Fantastic experience: Non judgemental. Was super kind about my situation. I abused my teeth for years due to certain things and they were so kind. I walked in and they did a cleaning and reassured me that what I thought was happening was not. I thought my tooth had cracked enough to need repaired and was sobbing because I was so scared it'd be expensive. The dentist, I didn't catch his name, checked in with billing to make sure my insurance through work would cover everything done. I'm beyond grateful for today. Walked in crying scared for my teeth. Left crying because I was treated well and taken care of and left with all of them. Though my son brushed his teeth as soon as we got home because he saw how emotional I was. So a little added bonus

Fantastic experience: Having a crown that I’ve had for years, come off last evening, meant for an unexpected trip to the dentist this morning. They fit me right in which I was grateful!!! There was not much of the tooth left, thus the tooth was not able to be saved. The extraction took place then and there which was great! I appreciate Dr. Price treating me like I was his only patient!

Negative experience: If zero stars were an option, I would give them. The lack of patience and compassion shown made this an especially troubling experience. My client has intellectual and mental disabilities and requires patience, understanding, and compassionate care—especially in medical and dental settings. Unfortunately, during this appointment, the dentist’s behavior fell significantly short of these expectations. The dentist was dismissive, impatient, and lacked the compassion necessary when working with individuals who have disabilities. This interaction caused my client unnecessary distress and made the visit a negative and upsetting experience. Healthcare professionals have an ethical and professional responsibility to provide respectful and equitable care to all patients, including those with disabilities. A lack of patience or understanding in such situations is unacceptable and inconsistent with appropriate standards of care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harber is a skilled professional with compassionate personality, which made getting 4 teeth pulled all at once not too bad! Thanks Dr Harber!

My dentist personally is Dr. Price is so professional and keeps a smile on your face always I recommend anyone who needs to go see a dentist come to this location. All the dentist, receptionist, and all the other safe that plays an important role is wonderful as well. Happy Holidays also try out their other dentists as well. Love everyone who works at this office.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with this dental practice at all. I arrived 5 minutes early but still waited about 40 minutes inside for the dentist to come to me. And unlike other clinics, they wanted me to do the work with my insurance and I kept chasing them to give me an update after I sent them the fees schedule. Very unhappy with them.

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr. Orr are very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I had a lot of decay and a broken tooth to deal with, and all staff were extremely helpful. It was a two day process to start with, but everyone treated me with compassion. Dr. Orr explained my options and helped me make good decisions for the best of my oral health.

The Dentist let me know the steps needed to get upper and lower dentures and was all over it when the steps were done. Julian and the Dental assistants did their jobs helping me big time . Dr Price is a excellent Dentist Doctor , I can’t find words to describe what he’s as a person and I think I would never find the word to define what Doctor Price is like but I could say he has empathy with the patients ,he is very careful and what he does, and always caring you. He has the best assistant her name is Evelyn she’s a very kind person and without forgetting the girls who are in customer service always who’s smile and ready to assist you.. Negative experience: This office is extreamly unprofessional especially to be family owned. The same receptionist doesnt answer any questions. Other than scheduling appointments all she says is i dont know and she cant even schedule appointments correctly. No appointment conformations. No appointment reminders or phone calls. Its your word againts theirs. They do not let you know you options how to proceed with things or what to expect. All they want is money. Ive been a patient here for a while and it feels like they will purposely make u miss appointments or say there was a scheduling mistake like theres a vendetta or something

Negative experience: I do not recommend this office at all They started work on my husbands tooth and left it half way done because before they started the work on his tooth they only made sure if our insurance could pay for the first part of the procedure but apparently didn’t make sure they can have the full procedure paid for. Very unprofessional they should have never worked on his tooth if they could not make sure the full procedure was paid for Now he is left with a hole in his tooth

Negative experience: Comfort Dental was one of my last picks for a regular cleaning, but they were the only ones with availability sooner than six weeks from my call date so I settled. Unfortunately, my visit proved why they fall so far on my list. The dentist cleaned my teeth, which I thought was wild! However the way he interacted with me was obvious I was just another name on a form instead of a patient that needed care. The equipment was outdated, and their toilet didn’t flush. There was no dedicated receptionist, one of the hygienists doubled as it. This place screams chain all over it. I should have waited past my 6-month checkup date to get superior service instead of giving Comfort Dental the time of day.

