Fantastic experience: The Dr and staff were so kind and answered all my concerns. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone that is needing work done.

Negative experience: Worst place I have ever gone. My dentist was the worst. She lies pull three teeth with no Novacaine and didn’t have a second thought of it want to get my partials and never go back to this place ever again.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly. Dr explained all the options as well as pros and cons for each one. Pricing is not particularly "affordable" if you're on a fixed income but they do offer financing. I elected traditional dentures and, even though I'm only 48 hours out, I love them! They look great even with the expected postop swelling. Staff and surgeon are very friendly.

Positive experience: This place really went abo ve and beyond, my dog ate my dentures, and they got me in that morning. Mandy the manager even came to talk to me as I wS really upset. The people here will help in any way they can. Don't go anywhere else for dentures. This is the best place. These pictures show the great work they do Unfortunately when you have to go back the doctor is perfect she treats you so kind ,, but the front desk are so nice at first but after they get the money and a few visits they become rude. So if you deal with them long term be prepared.

Negative experience: I had a wonderful consultation accept a few things made me want to run. I hear this lady moaning in pain the whole time severe pain. I ask what pain medication is given for implants and was told Tylenol! That is severe pain based on what I heard and have been told. Ridiculous no pain management well no thank you.

Negative experience: I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your office, which unfortunately did not meet the standards I experienced at the Colorado location. While the front office staff was excellent, I am dissatisfied with the quality of my new dentures. The bottom denture does not fit properly, and I was informed that relining are not offered for this specific which I spent 1800.00. Additionally, the teeth themselves appear to be too small. For comparison, the top denture I received from the Colorado office was of exceptional quality, but I do not feel the same about this current set.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and very friendly people and was very thorough in what would happen in getting two implant bridges. Especially after being hit in the mouth 2 months ago by an Irish setter dog that was in the process of dying . Plus it was prices I could afford and also what I can’t pay can put on care credit. Looking forward to a new mouth that will hopefully get me through the rest of my life

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars I would. Boyfriend got dentures last year and they have NEVER fit right. Took them back twice only to get the same result. Tried contacting them over & over with no return call. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely terrified of dentists, okay? Dr. Anna Suarez is one of the nicest healthcare professionals I have ever worked with. She is professional, has an excellent bedside manner, and the quote for the full treatment plan was very reasonable. I needed five extractions, and they did all five in one day. The procedure took about an hour because a couple of my teeth were stubborn and the roots had to be worked out, but they got everything. They even took post-procedure X-rays to make sure nothing was left behind. I had extractions done in the 90s and they definitely weren't doing that back then. I don't normally take pills, so they helped me come up with a medication schedule that I could actually follow and explained exactly how to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. That was incredibly helpful. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming. Financing was easy. I went in at 8:00 AM for an evaluation, was back by 2:00 PM for my extractions, and was driving myself home by 3:15 PM. (Part of that delay was because I forgot my phone in the office and had to go back for it.) I also loved seeing an all-female team absolutely crushing it (sorry owner dude. You weren't there, but these women are awesome!) While I was there, I watched them deal with some very difficult patients. One gentleman had attempted to repair his dental appliance himself. Yelling at them! They calmly explained that if something breaks, don't try to fix it yourself because it can void the warranty—just bring it back. Even after that, they continued treating him with patience and respect. Throughout the day I watched the staff go out of their way for people. Everyone remained calm, professional, patient, and kind. One of the staff members was singing while she worked and the entire office had a bright, positive atmosphere. There was one point during my procedure where the local anesthetic didn't fully take and I could feel what was happening. All I had to do was let Dr. Suarez know. She immediately stopped, gave me additional anesthetic, waited until I was completely numb, and then continued. After that, I couldn't feel a thing. The entire team works together seamlessly. They are efficient without making you feel rushed. You can tell they're busy and on a schedule, but they never make you feel like a burden or an inconvenience. I am usually the nervous patient who asks a million questions, but they made me feel comfortable the entire time. One thing I always pay attention to in healthcare is whether people genuinely care about helping others. Dr. Suarez is exactly the kind of person you hope to find. She is kind, compassionate, and genuinely wants her patients to be comfortable. She and her assistant made the entire experience easy, precise, and stress-free. Less than 24 hours later, I already feel better than I did before the procedure. The pain from the infected and broken teeth is gone. I'm a little tender, which is completely expected after having five teeth extracted, but it feels like healing pain instead of something being wrong. For the first time in a long time, I'm not sitting around in constant dental pain, and that alone is priceless. I can't even believe how much better I can think now that they're gone! 10/10. I would absolutely recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I had new snap in dentures made from the Greenville location a few years back. I’m super happy with them, and they also look great. For those considering getting this done? Just know anything new being fitted to your mouth will feel a little foreign at first. But your mind will quickly adjust, and you will ultimately find you will forget they are not your own teeth! Best decision I made choosing this company. Even service is top shelf. Staff is very friendly as well. Job well done guys.

