All of the employees work hard to get to know you and understand what’s important to you. Their hygienists have always been thorough and caring. Scheduling is easy and they do a good job of reminding you of appointments ahead of time. They also work hard to make sure your insurance is all lined up before they do any work to minimize out of pocket costs. Dr. McLeod is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine. Good luck finding a better dental team!

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for years my last visit was on 12/25 i went in for a cleaning and X-ray routine. No copay they decided to do a panel which under my plan I get one every 5 years well they decided to perform one early and my insurance did not cover. I call and asked about the $81 charge. The office manager told me it was for my husband and then she told me it was for my daughter. Final got my insurance on a call with them and that’s when I was advised it was for me. The office manager was so rude and disrespectful I will never return again. Be cautious they will perform service that’s not due and have you pay out of pocket.Very unprofessional and need a new office manager.

Bree, Lindsey and Olivia up front are so welcoming. Dr. McLeod and Sandra were so professional and very comforting knowing it was my first time back to the dentist in so long. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: This kind of dentist is hard to find nowadays, at least in my experience. I went to three others before this one and frankly I felt like they were recommending unnecessary dental work. A lot of dentists these days get very expensive equipment, and rent an office in expensive retail space, so they have huge overhead and And that means they have to sell big cases. That is the nature of the business nowadays. Dr. McCleod is just different. She is very honest and straightforward. Her fees are reasonable. She does not recommend unnecessary work. In fact, she told me not to do certain things that other dentists were recommending. And everyone is very nice, and gentle. In short, It's a little, friendly dental office. Exactly what I had hoped to find. I have found my dental home. Five Gold Stars.

We knew from the beginning that we did not want to use one of the large corporate dental services, so our search was focused on finding a local practice that provided personalized care. After some research, we decided to visit Doctor McLeod’s office. From our very first interaction, both Doctor McLeod and her staff impressed us with their professionalism and friendliness. The team was extremely thorough in their approach, making sure that every aspect of our care was addressed. We felt comfortable asking questions, and every inquiry was answered completely and clearly. One thing to note is that new patients may need to wait a bit for an initial appointment due to high demand. However, in our experience, the wait was absolutely worthwhile. We placed our names on a cancellation waiting list, and both of us were able to secure appointments on relatively short notice. The staff communicated promptly, and we were able to accommodate the last-minute openings with ease. Overall, our experience with Doctor McLeod and her team was excellent. Their commitment to thorough, friendly service made us feel welcome and cared for from the start.

I have very sensitive teeth and each of their hygienists are highly skilled and in the years I have been a patient, I have been able to have my teeth cleaned with very little discomfort due their care and skill. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for several years and Dr Jennifer McLeod and her staff are always friendly, professional and work efficiently. Whether it's for a routine cleaning or something more involved it's always been a good experience.

Positive experience: Had a dentist appointment for a deep cleaning and I feel like the numbing was a bit excessive for the procedure. Get along with the staff great but I don’t like that I’m being sold on unnecessary work or being numbed when I don’t need it. Maybe give patients the option to try it without being numbed in simple cleanings that don’t require any cutting of the tissue. I can take a few pokes and jabs in my gums with my tissue being poked with needles just to be sore later. This isn’t my first rodeo and have had deep cleanings before never had this experience with it.

Negative experience: I am a little disappointed and upset that you had me come in for a 3rd cleaning knowing that Insurance normally only cover 2 per year. People put their trust in the office personnel to know these things so we don't end up with an extra bill to pay out of pocket. It could have easily been communicated and rescheduled to meet the guidelines of Insurance

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience. Yes, you read that right—a great experience at the dentist! I keep coming back not just for the cleanings, but because they genuinely care and ensure all my dental work is completed properly and thoroughly.

Negative experience: I used their website to choose a service option and request an appointment be scheduled. I received confirmation the request was received and never heard anything further. It’s poor customer service.

They explain treatment options and procedures. They get patients in quickly to address problems, and will be available to make adjustments when necessary for patient comfort. Dr. McLeod diagnosed my tooth correctly within 15 minutes of my visit. She saved me from expensive dental work. She absolutely knew what she was doing and let me know the what/why/how of what she was doing which alleviated a lot of the anxiety around the dentist. Fantastic experience: They are very polite and good service.

Negative experience: I went in to get a tooth looked at. They told me what already knew, that it needed to be pulled. Nothing they could do for me because they don't do extractions. Ok I understood that been besides billing my insurance I had to pay $77 for something I already knew. I gave them 2 star rating because the nurse was very nice. I just wish they could have helped me more than telling me something I already knew and then charge me for it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. McLeod is the best! I have been seeing her regularly for a few years now and we have recently begun botox treatment for my pretty severe TMJ that I have been struggling with for a little over 3 years. I had a lot of nerves and anxiety about the process going into my first treatment and she made the experience feel so safe and comforting. About 1 week later about 75% of my symptoms were relieved and the difference was also noticeable in my face. My jaw was relieved of the swelling of the muscle and my face has slimmed down to its natural state. I am now past my second treatment and could not be more thankful to Dr. McLeod for making it such a comfortable experience. I also want to give a shoutout to Bree and Lindsey because they are the best admin team and make it so easy to communicate, are so welcoming, and make the financials of everything so understandable. Thank you Newberg Family Dental for being the best dentist office around! Love you all!
