Fantastic experience: I think that I have found a dentist that take my concerns seriously now. My only regret is I didn’t know about her sooner. I developed high anxiety from other dental offices not taking my past experiences into consideration and the fear that I developed because the numbing would wear off before the denist would finish the procedures. Well Dr Clark heard me and understood the fear and anxiety I was dealing with and she has done over and beyond to help me as I go through the process and I thank her and the entire staff for helping me as I continue with my journey. My only regret is not finding her sooner. So THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE OFFICE THE BEST TOOTHFAIRY I KNOW‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Henritze Dental Group are outstanding. They have always gotten me in at my appointment time, no waiting around because they are behind. Dental hygienists do a great job. Not rushing to clean your teeth. I have been at places that rush you through. They got sloppy and nicked my gums. Not here, Henritze has very good hygienists. Dr Clark is up to date on all the latest procedures. She is very professional. She is a great listener. She also will explain what she is doing. She will give me advise, but she also knows that ultimately it is my decision. I have recommended her to several people and will continue to do so.

Negative experience: No one even touched on why I was there that day. I told the hygienist that I had ripped the gum below my tooth trying to get some food out of it. She took a picture of it. So, the root is now showing and is very sensitive. The gum is loose around the tooth. An abscess formed right after the injury from the bacteria from the injury. I was told to come back in 6 months for a deep cleaning and nothing was said about the injury. I do not like being ignored or told what happened in my own mouth when I caused the injury myself. Then, a Lisa called to confirm an appt I was never told about. It was a call not a text. Lisa blamed it on the dental texting system. I never heard back from her again. This is the worst dental visit I have ever had in 50 years. I went once and that is the last time.

Fantastic experience: I was getting ready to go out of town for a week when I noticed that something was amiss with one of my teeth. I called into the office and Lisa was able to work me in that same afternoon. Dr. Clark and my dental hygienist examined me and took an X-ray and determined that the crown on my molar was loose. They explained how and why the situation would be handled and didn’t charge me for this unexpected visit. That is what I call compassion!

I was treated with respect and gentleness. My teeth feel so clean and look so shiny. I don't like going to the dentist, Never have. Sometimes I wait several years before going back. I don't know why. After today, I make a new commitment to go every 6 months. Just because my dentist knows what's best!

Fantastic experience: I had an abscess and a complicated medical history. I did not have a current dentist. I called this office and they went above and beyond to get me seen quickly. It shocked me because I had totally lost hope in the medical community dealing with my other health issues. Other doctors dismiss me and my health issues by saying I am self diagnosing myself just because it’s my body and I know symptoms. Now that I am diagnosed with what I told the dr’s it was and what they kept saying it could not be, they still act like they don’t care and every aspect of my life has been affected because I can’t find decent medical care. This dentist is one of one! I left this dentist appt with less anxiety and a better mental state because for once I had a dr to advocate, listen, and act on my concerns. Thank you to the front desk, nurses, and Dentist at this office for treating me like you would want to be treated yourselves which is rare in America at this time. They are very professional and clean here as well.

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with the care I received at this dental office. At age 15, I underwent treatment here that has left me with lasting damage. I am now 17 and experiencing nerve pain in the majority of my teeth. The front teeth that were worked on look unnaturally yellow compared to my natural color and have caused me constant pain since the procedure. Before coming here, my teeth were stronger, whiter, and healthier under the care of my previous dentist. After treatment at this office, I now face the need for extensive corrective work just to reshape and recolor my teeth—something no teenager should be dealing with. The nerve damage is irreversible, meaning I will live with these consequences for life. Even their basic cleanings were unsatisfactory. They felt rushed and ineffective, often leaving plaque behind. Instead of improving my dental health, this office severely compromised it. If you value the long-term health of your teeth, I strongly urge you to seek care elsewhere. My experience here has been devastating, and I would not want anyone else to go through what I am now forced to endure.

Negative experience: I made in appointment in May, put in time off from work, and got called less than 24 hours before to be informed they aren't in network with my insurance and have been fighting Blue Cross Blue Shield for 3 years to delist them. Should have told me in May, or a month ago, or not waited until the last minute to tell me there is no point coming in.