Negative experience: The people are ok here The pricing is just outrageous!!!! Went in for implants quoted me 39 thousand PLUS had to pay 900 a hour for anesthesia!!! Which is honestly unheard of! I found an AMAZING! Place in Irving called Dallas All on 4 Implant Center! Was 24,400 and sedation was included!!!! Just want everyone to know there are way more AFFORDABLE places out there for implants! This place is only decent if you are getting regular dentures.

Negative experience: One of the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with in my 65 years. Spent a day in a half in the Greenville TX store for a lower partial and full uppers. Told I will leave with lower and uppers will need to be sent off. Fine. $2000 and still no lower or uppers. Every staff member ESPECIALLY the tech in the back wanted to argue. Mandy (Manager) finally called handled it fine and we agree a full refund was inorder and we will call it a day. BUYER BEWARE

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with most of the staff. The doctor was amazing. Front desk could use a little courtesy. Also they told me what to expect about the dentures and my physical healing but did not tell me how it might affect me emotionally. Im sure that’s not part of their training but anyone in the medical field has to realize you are just treating patients. You are treating humans. Human centered care means caring about the overall person not just the medical procedure you are doing. I just hope that the medical community catches on !

Negative experience: I had to walk out of my appointment this morning because I was so frustrated that I knew I was about to cry. I called affordable dentures last week to see if they could realign my dentures and how much it would cost. Although I very specifically said I needed my top and bottom realigned the lady on the phone only quoted me for one, so when I arrived this morning they want to double what I was quoted. I decided I would just get the top one realigned and come back and do the bottom when I had some more money, but then I was informed they would have to keep my dentures until 4:00 p.m. even though my appointment was at 9:00 a.m.. I drove an hour to get to this appointment and I have to be an hour away to pick up my kids from school at 3:30, so I just left. I called ahead because I had to drive over an hour to get there, and got given wrong information. Although I told the lady on the phone it would take me over an hour to get there nobody told me I would have to leave my dentures there all day. It would be nice to be fully informed when I am calling for information. 2 stars because most of the people there were very nice.

After being promptly ushed back to the cubicle, I was attended to by Holly who listened intently to my issue and took my dentures back to the lab, where she adjusted the bite. Fantastic experience: I had a lot of trouble with my dentures from another state. When the lower denture broke we were already in TX. I saw a person at Walmart with beautiful dentures, I had to ask who did the work. I called Affordable Dentures and Implants. Got an appointment and everything after that was amazing. The front staff is kind and helpful, the waiting room is spotless and the x-ray equipment is so clean and accurate. The tech that met me at the door was friendly and kind. When I walked into the dental suite I realized it..was very clean and welcoming. This was not a one time thing, it was the same every visit. You will not find a better Dentist. He answered all my questions and was very patient and kind. He was also the same at every visit I have beautiful dentures and great implants. I could actually speak more about their patience and professionalism but it would be more of the same.

