Fantastic experience: There is nothing that could have prepared me for the day I had leading up to my amazing visit with Dr. Nayeli Reyes. One bite of food lead me to a beautiful, clean, and welcoming recovery at Dental Street. I was lucky to call and get in touch with reception immediately to get an emergency appointment to get a new temporary veneer. I live in Houston and am in Brownsville for work so I was just grateful to get an appointment. But as soon as I walked in the door I felt so welcome. Dr. Reyes stayed late only to make me a new veneer and was so kind. She walked me through every step of her process and made sure I was in no pain. I’m so thankful to her and her wonderful team for taking such good care of me and my smile.

They took the time to answer all of my questions, truly listened to my concerns, and made sure my cleaning was done thoroughly nothing felt rushed or overlooked. What I appreciated most was their honesty. They explained everything they could clearly, and if there was something outside their scope, they were upfront about it rather than giving an answer just to say something. I really value that level of transparency. Overall, I left feeling genuinely taken care of and comfortable with the care I received. Fantastic experience: I was needing an emergency exam, looked through google and went with whom i felt had the best reviews… AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. Not only were they accepting new patients, they were able to see me the same day for the emergency exam i was needing. I dont know what was better, the fact that they were detailed in explaining everything, answering every question i asked with patience and care towards me, or me not waiting in the room for more than 5 minutes. The ladies in the front were amazing!!! The one who did my xrays? Made me feel so comfortable. The doctor, the one who did my cleaning, everything was great. I felt so comfortable. 10/10. Definitely recommend. It all made me feel so good, i even made an appointment for my baby.. just, amazing people. Amazing dentist office. Ohhh and so clean and organized too!

Fantastic experience: At Dental Street, you are treated with genuine respect and patience. Our experience with them was truly wonderful. They took their time to help our autistic son, who has sensory sensitivities that can make dental visits challenging. Every member of the team made sure to explain each step in detail, helping to calm and reassure him throughout the process. Although a typical checkup usually involves more procedures, today’s visit was a success. Our son got some X-rays done for the very first time, which was a huge milestone for him. The appointment took a little longer than usual, but only because the staff was so patient and never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Thanks to their kindness and understanding, our son’s dental anxiety was much lower this time. Dr. Reyes even reminded us to celebrate today’s progress as a win — and we absolutely agree. Dental Street has earned our full trust and gratitude.

They offered me payment plans and flexible appointments. I felt very comfortable and secure considering the fact that I haven't been in the dentist in years. Fantastic experience: We've been here several times for a variety of things such as cleanings and fillings, etc. Ms. Ruby was my attendant each time and she was so considerate and kind!! She was thorough and explained the treatments as she did them and was so careful to ensure my comfort throughout each procedure. She is really a keeper and as long as she is who attends to me, I'll keep coming back. Additionally, the front desk receptionists are on point! They dealt with my insurance directly and handled all the problems. Very stress free. They honestly did give me a great experience and I will recommend this place to others.

My 7 yr old got extensive work done, They made sure He felt comfortable and confident all throughout. Minor details that made all the difference: As soon as we walked in I was greeted by the front desk by last name. Nice touch letting us know they are ready for us and it’s a little personal touch. Also not anyone can go in. They do have a locked door with a button from the inside to let us in. When we were taken in the rooms I’m assuming what was the dentist assistant made small chit chat with us Which I appreciate they take the time for. When my kids were getting their teeth cleaned I couldn’t have asked for a more patient hygienist, she constantly spoke to my kids and reassuring they were doing a great job. The doctor went over my son’s care plan extensively and answered all questions in detail. It didn’t feel like other doctors visits that are rushed. She made us feel comfortable with what would be done. My children appreciate the small tokens/gifts they receive once we leave. Those details matter in great office! This office also offers a monthly plan for those who are self pay like us which is great. To sum it up we are satisfied with our visit! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Today I had the best customer service experiences of my life at Dental street. I had to take my 1 year old baby in with me as we both had a dentist appointment. From the moment I got there my baby was fussy and I was ready to reschedule. However, the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a patient. I had one employee offer to go out in the rain to get my diaper bag and an other person carry my crying baby while I got my cleaning. The dentist was especially lovely and understanding of my uncomfortable situation. Not very many businesses display this type of excellence, Dental street has really set the bar high.

The number one reason why I hardly go to the dentist is because I never get the chance to ask the questions I want to ask, and I’ve had issues with staff members turning in paperwork for my insurance. Fantastic experience: Besides the fact that the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I'm extremely happy with my results! I had gotten a filling done in one of my back molars about 2 years ago at a different office and it was super sensitive ever since, to the point where I couldn't eat on my left side and I really thought I would need a root canal. When I had a check up done with Dr.Reyes I had mentioned the issue to her, and she was very assertive to let me know that there was no need for a root canal and the best option to alleviate the sensitivity was to redo the filling. It's now been about 5 months since the redo and I have no sensitivity whatsoever! Highly recommended!
