Dr. Keith has been the most caring and patient, even when I wasn't doing what I was supposed to. #wearyourelastics. Marilyn (my girl) has been so gentle and educational along the last leg of my treatment. Lauren's awesome at driving the front of the house! I just met Christine (super sweet)! Where she been hiding?! I absolutely love my new smile!! I had no idea it would be this beautiful!.. Update!.. I'm on Dental now, and Dr. Andrew has been very gentle, efficient and kind. His smile isn't hard on the eyes either.. Hannah is my Hygienist and I think she's nice. she doesn't fuss at me for the thing that I need to work on.. There have been some changes in staff, but I accepted that small imperfection. Overall, if your in the market for a great place to manage your oral health. This team comes highly recommended.

I've had a lot of bad experiences which led to a lot of dental anxiety—not being listened to, feeling worse about my smile leaving than when I got there, the pain, etc. Not here, not with Dr. Andrew. He is understanding, patient, and very kind. Kudos to him and his team for being great and thank you for taking such good care of me and my teeth!

Fantastic experience: Had to make a quick appointment bc I broke a tooth in half while being pregnant. My first time here and they were so quick and responsive! My tooth had to be pulled, but they made sure that me and the baby were comfortable the whole time. I was super nervous, but they literally had me in and out in 15 minutes! Very minimal pain. I'm a week out from getting it pulled, and I barely had any pain during the whole recovery! Only had to take medicine once. Super happy with the service and the ladies that work there. Will definitely be back for all future dental work!

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment and I’m so happy I found this dental office! Everyone was so kind and attentive and they even did a same day filling on a tooth that’s been driving me crazy for months. I was terrified of the dentist as a kid so this made me feel a lot better about coming in when I need to. The office was really cute too and they had tea and coffee to sip on while I waited. Thanks so much Dr. Andrew and your staff! I can’t recommend you enough and I’ll be calling back to get my family scheduled.

Negative experience: My experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I walked through the door, the front desk staff was engaged in conversation and acted as if they did not see me standing there. I was not greeted, acknowledged, or welcomed, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about the level of service. On Monday, I was told that my treatment plan would be ready and emailed to me. When I returned on Wednesday morning, the treatment plan was still not prepared—even while I was already sitting in the dental chair. This showed a clear lack of organization and communication. To make matters worse, the office manager came to ask for my debit card and ID while openly discussing my payments in front of other patients. This made me extremely uncomfortable, as personal and financial information should be handled privately. It felt unprofessional and like a violation of my privacy. Toward the end of my visit, a dental assistant placed my temporary crown, but the doctor never returned to check the fit, ensure it was placed correctly, or confirm that everything was done properly. This was very concerning and not what I expected from a professional dental practice. My permanent crown is supposed to return in two weeks, yet I was not scheduled for a follow-up appointment when I left. Additionally, my dental treatment plan was still not available, and I have yet to receive the promised email regarding it. On top of everything else, I did not receive a copy of my receipt at the end of my visit. Overall, my experience was very poor. I left feeling upset, uncomfortable, and disappointed. This office needs significant improvement in organization, communication, professionalism, and patient care. Something clearly needs to be addressed so other patients do not have to go through a similar experience.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is always genuine, not pushy to get your money, every time I come in there for my appointment, I’ve NEVER waited long. I’ve never been to a dental place as quick and polite than Acuity Dental on Myers Road. Going on 4 years now!

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Dr. Andrews and his entire team — especially the front office staff and Zy are truly incredible. I’ve never felt so cared for, heard, and genuinely supported in a dental office before. I struggle with anxiety, and Dr. Andrews somehow always knows when I’m even slightly uncomfortable. He pauses, checks in, and makes sure I feel completely safe before continuing. That alone means the world to me. I had several fillings that needed to be redone that I got just from another office— many just within the past year — and he handled everything with such precision and patience. Another dentist wouldn’t even touch one of the teeth he treated, but Dr. Andrews not only saved it… he avoided root canals altogether. I just left the office, and I’m in zero pain. My teeth look amazing, and the whole experience was honestly comforting. The staff deserves just as much praise. Everyone in the front office is so welcoming, organized, and kind. Zy is absolutely wonderful supportive, gentle, and always making sure I’m okay throughout the appointment. You can also tell that Dr. Andrews treats his team with respect and kindness, the positive energy in the office shows it. He’s an excellent communicator, incredibly skilled, and deeply compassionate. Now I completely understand why this office has a basically perfect 5-star rating they’ve earned every single one! I’m so grateful I found this place. Highly, highly recommend!