Negative experience: Went to have my dentures relined I was quoted $260 over the phone. When I get to the office . They want to do X-rays pull teeth and then charge me $2,000 for a new top plate and a new bottom partial this place is a joke do not I repeat do not use affordable dentures for your services they are awful all they want is your money.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth the other day and I thought it needed to be pulled. After meeting with the wonderful, cheerful staff the dentist told me that it didn’t need to be pulled and that I had really nice teeth. She was very informative about what would happen if we unnecessarily pulled teeth. I am thankful to the dentist and staff for their kindness and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I have a ton of anxiety with going to the dentist from a previous experience. But when I broke a back cavity, I knew the pain warranted a visit. Dr. Suarez and all of the staff I interacted with were so compassionate and informative. They educated me more than my parents did as a kid without judgment. I, unfortunately, had to have 3 teeth extracted and 3 bone grafts done. Even with my (embarrassing) crying in the chair, they made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me when I didn’t think I could keep going with phrases like “You’ve got this. Almost done. You’re doing great. You’re brave. We’ve got 2 out!” I really appreciated that and their kindness.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible , I went there 6 years ago for implants and it has been nothing but a bad experience , couldn’t get them to honor their so called warranty without a fight, my teeth never truly fit and they said that they could do nothing more. Granted I believe they have changed hands 1-2 times since then. So I thought I would go to them for my replacements. Wrong they screwed that up as well! Never again will I trust them and if I had to do it again I would never go there in the first place and I would advise people to look elsewhere .

Positive experience: I had a good experience with getting a new lower denture, fast and resonable pricing. I was told by the woman who placed my lower that the rings on the dentures need to be replaced each year, which I was never told. I called for an appointment it was against their policy to replace anything on dentures they did not make.....so bascially forcing me to but a new upper that I don't need. Won't be a repeat customer. That is not resonable business practices.

Negative experience: Affordable Dentures and Implants is the very last place you should choose to get your dentures. Don't be lured in by the low cost. There is a reason. I paid nearly $10,000 for the 4 post implant fixed dentures. They said six months to complete the process. 1.5 years later,I walked out with my dentures, but only with three implants, not four like I paid for. They refused to refund the money for the fourth implant. And to top it off....the fourth implant didn't get set properly and came loose and was left to float away into my soft tissue and forgotten. It became severely infected and when I came in for help with it, they said they would have to charge me additional to remove it. Absolutely unacceptable. I could go on and on about my experience with these people but I finish by saying .. .just go somewhere else...anywhere else. I wish I did.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy about my new teeth. They replaced the upper dentures with their ultra premium denture, and I had my bottom front teeth extracted, and replaced a partial for a bottom denture. Overall, the procedure went great. I had seven teeth pulled, and a temporary denture put on the bottom. I’m very happy with my smile. The staff were awesome. The doctor was awesome. I was a little afraid of the procedure so, he talked me through as he went along, very kind and very patient. I gave a five star because I’ve had excellent service so far. This bottom procedure is about an eighth month process. I will receive my permanent bottom denture then.

Negative experience: The Greenville Tx location is awful, they don't start off that way, but the soon show their true colors after they have you locked in. I had several appointments and procedures done here in Greenville's Affordable Dentures and implants. About the Third appointment is the second time they had me in tears. The majority of the time they seem truly concerned for the level of my comfort. The first time I was in tears the staff was apologetic and explained how they didn't realize how much I was affected. No harm, no foul... Now we all know I'm a big baby and overly anxious, right?... well, no. Seems this visit they were running behind...so when I complained that it hurt and asked for maybe just some numbing gel, I was told no. So I explained that I'm already shaking and if it hurts they're not going to be able to complete the procedure. This was after allowing two different people to try... one looks to the other and says "well if she isn't going to let us, reschedule her, we've got other patients". It doesn't matter if I come back another day or time... if it hurts they will not be able to preform the procedure. I tried to see if the work can be completed elsewhere. It could not. If you are sensitive and dentist's offices make you anxious find somewhere with more understanding assistants to have your procedures completed. Update: One of the implants they gave me fell out, so I had to go back to them for them to fix. They also tell you they are out of something you need and that they will call you when they get more so they can complete what you've already paid for. Then when they don't call, you call instead and go in and they want to charge you a second time because you didn't call them sooner. I don't know what the timing has to do with anything, paid for is paid, right? 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Save yourself some pain, find someone better, their prices aren't much different from other places.

