Negative experience: I missed my appointment cause it was a traffic. I called in and the lady told me the closest appointment was October 28. I told her I will take my business somewhere esle.i am not sure if they had a change management or what happened.

Fantastic experience: Took mom to Northwest family dental today for her first visit to get new upper and lower dentures. The dentures she has now are too loose and causing sores. Not to mention they are at lest 30 years old. The whole staff was very comforting to mom and so nice. Dr Barry was very nice and gentle with mom. Great bed side manner. Explained everything and let us make the decision. No pressure. Needless to say we started the process today. Dr Barry also adjusted moms old dentures so they are more comfortable until her new set are made. I liked Northwest so much I will now be going there. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Another visit at Northwest Dental turned out to be a completely enjoyable experience. 3 visits, and every single one of them has earned my great respect for the entire staff! From the minute you walk in the door, till the minute you walk out...every one makes you feel at home! If you're looking for a great dental office, and a very calming experience, you can't miss with THIS crew!! I visited Northwest Family Dental again today, and I'm not surprised at ALL how much I enjoyed my visit! Just like the last time (see comments below)... the entire staff goes out of their WAY to make the time I spend there the most pleasant time ever! Going there is like attending a fun family reunion!! Previous visit: I loved my visit at Northwest! A tooth extraction can be scary, and extremely involved, so this wasn't a simple cleaning visit. EVERY member of the staff made me feel relaxed, and I actually ENJOYED the procedure! (I know, weird, right?!) My Dentist explained everything to me BEFORE proceeding, the office staff explained the costs and how those would be applied BEFORE we proceeded, and my dental assistant stayed with me, engaging me, talking about everyday "stuff," making me feel calm. So, THANK YOU Northwest Dental...Professional, knowledgeable, and VERY kind!

Fantastic experience: My husband had his last 5 teeth removed and his immmediates put in today and we couldnt have found a better place for him. Dr. Barry is so down to earth and explains things in detail and all of the staff are all so warm and welcoming and genuinely care. Fantastic experience: We all have those dentist stories, horror stories if you will. The establishment and the staff make me no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Fantastic experience: Amazing, amazing, amazing. Nothing bad to say. Great service. Great people. Great care. The staff are upbeat and all work very well together. I have 3 small children and 1 inevitably ends up coming with me. Everytime they are welcoming, kind, compassionate, and just beautiful people. They went to the extent of playing with my 2 year old while I got my X-rays and helping me keep him occupied while getting a couple fillings. They are truly an amazing and very talented office. Beyond that they speak to each other with kindness, they continue educating each other, they share each others lives with pride and speak highly of each other. I hate going to the dentist and they made me very close to forgetting I was there. Will be taking my children there, and never going anywhere else as long as I have my own teeth :)

Fantastic experience: As someone who struggles with dental anxiety- I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Barry and his staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Northwest Family Dental everyone was very friendly! Dr. Barry Miller DDS took time to tell me what he was doing in the procedure then explain each step of the after surgery procedure. Even got my appointment for the next day when I called to schedule! I would recommend them And will be returning to them in 2026 for more work to be done! They were Awesome!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff help you feel at ease. Quality care, fit me in when I was having troubles unexpectedly and started with common sense solutions. Fantastic experience: We were looking for an emergency dentist for our kiddo who broke a molar we called our normal dentist and couldn’t get in till April we called Midwest dental and explained the situation and got him in the same day and without hesitation and was so patient and kind and understanding and got Us in to a surgeon this week to fix the issue! Fantastic experience: Dr.Berry was great, He provided alot of detail based on my situation and helped me develop a a care plan that I will be having done by his partners office in Huntsville. He was also able to help me by repairing my retainer in the meantime. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: You don't really expect to have fun at the dentist but this was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was very friendly and very concerned over my pain levels. Fantastic experience: As always, they are my favorite office my favorite people they make me feel like family. Dr. Barry genuinely cares about his Patients And how to best help them. He works through the care plans for what Best suits you. The front office staff, Terry and Alyssa they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in they make you feel comfortable and like you’re sitting with your friends rather than just at another doctor’s office and then you go back to the rooms And every single one of those girls make you feel welcome and comfortable . Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly. Myself and my son both had appointments at the same time for a cleaning and did not have to wait at all. They got us in right away. The Dentist was very nice and gave me all the info I needed. I hate the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned. They were very understanding and made the whole thing very pleasant. I am no longer putting off going to the dentist. My son was done at the same time and we got in and out in under an hour.
