Fantastic experience: Let's just call a spade a spade .Going to the dentist is not on everybody's fun to do list. I will say, however, that Wall Street dental group is by far an exceptional establishment. I believe they are extremely knowledgeable and on the cutting edge of everything related to their field. I also believe that there's nothing like going to a place and feeling welcome, and they do that very well. If you're looking for dental services, you won't go wrong by choosing Wall Street Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Kimmy, did a deep cleaning over 2 sessions. The local anesthetic she administered went in painlessly and kept me comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She took her time, had a gentle touch and did a very thorough job.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this office for over 30 years. I was a little concerned when Dr. Bengston retired but realized quickly that Dr. Pugliese is equally pleasant and extremely competent. Every interaction in this office was pleasant from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionists are pleasant and efficient. The hygienist is lovely and very thorough. Dr. Pugliese is easy to talk to and obviously knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I highly recommend Wall Street Dental.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place! They are so warm and friendly! They made sure i felt comfortable at every step and understood what they were telling me. I have a fear of the numbing for fillings and they made sure to explain every step and made me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable than I ever have been anywhere else! They actually care, your not just another number here. I will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: The staff is always welcoming and professional. They were able to schedule me the next day for a broken tooth.

Negative experience: Here’s the feedback. What an absolute nightmare. First of all I’d leave with a massive headache after abusive cleanings. Second, I had major surgery and had to reschedule a cleaning. I was repeatedly called and harassed by phone and text message about rescheduling and I told you to stop. After that you repeatedly sent me bogus bills, even after I moved half way across the country. You even got my new address and continued to send me bogus bills. Absolutely terrible people.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pugliese has been doing a great job since he took over. He went out of his way to try and reshape a tooth of mine while doing a filling so I’d have less problems moving forward. Rebecca is a great hygienist too.

Fantastic experience: There have been major changes at Freese & Bengtson with the doctors retiring and selling the practice. Also, my hygienist retired recently as well. Rebecca, my new hygienist, was very professional and did an excellent job with my cleaning and reviewing my issues. Dr. Pugliese came in to do an exam and to introduce himself. I am sure that Freese and Bengtson is in good hands.

Negative experience: I found out I have been paying thousands more than what Delta Dental told me they were contracted for. The receptionist said they don’t have an agreement either Delta Dental only with Northeast Delta Dental so they should charge me more because they are Premier. Delta Dental told me they do have a contract that Freeze and Bengsten should adhere to. I was happy until I found out I was overcharged and that scaling was needed instantly of a cleaning. Something is fishy here so I’ll move on…

In these times when it's tough to find anyone to do anything, it is a real pleasure to know I can count on top quality work and concern for me as a patient.

Both Dr. Bengtson and Debbi took the time to explain carefully to me what they were looking for and what they found. I really appreciated their attentiveness. On the most recent visit, they took the time to lay out a treatment strategy based on a close study of my teeth and to explain that to me. A wonderfully personable and individually attentive office. In my next visit we discussed strategy and planning for my treatment. And today we started putting the plan into action and got an amazing amount done, despite a time limit on my part with another appointment elsewhere. I made the right decision in shifting.to this practice And now I had a really pleasant visit really efficient use of my time and it feels great to have a full mouth of teeth, do see following the plan we laid out earlier. I actually look forward to my visits which says a lot for a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bengtson is a professional through and through. The thing I like most about his work is that he explains what he’s doing while he’s doing it. It’s very reassuring, especially for someone like me who has a sensitive mouth and is sensitive to mouth pain. Just knowing what is going on in there helps tremendously. His staff is also extremely competent as well as courteous and friendly. The only negative I have is that he once recommend I purchase an electric toothbrush, and the vibration was intolerable. Fantastic experience: Freese and Bengsten Family dentistry has been taking good care of my teeth for a few decades (!!!) and I really feel lucky about this. I just had a crown pop off, (all my fault, with the help of a gummy bear.) The crown was so well-made that it held tight after I popped it back in. Dr. Bengsten made sure to see me and re-cement it even though he’s on his countdown to a week off. I probably could have waited but he wanted to make sure it didn’t come off again. I feel well cared for, and that’s not something I take for granted!