Fantastic experience: My daughter lost her flipper on a Friday. My daughter called made an appointment for Monday. The appointment was at 8am and at 2pm she had a brand new smile again. Thank you, the staff and Dr were very nice. I recommend this place.

Negative experience: Staff refused to provide pricing/treatment for dentures. They only wanted to work on my current very problematic and painful teeth. Their goal was to make a returning customer for many years of various expensive treatments because they’ll get more money that way. They tried to push bone grafts and all kinds of expensive things to push implants instead of what I wanted. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Negative experience: The absolute worst experience! They have NO communication, lack of courtesy, and don’t listen to the patient concerns at all! Warranties are a joke, “affordable” is a joke. Do yourself a favor, save the headache and just use someone else!!

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff and assistants are always welcoming and extremely prompt. The Dentist DDS Mr.Cyprian Okobi was kind patient with me. I have major dental anxiety and he was understanding. My 4 front teeth suffered trauma after a surgery 7 years ago and I thought my smile was ruined forever. I am grateful for the care I received.

Negative experience: I regret going here, I should have believed the bad reviews! I was charged $418 for 2 extractions, the dentist tore up my gums on one and still have a large hole. I was charged $ 250 for a temporary partial which doesn't fit my jaw at all and can't wear. They said it would be 4 months to get the permanart one!! My tongue turned dark brown and food taste abnormal from taking the antiobiotics!! I will never go back there. I don't recommend anyone to go here!!

Fantastic experience: I was so scared the first time coming here, I had made up my mind that I wanted full dentures. So the day I came for my consultation, right away they made me feel comfortable. They told me step by step what was needed to be done, gave me options and even answer all my questions. I have always felt welcomed and I have referred several members of my family. They are very friendly, always greet you with a smile and very attentive to your needs.

Negative experience: I had no problems with the office until it came time to pick up my teeth, they closed 2 1/2 early on Friday and told me to come back on Monday to pick them up then again on Monday closed 2 1/2 hours early so I wasn’t able to pick them up AGAIN, I don’t even get off work till 1 and I work in sachse, so basically at this rate I will never be able to pick up my teeth with them continuing to close before the time they have on the door and google, so I basically spent $1,000 on nothing, don’t go here unless you want to be giving the go around and have your time/money wasted

Negative experience: Absolutely not! Have been waiting on a email about what insurance would cover and have not received it going on a week now!!! The office will not answer my calls! And he wanted to pull over 10 teeth with no Anesthesia!!! It’s an absolutely the hell not for me!

Negative experience: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The dentist was so aggressive and bruised my face pulling 3 teeth. The temporary crowns broke after 5 days. Then they made molds for my partials. They told me it would be 2 weeks and I would have them. In 2 weeks I called and they said I had to do molds again. 2 weeks after that I finally got them. It was the Wednesday before my vacation. They didn’t fit right. I called 2 times on Thursday and never heard back from them. I called Friday and came in for an adjustment which didn’t help. Now it is Sunday and I leave tomorrow for vacation and I find out from a family member that the reason they hurt is because they don’t fit the roof of my mouth and they are rubbing my mouth into ground meat. I have to go on a week vacation with no side or back teeth. They told me when I started all this that I would definitely have everything done way before my vacation.

Negative experience: March 4 2024 I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Oobi and the receptionist charge me $229 out of pocket refused to run my insurance set on my claim for two weeks. I had to call my insurance company back for my insurance company to do a three-way call with the office to find out that they didn’t have a manager, so I couldn’t receive a refund until they got a manager once the manager was in they claim that I was supposed to receive a refund of $162.42. I still have not received my refund do not go to this office. They’re a bunch of scammers and manipulators , and when it’s time for them to give you your money back, you will not get it back

Negative experience: I strongly recommend find somewhere else to go. They insisted I get implants. They put them in but one they did sew shut. 4 months later it was still open and got infected. They tried to blame it on me smoking. They pulled the implant and done a bone graft. Again, it was not sewn shut and again another infection. Now they refuse to finish the work that was financed to be done. STAY AWAY from this place!!!
