Fantastic experience: Dr. Pirtle is GREAT. Painless!!! I am deathly afraid of dentists and hate pain. He is the best dentist ever. This is the second big dental procedure I've had here and will only come here. Maria and Mandy were my assistants today and were wonderful. But all the office staff, from the front desk and throughout the office, have been excellent. If you want a great experience, come here. You had the rest, now come see the best!

Fantastic experience: Couple wks ago My 9 yr., old granddaughter shared she was excited to go to the dentist. "Why are you excited?" "Because they are nice there," she said. This is only her second visit to Lower Valley Dental Assoc., to consult Dr. Rodriguez. Dr.Rodriguez is the epitome of professional bedside manners. She listened, she explained things clearly and she did so as she addressed the adult in the room as well as my granddaughter and gave her some pointers on how to execute proper teeth brushing based on what she saw her need was. Thanks Dr. Rodriguez for not being in a rush and explaining everything. Thank you for not making us feel rushed. We had to wait for you a bit but when you sat down to address my grandaughter's situation and your plan moving forward it became clear to us that the previous patient got the same attention & time to address a plan of action. For that reason, we didn't mind waiting, at all. Thanks for addressing my grandaughter directly, at her level, establishing trust. That's BIG. Thank you also for not running out the room as you gave us final instructions handing paperwork to your assistant to "close out the office call" as most doctors do nowadays. Lower Valley Dental does not run their dental practice as 'dental assembly lines' and although I didn't meet but a few of their staff, those i met seem to have the same attitude. Many good things I can say about this practice, this was an emergency situation and arrangements were made for her to be seen the following day. Thanks again Dr. Rodriguez, patient care unfortunately has become diluted, at least in our experience but yours speaks volumes of you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pirtle is awesome! Few years ago another Dentist messed up one of my molars with a bad root canal and crown and I went to Dr Pirtle who had to redo both root canal and crown and did an outstanding job! Then the same year I went for another crown and again he did an incredible job, then I went on a two week vacation and when I we coming back last week my oldest crown fell out completely but I saved it thinking and hoping that they would just re-cement it back and I wasn't wrong, Dr Pirtle never fails and he saw me as soon as I got in and once again did a fenomenal job in less then an hour!! Also Vivi the Office Manager and the whole staff is super friendly and professional, Thank you Dr Pirtle and team!!❤️

Fantastic experience: First time visiting/taking my baby (1 yrs old) and I absolutely loved it! Front desk and staff are very friendly. Dr Rodriguez was very kind and helpful with my baby. My daughter didn’t give them a hard time and I really think it’s because she felt comfortable due to how nice they were. Also, wait time was not even long whatsoever! I probably waited 10 minutes to be called in.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Pirtle was amazing , as well as Mrs.Mayra, she literally held my hand , and Dr. was as kind as can be , I have extremely bad anxiety but the whole staff was just the best , and so efficient , I can’t think of any other word-to describe the clinic but just the best, coming from someone who hasn't been to a dentist in years , I actually feel confident now and comfortable enough to start planning the rest of my dental needs. Thank you lower valley for making sure I was taken care of by Thanksgiving

Fantastic experience: My daughter (7) needed to have some cavities filled. Every other place I have taken her in the past 2 years said that she would need general anesthesia. Not Lower Valley!! All of the staff from the 1st phone call to the last filling was polite, professional and incredibly amazing!! My daughter was in on time for her appointments, taken great care of and didn't cry at all because of the gentle hands and loving demeanor of the doctor and dental assistants. If you are looking for a place that will treat you and your child with kindness, professionalism and upmost care, Lower Valley Dental is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: After 5 days in pain , Not resolving the problem or finding the root of the problem with my dentist. Some friends recommend I go to Lower Valley Dental. I called and there was a cancelation and was immediately seen but Dr. Pirtle. The root of the problem was not the tooth. It was a sinus infection that was causing The pressure. From this visit forward I will be a faithful patient of laura valley dental. The employees are so professional the place is high tech beautiful. Not to mention the passion of the doctor that truly cares about his work.

Fantastic experience: I came all the way from Corpus to visit Lower Valley Dental for a specialist referral. The staff was so nice and they were very transparent on services and costs. They really made sure to work with me and my insurance! If I lived closer I would make them my regular dentist. 10/10 experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pirtle is the MAN!!! I had a crown put in and I am beyond happy with it and the process it took to get it done. His attitude and bedside manners are so great. His staff is also very attentive and always wearing a smile! I love this place. I used to go to a place on Alton Gloor but everything was ridiculously over priced(with insurance) and staff was never ever happy.

Dr. Pirtle is extremely knowledgeable and he spends time with his patients to thoroughly explain everything and provide options. And the work he does is excellent. I have had minimal pain or problems and a small adjustment I did need once was completed free of charge. Just make him aware within a reasonable time frame. Dr. Rodriguez is also extremely knowledgeable and she is great with children. Our daughter actually loves going to the dentist. Dr. Rodriguez also spends time to thoroughly explain everything to parents and provide options. She even gave us her cell phone number at one point to let us reach out with concerns about our daughter. Everyone at Lower Valley is so friendly and kind and they seem to be genuinely happy to work there. I always leave my appointments in a positive mood. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Awesome clinic awesome team clinic really nice and clean very professional loved it besides I had taken my daughter to do a checkup at rodeo dental central blvd Brownsville and they told me my daughter had 14 cavities I didn’t agree so I took her to another dentist they told me she didn’t have any cavities so I decided to have a third opinion I took her to Lower valley and they did X-rays and guess what No Cavities so please be careful were you decide to take your children . Some dentist or doctors don’t care about there patients they just care of making money!

Fantastic experience: Lower valley dental has been great the office staff is friendly and eager to help and understand when they are working with children… my daughter will never let anyone else even start the process with out being nervous and scared they consulted her and walked her through it all very attentive to her and to me as a parent.. can’t say enough of how appreciative I am that I stumbled across this dental office she now wants to switch over and so do I.

The technical staff are great and are constantly concerned about your comfort while they are doing their work. Dr. Pirtle expects perfection from himself as well as his staff. He is the most brilliant and creative dentist I have ever met. He runs his office through leadership and maintains a pleasant atmosphere throughout the office.