They already know who I am before I even walk in the door and not to mention the results I’ve had multiple cavities filled with no problem. I recently just got a crown and I’m absolutely in love with it. They offered me Two different teeth whitening options. I decided to go with the in-house whitening and it is the best investment I have ever spent. We love acuity and my scouts honor sisters!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Oct 2,2025– I had the fastest dentist appointment on Thursday read it by friendly staff and immediately saying not a long wait at all. . I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for a small filling. I didn’t feel a thing - no pain as usual. Best place ever to go to for a dentist. It’s like seeing family every time i see them I had severe trauma, seen a dentist in my younger days and didn’t go for a long time. Fantastic experience: I have always been terrified of the dentist and the only reason I went in was for a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Every person I encountered was absolutely amazing. They made me feel calm and was able to make me laugh through the whole procedure which was 3 extractions. I will for sure go back for all of the other routine things I need done. I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but everytime I go there all my anxiety goes out the window Dr. ANDREW is awesome I don't ever think I will go anywhere else. Came back 3 years later to update i still love this dentist office and all the staff. Brianna is my fav when something dont work out she finds a way to fig things out in my favor. Fantastic experience: As I go into Acuity DENTAL, to see Dr. Andrew, I walk in and everybody is very helpful, smiling and ready to greet you even if you’re in a bad mood they make you feel better. I witnessed today at Dr. Andrew‘s office when I was sitting in the seat getting he was explaining to LIMA, how to do things on a certain thing on my tooth. I even learned I was watching and learning, I was very impressed with him taking the time to teach her and he’s always been so great with me and gentle and I love it. Fantastic experience: The staff was great. From beginning to end, the overall experience of getting my fillings, crown, and teeth whitening was a 10/10

Negative experience: They're complete frauds. I called at least three times before going. I told them my dentist wanted an evaluation for the root canal. They said they had specialists who could evaluate it. So I went and brought the reference. It included an X-ray. I showed it to him and asked him to evaluate it. I didn't want another request. But the doctor said no, let's take another X-ray. And then he did, and he said, "I'm not a specialist, I'll refer you to someone else." The reference I brought clearly stated that specialists needed an evaluation, and even though he saw this, he had X-rays taken to get another insurance payment. In other words, he wasted my time, took insurance money, and did nothing.

They have always been so accommodating and easy to work with. I decided to use them as well. As a new patient I was seen the same day I called to establish myself. Everyone from the desk staff to the dentist were super friendly and explained everything in easy to understand terms. By far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. I would recommend friends and family to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Broke front tooth over the weekend. Called dental office at 8:45am and explained what I did and had an appointment at 9:30am. Brianna was so pleasant and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I won't tell you how long it had been since my last visit to the dentist. My front tooth looks amazing and it was pretty much painless. Thank you so much for your help. I will be back soon to take care of my other teeth issues.

Fantastic experience: I had a sudden severe toothache. They saw me immediately on a walk in basis. The sense of urgency and concern was palpable. Even the x-ray tech made a point of putting me at ease. The resulting procedure went well. I have to say that there was a noticeable attention to detail from both the dentist and the hygienist which gave me confidence in the process. I am truly grateful for the thoughtful care I received. My mouth feels great and NO MORE PAIN!

Positive experience: Update: After being a dental patient for a few years and also one on their orthodontist side Acuity dental has left a rotten taste in my mouth. I recently switch dental insurance providers and was told at my appointment that they no longer accept my insurance. I’m sure that one of their other offices do accept United Concordia but the ladies probably couldn’t have been bothered to say that. All I was told “We do NOT participate”. So I have decided to seek another dentist office. My new dentist has much better customer service and seems to genuinely care about their patients. I received an appointment reminder and call which was amazing.
