the office this time after being on hold for 22 minutes, the girl was very rude. She cut me off after she said “he was a no show on the 22nd” and I was trying to explain why that was incorrect. Then she kept being very snarky with me about the Saturday appointment saying they aren’t open Saturday, and basically refused to explain why they cancelled his first appointment until I kept pressing. Said no doctor was in office that day. No one seems to be able to tell me why everyone at his place of employment(Tyson 5 days a week, hard to get days off)said they had been given Saturday appointments. that was part of the reason he wanted to come there. She was also rude when I told her that it was very hard for me to get through to their office when I called. Just zero customer service skill out of her, and apparently they’re incompetent with their scheduling as well.

Fantastic experience: The 4 ladies that I came in contact with were wonderful. Very pleasant and made me very comfortable. I really appreciate that!

Negative experience: I called in advance to ensure they took my dental insurance, made the appointment, took off work to attend the appointment, went to the appointment had my exam and waited for 30 minutes just to be told the were capped out on my particular dental insurance. I would pay out of pocket the same as if I had no dental insurance at all. A lot of wasted time and anxiety about even going to the dentist that ultimately did not do anything but tell me my even though they take my insurance I still have to pull full price. Very disappointed.

No better way to start an experience with a dentist office than with a laugh, and those babes at the front had me tickled! Keep slaying ladies! Dr. Dixon was very thorough and informative! Negative experience: I set an appointment and received email confirmation for the appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist said she did not see the appointment then she said a confirmation call was placed the day before in which it was not. Then she said they were short staffed. This was a complete waste of time and gas ( I live 30 mins away). So unprofessional!!

Negative experience: Had a great experience at the first visit... so I thought. After getting home and looking over everything, I realized the dentist had talked me into a $400 mouth guard. Got over that and scheduled appts for my husband. They overcharged him and then started canceling his appointments. Every single time we scheduled, the dentist had to leave for some reason. Then the office stopped answering calls. We let a year or so pass and heard they had a new dentist. I set up a cleaning and it went smoothly, but I was frustrated to learn the sealants I was given were not covered by my dental plan. Oh well, it happens. A couple of weeks went by and I started having some tooth pain. Called to set up an appointment to get it pulled as it's been a problem tooth for years. Was told I needed an exam again, even though I just had one. Set up the appt anyways and of course it was canceled. Nobody answers the phone again and voicemail doesn't get returned. I'm done with Aspen.

From the welcoming front desk lady, to the tech that was gentle with the xrays and 3D scan, the kind and caring hygienist and the considerate Dentist. Aspen Dental Dyersburg has become my new favorite dentist. They were willing to let me decide what I want to do and being able to have a voice in my Dental future is a nice experience. Positive experience: The staff is nice and friendly, but I left with the feeling they really didn't seem interested in fixing what I came in for which was replacing a loose filling. They were more interested in their dental plan, a $2600 scaling, that's going to eat up my $1500 of insurance and leave me playing $848 because they wont fix the filling unless i get the scale cleaning done first.

I told him as soon as he told me about going there for cleanings and routine work (2 or 3 fillings) that he better go to a local and reputable dentist. Last year he went in for regular cleaning and they charged him $2,000. REGULAR CLEANING! He didn't have that in the bank so they offered him financing. AND GUESS WHO THEIR LENDER IS? SYNCHRONY BANK! BOTH OF THESE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Synchrony bank is very corrupt. And Aspen Dental is a joke

Negative experience: I went to Aspen Dental in Dyersburg TN exactly 20 days ago. I have two dental insurances which i later found out was not entered into the system, correctly. I've been told I owe 1200.00. I have called Aspen Dental several times to ask Aspen dental company in dyersburg TN to file my insurance, correctly so I can afford to come in for my dental treatment. They have my xrays which I can't have. So I cannot go to another dentist unless I pay for the xrays. And I'm told another dentist probably won't use the xrays taken by another dentist. So I think I might be stuck. The Aspen dental office insurance person yelled at me because i complained i wanted my insurance entered, correctly. and she said she doesn't have time to recheck my secondary insurance. I am a senior citizen. I feel unheard and helpless. My secondary insurance company says they are waiting to be called by Aspen dental and so far there has been no interaction. No phone calls, no claim filed ever. Nothing Not even a first time. What can I do now ? Probably, all Aspen Dental are not this way but I won't be able to get my teeth fixed now because of them not following through. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. It's been somewhat difficult and unexpected.

Positive experience: Had to have bones filed down today. Every shot hurt so bad. Also felt every stitch she put in. Aspen Dental needs a better to control the pain.

Negative experience: They recommend $4,000 worth of dental work that I DID NOT NEED!!!! I was told to get a second option and when I did all I needed was a cleaning and a couple fillings.He tried to sell me A WHOLE GOLD TOOTH when I just need a little filling!!!! I highly recommend getting a second option when you go there. It could definitely save you a little pain and money.

Fantastic experience: As for the dental exam the younger woman Miss Morgan was very professional and I was very comfortable and felt that they was concerned about my welfare I seen the dentist she examined me and we'll schedule me tomorrow for an extraction and the dental hygienist came in seemed very professional and so you know for the welfare of my teeth so my experience I would rate his as a 9 out of 10

Negative experience: The staff took great care of my wife. BUT They slipped a $199 water flosser and electric toothbrush into the billing. I do not want it, or received it. They have not returned any calls.

Negative experience: I explained multiple times I did not want fillings. They insisted that it needs to be done. It’s been 3 weeks and my tooth has not stop hurting since. Never hurt before the procedure and I can feel where they cracked it while working.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous to see a dentist after being unable to afford dental care for years. I knew my teeth were not good and was embarrassed. Everyone made me feel welcome and my embarrassment faded. The entire staff was kind and understanding. They were so helpful and answered every question I had.
