Fantastic experience: The doctor is great and knowable I am a huge believer in getting more than one input especially on price because of the experiences I’ve had and the only complaint I have is how the financial aspect is run here. I have been given so many different numbers and was told I owed 241 then to figure out I owe over 800 dollars so that’s quite irritating but I’m at the minimum thankful for how good the doctor is and how nice everyone is in there just think the numbers could be displayed in a much better way to see what the TOTAL is

He gives the absolute most pain-free dental shots I’ve ever had in my life! Belen assisted him and helped make the experience the best it could be. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sicinski & Kim went above and beyond to make sure my 6 year old felt comfortable & safe - he even fell asleep during his visit :) We were quoted a lot higher with more invasive treatment somewhere else. Fantastic experience: To be honest, I would never think of going to another dentist for any reason whatsoever! As much as we all dislike having to see a dentist, Springer Dental Care is hands down the very best Dentistry I have ever seen: and I've seen many prior to finding them! The staff are amazing, non-judgemental, and they actually care whether you're in pain or not. The Dr. is great with not only the work he does, but explaining every process in detail while answering any questions I may have. Competitive pricing of course, and I've had some pretty major things done with my teeth and they have taken care of everything in-house for me. I would recommend Springer Dental any day of the week!! Such an awesome group of people there!

Negative experience: Firsr appointment they had a million questions about my past dentist which was out of state to see if they could catch me in a lie like could I be a dentist hopper who gets work done then doesn't pay. Fast forward thousand of dollars later paid to Springer Dental I had cracked a back tooth that I had a root canal done a decade+ ago (not by Springer but don't worry bill for service was paid).. so I call Springer and say hey I cracked a back tooth and need it looked at. I show up and they said I needed to pay portion of days services (removing tooth) before being seen so paid over $400 just to be seen and then was told by dentist it didn't need to be pulled unless I wanted it pulled (it already was a dead tooth effecting nothing but when someone cracks a tooth they want it looked at). Springer did not note payment to be credited towards the pulling of tooth a month later when I decided I wanted it done and claim the payment on that day was credited elsewhere Yada Yada they are money hungry. It's been a year+ and driving by today reminded me they stole a half G from our family so had to vent. Writing review under my father's account because who knows why I'm signed in under him right now, Springer don't say we don't have records of you as a customer you can eat it. Anthony H.

Fantastic experience: If I could rate them unlimited stars I would!! The staff here is awesome including the ladies at the front desk!! After multiple bad experiences with pediatric dentist he’s taken care of all 3 of my girls and they love him!! He makes them comfortable at their appointments along with his assistants. They did a wonderful job with helping me work through my anxiety with visiting a dentist, and also making sure I understand the why behind EVERYTHING!
