Negative experience: Stay away from this place. The Indian lady at the front desk is rude. I went for x ray and cleaning. The lady after she pick my gum. Of course if you pick the gums it will bleed. That’s does not mean you have gum disease. But she insisted for me to do deep cleaning after I refused she said she cannot do what I wanted. It against the law. She even charged me 78 dollars more for x ray. Unnecessary around the head x ray. I told her my financial situation and I cannot afford to do deep cleaning and unnecessary stuff. FYI I normally do X-rays and cleaning the same time. at other dentist. This place gives two separate appointments . Not my place to go.. return to my old dentist.

Negative experience: Okay first off please stay away from here. They are deceptive and extremely unprofessional. First appt they lure you in with $99 special. Then they xray and take pictures of your teeth and it is initial consultation. No cleaning done at all done Second appt they said they lost xray pictures, dentist was extremely rough with gums and very painful. Supposed cleaning is going to take place. It doesnt. They all of a sudden realize you need a “deeper” cleaning. Of course its $700 more. Now I almost believed them that maybe i had a bad case.. but my wife was with me and they did the same rodeo to her with lack of explanation. And THEY seemed frustrated when we were asking why or more questions. They refused to even just give us the basic cleaning with our discretion. They wanted a 3rd/4th appt for separate deep cleanings for us both. No thank you. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will waste your time and upcharge you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing! I originally came to this office for a yearly teeth cleaning. After discussing my concern with the alignment of my teeth, they recommended I get Invisalign treatments. I have been doing Invisalign treatments with this office since July. My teeth have shifted and are almost to where I want them to be. I have a few treatments left. Whenever I have appointments for new trays, Dr. Patel is always asking how the treatments are going and if I noticed any changes or feel any discomfort. I feel like he truly cares about his patients and our wants/needs. If you need cleaning or want to straighten your teeth, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Patel.

Negative experience: I had given this a 5 star review 2 years ago, but when I went for my appointment (scheduled 6 months in advance), Dr. E had left the practice. They let me wait awhile and then declined to see me because I take blood thinners. They said they would get approval from my medical doctor and call me. I gave permission, but they never followed through. I’m looking for a dentist.

Negative experience: Website says you’re open for emergency procedures. I’m at your front door that says you have Saturday hours from 8-1. It’s Saturday at 9:26 and the door is locked. You aren’t responding to phone calls, chats, texts, etc to provide any information or service. Maybe you’ll respond to a bad review. I’ll light you up on IG next if necessary to get you to respond.

Worst experience of my life, I left there in terrible pain after she yanked on my tooth attempting to pull it and gave up. This person should NOT have any business being a "dentist". She didn't even tell me my tooth was infected, yet proceeded to inject me with more and more novicane. Went to another emergency dentist right after and they couldn't believe what she did to me.

They also do pediatric dentistry and are honestly excellent with kids - I brought my daughter and she actually let a dentist touch her teeth for the the first time!
