Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, takes 2-3 months for an appointment then cancelled mine and my sons one prior and tried to put us out another 3 weeks. Wife needed to see oral surgeon. She told them surgeon needed the X-ray's, low and behold they are magically closed all day and were here paying another $150 for X-ray's because Valley never sent them. Place is ran like the MVA or a Hagerstown mcDonalds. Never again for my son and I.

Fantastic experience: Cleaning was professionally done.Hygenist was very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Had a cleaning and flouride treatment today. 30 mins. I go every 4 months cause I hate to brush my teeth. But no cavities today.

Fantastic experience: My whole family has been using them for 10 years, they are honest about referring care out when it is out of their comfort level, they were great at helping me find an in network referral that wasn’t a chain that I had no trust in. (my son had a complicated root canal.)

SheTold me I needed to clean my teeth better to make her job easier. It wasn’t necessarily what she said, it was how she said it. If I ever get her again, I will NOT be back, very disappointed

Fantastic experience: From the phone call to the visit I was very pleased. They are so nice and efficient. They were understanding and very helpful for me not having dental insurance, pointing me into the right direction on discount memberships which is saving me $500+!! No other dental office has tried to help and understand that not everyone can afford outrageous dental plans!! They explained what the xrays showed and answered any of my questions so nicely. The actual dental visit to fix everything is next week but so far after signing up for the discount and just the initial exam I am very pleased with them! Super friendly! I'm looking forward to seeing how the extractions and fillings will go!

Fantastic experience: My family has been coming to Dr. Winebrenner for over 40 years. My brother is mentally challenged and Dr. Winebrenner has always taken very good care of him and our family. The staff is very friendly, especially Sheila, Katrina and Tammy and they have gone out of their way to get me documentation that I needed for my brother. Very professional , nice and polite!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience recently, I didn't receive good care, I was in Pain and was told to go to urgent care. I wasn't aware that they had dentist.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. My children have been patients there for over 10 years. Less than 24 hours before their appointment AND after the appointment was already confirmed the day before, the office called to tell me they no longer take their insurance. We had already made arrangements to make sure the appointment could be kept. They also would not accept new patients even if it were the same household. I don't recommend them because of their office staff and lack of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I am fairly new to Valley Dental Associates but I plan to stay. It is a wonderful practice. Dr Winebrenner is an amazing dentist. Best bedside manner and so professional. His staff from the receptionists, insurance and billing and dental assistant are all also friendly and professional. I have had a lot of dental work done and so far Dr Winebrenner and staff are the best I have encountered.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with our visit! It was the first dental appt for my son and I was so pleased with Tammy and Dr. Thomas. Tammy spent a lot of time putting him at ease, which I appreciated. Bedside manner means a lot to me when choosing a medical practice of any kind and this office gets top marks!

Fantastic experience: Today I called to set up an appointment as a new patient they were able to get me in this week! They lady I talked to was so nice she even run my insurance through the system to make sure they excepted it and what I was to expect. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while I’m sure this new place will make me want to go just because they are so friendly.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years due to a negative experience (at a completely different dental practice). Archie was so understanding and didn’t once judge me for any of it.. instead she said “I’m glad you came in today!” Thank you so much Valley Dental for the positive experience and I no longer will be avoiding the dentist because of how great they made me feel. 5 star review from me!!

Come to find out I needed a root canal the procedure went smoothly the staff is amazing super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. Definitely know how to make you feel at home. Fantastic experience: Who likes going to the dentist? You will mind a little less if you become a patient here. Very friendly staff and efficient staff from the time you come in to the time you leave. They answer all questions and review options in detail for any issue. They make you feel like you’re the only patient they have that day. Highly recommend

Negative experience: I don’t normally put negative reviews out there but the more I thought about mine and my sons experience the angrier I have gotten. I brought my 4 year old to Valley Dental Associates to have a cavity fixed because he needed laughing gas which my regular dentist could not provide. We went for our first visit and I was told they prefer to have the child come back alone and would come get me if they need me. Sending him alone made me uncomfortable but with the promise that I would be invited back if he needed me I decided to book the next appointment. Our next appointment, they take him back; I hear nothing so I assume it’s going well. He comes out in tears and I was told they couldn’t finish the filling because he wouldn’t sit. They had to put a sedative filling in and I had to take him to yet another dentist. No one came to get me. I was not given the opportunity to comfort my 4 year old and potentially get through the filling. They did DID NOT keep their word about coming to get me and the dentist did not even have the decency to come out and talk to me. I literally never saw or spoke to the dentist the day of the failed filling. In the end, I was charged $215 for the sedative filling and still have to go somewhere else and get charged again to have the tooth actually fixed. I am incredibly disappointed that I could not trust that someone would come get me when my child needed support and was then charged without the opportunity to support him.

Positive experience: The environment is welcoming. They are professional and answer any questions you have.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Winebrenner is easily the best dentist I've had in 2 decades. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. He himself is the same. His "bedside manner" is excellent, and he discusses your dental plan with you in a way that makes it easy to understand, without any judgement. I just had a filling done by him, and it was the smoothest dental experience I've ever had. It was quick and painless. He's been in the profession for over five decades, and it shows in his experience and knowledge. I'd recommend him to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I love the people here my daughter has been twice and they always do amazing. She went recently and saw doctor weir and ended up getting fussy the dentist was very nice and was a total natural at getting her to calm down and cooperate. Definitely will continue coming.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to get an emergency appointment with Valley Dental Associates to deal with a split tooth. I had contacted several other dentists that where either not taking new patients or not making appointments for anywhere from a week or as long as December. They made me comfortable and at ease. Definitely recommend Valley Dental.

Fantastic experience: It took me 5mins to set an appt. I came in early and only had to sit in 5 minutes. I needed a tooth pulled and got it done the same day. It toom 20 minutes to be numbed and the tooth came right out. Dr.Weir and her assistant Markia were great. This will be my regular dentist.
