Fantastic experience: Dr. Courtin and her team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, timely and use all up to date technology to make your dental experience better. I had a major molar extraction and it was easier than I could have imagined. I felt well cared for before, during and after my procedure.

Negative experience: WORST DENTIST VISIT EVER!! I HAD A 2PM APPT. THE DENTIST KNEW THAT I WAS A NEW PATIENT, BUT SHE CHOSE TO LEAVE AT 3PM WITHOUT EVEN SEEING ME OR MY XRAYS (THAT HER PROFICIENT & VERY COURTEOUS DENTAL ASSISTANT HAD TAKEN) THIS NEW FEMALE DENTIST( I NEVER MET HER... SHE LEFT ME SITTING IN MY CHAIR WAITING TO BE SEEN BY HER) IS GOING TO "RUIN" THIS PREVIOUSLY "WONDERFUL & PROFICIENT" DENTAL PRACTICE THAT DR NELSON SPENT YEARS TO BUILD. SO SAD THAT DR NELSON'S FAMILY ARE PROBABLY NOT AWARE THAT DR. NELSON'S PRACTICE IS BEING RUINED BY THIS FEMALE NON CARING, UNPROFESSIONAL FEMALE DENTIST.

Fantastic experience: We got our teeth cleaned by Traci today. She was so nice, he keeps asking when he can go back to have her clean his teeth again.

One of the associates will greet you in a few minutes and inform you of the schedule for the appointment and answer any questions. The dental staff is the best and give excellent care. Traci is the technician that cleans my teeth and she is outstanding. Friendly, caring, and excellent work. Dr Nelson is amazing in his skills and Texas hospitality. I had my first root canal a few months back and was really nervous due to war stories I had heard from friends. He performed the procedure painlessly and quickly, I was impressed and grateful. At 90 years I have had several dentists, Dr Nelson is far and above the best in Texas. With a talented , caring, and friendly staff I highly recommended North Texas Dental and do every chance I get.

When I called in in pain from the airport in Florida and could not get in home in time enough for an appointment, Michelle helped me by telling me what to do to keep myself safe and out of pain until I could see the dentist on that following Monday. I am bound and determined not to have another dentist for the rest of my life except for Jeff Nelson, DDS of North Texas Dental in Greenville, Texas.