Negative experience: PLEASE READ!!! I had such a terrible experience.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I rarely leave reviews but I feel this needs to be known by others. I don’t even remember the Dr. I saw otherwise i would name him. But, I had 2 reasons for my visit 1) general checkup. I hadn’t been in a long time (my fault i know), and 2) i had something on the roof of my mouth. They took some xrays which is pretty standard. That was fine, the dental assistant was fine. But the Dr. came in and looked in my mouth for maybe all of 2 minutes? Spent more time looking at the xrays than my teeth. He then sat me up without addressing my other concern. So i reminded him. He looked at that for maybe 30 seconds and said it could be a number if things and I should see an oral surgeon. He then proceeded to tell me ‘any dentist would look in your mouth and say overall you have great dental health, but im seeing a lot of minor things that we will need to fill. Could be 5 or more we just really can’t be too sure. Since you haven’t been in a while nobody could catch this’. The way he said this gave me a TERRIBLE gut feeling. They then told me they would call me with pricing for everything later that day. I get a call from one of their staff a few hours later and she told me they needed to do SIXTEEN fillings. They then said that would max out my insurance and still leave me to pay almost $1,200 AFTER insurance. I absolutely cannot afford that right now, so I told the woman on the phone that. The whole ordeal made me feel even more skeptical. I immediately got online to find another dentist for at the very least a second opinion. Btw the dentist was Oasis Dental, whom is INCREDIBLE. They again took xrays, and the dentist actually did his due diligence. He told me he has no idea why the other doctor would even remotely suggest that because I needed ONE SINGULAR FILLING. Not 16. They filled it then and there for me and i had a cleaning done, I paid $30 out of pocket. Oasis also has payment plans so even if I did need more work than the one filling, this would've already been a better option. Not only did they do a terrible job here at Comfort Dental, and recommended things I didn’t need, but I overheard a doctor talking with another patient and it made me so uncomfortable as it sounded like she was fishing for compliments and flirting with the patient. Completely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Have had pending issues for some time. Finally got Medicaid and Dr. Price and his staff took care of difficult situations with grace under pressure! Was hard and am having them deal with the tail end of my complex issues. They are some of the greatest dental folks that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Will be going to them indefinitely! Kudos to the Comfort Dental at Peoria St and Mississippi Ave! They rock!

Negative experience: I went here because I had some work done to My teeth I let him know he mess up because ever time I come it get worse he did not like Me speaking My Mind being up front seen Me then when I came back to get the rest of My work done then I was gonna go get treated some where else he refuse to see Me all tho I was in pain then he call the police on ME so I was gonna file a discrimination and Negligent claim still mite I do not appreciate how I was treated he was very unprofessional and when I ask to speak to some 1 higher up he said he the owner. Fantastic experience: Dr. Price is a great dentist, I am so afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Price, and his assistant, Jullian, make me feel so comfortable, that I forget, that I'm at the dentist. The entire staff is great, they treat you like family. Thank you Julian, I didn't even feel pain today.

Fantastic experience: I've always had an extreme fear of visiting a dentist; a family member died in the dentist chair when I was a child (illogical, as she didn't actually die due to dentistry, but it scarred me.) Anyway, this fear resulted in the fact that I hadn't been to a dentist for over 25 years!! I only mention this with the hope that it will encourage someone else in the same boat to take action. Two weeks ago, I finally had had enough with the pain that a wisdom tooth was causing. I bit the bullet and scheduled a next day appointment for a checkup and an extraction. Dr. Orr was very understanding about my anxiety and the embarrassing state of my dental health. They took a complete set of x-rays, discussed a game plan and went ahead with the extraction (painless, by the way, with no later complications.) I returned today, 11 days later, to have the other wisdom tooth extracted, 1st half of a deep cleaning and several composite fillings...all again with no pain and Dr. Orr again. I'm home with no pain and feeling much relieved. I'll be back next week to complete the deep cleaning and additional fillings and have ZERO anxiety about it. Thanks to you all!

Negative experience: I would NOT go here if you have sensitive gums/teeth or anxiety around the dentist. I was flinching and holding back tears as Dr Orr was scraping my teeth and he didn’t stop once or make sure I was okay. I had blood all over my face when he was done. Then when the other staff member (didn’t catch her name) was polishing my teeth I was still in pain and she just tried to rush through it and kept telling me to RELAX. I mostly likely won’t come back to this practice and definitely not the same dentist. I know every practice is different but I’m even weary about going to another comfort dental after this experience

Negative experience: Serious lack of compassion for patients and will treat you like an addict for being in pain after having all your teeth pulled. Not the place to go if you have any anxiety over the dentist. I have never been so upset or in so much pain when leaving the dentist.

