Fantastic experience: I had a severe overbite when I started, and by the time I was partway through treatment I had moved out of St. Louis. I still flew back for every appointment because I wasn't willing to restart with someone new. That should tell you what I think of Dr. Levens. He's personable and as well as the staff. Dr. Levens never made me feel like I was being rushed during appointments. When I had questions about my treatment, he actually answered them instead of brushing past. Appointments took the time they needed to take. The office worked with my travel every single time. Flight delayed? They fit me in. Landed early? They got me in early. They also scheduled my next visits around when I could realistically be back in town, which made the whole thing possible. If you're weighing orthodontists in St. Louis, this is the one! P. S. Yall can just call me Ms. Colgate now cause I can't stop smiling lol

During my process I experienced the wire poking me in my cheek on a Friday night, I called the emergency number feeling really bad because I tried everything to not call but it wasn’t working .. Dr Levens came to my rescue to fix the issue that only took maybe 5 mins .I really appreciate that especially on a Friday night . They provided me with a clear plan and timeline, and in just over 2 years, my treatment was complete. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I've never smiled so much in my life. Fantastic experience: Marvelous! I knew I wanted lingual braces and I chose Dr. Leven's office because they were the BEST around. Trust me, I’m frugal so I did my research. I wasn’t wrong! Dr. Leven’s did magic on my terrible underbite and now my teeth are perfect. It was so bad; you can say it belonged in the jaw of someone like Jay Leno. It’s been over a year since I had my braces removed, and I’m still getting compliments from friends and family! Their staff was always welcoming and accommodating. Every office visit I had was a pleasure! Dr. Leven and his orthodontic team provided the utmost best care I could ask for. During my adjustment visits, they would immediately notice any slight discomfort and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. There was never a visit where I felt like I wasn’t cared for. Our daughter got her braces off in the timeline predicted and the approach was reasonable. The office staff is always very responsive and great to work with for scheduling. Fantastic experience: Dr Levens has been the most responsible and concious doctor we have seen during this COVID pandemic. He invested a lot in his office because of this pandemic and we can see that.Trainings, changing in protocols, N95 masks, shields for all staff, nobody in the waiting room except us, Cavi sanitiser wipes and much more. I even used a pen there to sign and they asked me to keep it since they are not reusing pens! I am so glad my kids are safe when they go there. You make us feel safe and I am thankful for that!

I was a patient of Dr. Levens over 20 years ago and actually looked forward to each visit because of the fun environment they created and kind staff. When our kids needed orthodontic treatment I didn’t even think twice about where they would go. They have maintained the same atmosphere and the staff is still so nice. They are extremely prompt and on time with their appointments, there are always contests and prizes to keep the patients motivated and they make sure to answer any questions. All while doing it with genuine care and concern for patient and their family. This office is a gem and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Especially with everything going on due to the pandemic and reopening of businesses, they have taken extreme precautions and processes to ensure the safety of their patients and employees. I have just recently had an appointment with great success of Invisalign and everything was done with great care and safety despite the limits right now! So grateful I was still able to get the necessary care done in these times.

My family has been working with Dr. Levens for several years now starting with him taking extensive x-rays to reassure us that our son who was not "normally" losing his baby teeth would eventually lose them . I consulted with a couple orthodontists before Dr. Levens, but knew almost instantly these were the folks I wanted to see for the next 2 years. No regrets. :)