Negative experience: I've been going here for years, and for the last few months they've gone way downhill. I had a HORRIBLE experience while getting fillings. The dentist hardly talked to me, said nothing after the procedure. Theywere not concerned about my comfort, and him& the assistant talked amongst themselves the entire time about what they are for lunch. After the dentist was done, the assistant complained about how long it was taking to finish filling my teeth. She moaned about the work she had coming from the beginning. Like I was a hassle Horrible service. I was treated like just a mouth with teeth. Not as a person at all. It was very painful and degrading! I ended up going to another dentist who properly finished their job of the fillings.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for almost 15 years and I have never had a bad experience or problems with any fillings or work done. The support staff is extremely punctual and you never have to wait past your scheduled time, everyone is very friendly as well. I recommend Dr. Orr as a dentist but I am sure the whole practice is good.

Fantastic experience: My temp crown broke before my vacation and I went in as a walk in patient. My tech Julian (wow!) He made me feel so comfortable and kept checking in on my pain level. He made me feel so assured about what he was doing to make sure I am able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about the crown falling out. He was amazing and I’m thankful he was at the office today to take care of my needs

Negative experience: I’m 52 and this was the worst dentist I have been to. Every office I have been to all I had to do is tell them my insurance name and S.S# and they would pull my insurance info on Delta dentals website. I had to call my job to get all my details of insurance before I could be seen. Then I seriously waited 2 hours to see Dentist. After I spoke with Dentist someone from billing came in the room and gave me someone else’s coverage!!!! I got up and left. After leaving they called me and told me the insurance company gave them the wrong benefits.. This office definitely needs new office staff.

Negative experience: One of the worst mistakes of my life was coming to this dentist about 5 years ago. I went in there with a NOT too bad chipped tooth, he told me I needed a root canal and crown he messed up my root canal and caused an infected abscess, the crown never fit right so instead of sending it back to the lab and having it remade he grinded all the other adjacent and opposing teeth to make it fit. The endodontist that tried to fix this said this was the worst root canal he's ever seen and he wasn't able to save my tooth. I had to have it extracted and have to get a implant and all my other teeth on that side of my mouth are all destroyed because the Dentist decided to grind them all down to make the crown fit. This incompetent dentist Permanently ruined my teeth and costed me around $15,000 in major dental procedures just to try and fix what he destroyed.

Positive experience: Conscientous Dental staff. Just wish the entrance was ADA compliant with handicap parking near the front entrance and a modified ramp access from the front lot marked, then just back lot to the door. My 101 y/o client had a little difficulty maneuvering with his walker for access.

Fantastic experience: Comfort Dental in Aurora (Colorado) took me as a brand new, walk-in patient yesterday. Dr. Orr and his assistant Julian were wonderful to me. Kind, caring, explaining everything to my satisfaction, and handled my emergency beautifully! I'm so glad I found C D! I highly recommend them to any and all who need a (new) dentist!

Negative experience: I called and scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. Only to arrive and they have no appointment scheduled. Sad fact is they don’t even give their names when they answer the telephone. No way of accommodating me the customer. And the front desk people were so rude almost made me step out of character. I would not suggest anyone go to this office. The only reason why they received two ’s was because the lobby was clean.

Negative experience: Every time I went, it was a painful experience. If you have good dental insurance PLEASE AVOID! The assistants seem all new and inexperienced (except Julian, he’s great). I didn’t even know how horrible and rushed my experience was until I went to a different dentist that actually cared. The dentists here see between 40-50 patients a day so they’re extremely rushed, jumping between them constantly. My new dentist sees between 8-12 people a day and actually spends time with me and does the work carefully and meticulously.

Fantastic experience: I had a total of 4 appointments in the span of 4 weeks, and each week i actually looked forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Harbor and Monica were nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY! They are both so personable, funny :), caring, and professional. Monica took her time and made sure each filling she did was done to perfection, i appreciate her time and commitment to my teeth. Dr. Harbor was extremely gentle and caring when numbing me. During the drilling process, he made sure i was as comfortable as he could get me! Dr. Harbor (dentist) + Monica (dental assistant) are a dynamic duo but are AMAZING individually as well. If i could give 10 stars i would.

Fantastic experience: They did a great job on my fillings! Julian did a great job taking the time to get them just right and was communicating well about what I could do to help! The office did great explaining how to best use my Medicaid benefits.

Negative experience: I arrived, at 4:24PM for an appointment at 4:30PM. After signing the sheet up front, I stood 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there and no came so I sat down. At about 4:52PM I received a call as I waited in the lobby that I missed my appointment, mean while not one employee was upfront to check me in as I waited. I sternly let her know that I was in the lobby and no one ever came, and she proceeded to hang up, look at me and walk to the back office. After frustration I left. I would not recommend an appointment here, if your in pain or need dental work there has to be better places that will actually want your business. Unless you want to wait for nothing, don’t go here.
