Positive experience: My hygienist is great, she remembers my preferences, talks to me like a real person. When dealing with the front desk, they aren’t exactly friendly or clear. Making appointments is challenging at times as they like to reschedule you without conferring with you first.

Fantastic experience: The team was very nice and professional. I had 3 extractions and I was blown away at how fast they did it and i did feel it at all,minus the numbing,but that wasn't bad either,it was very tolerable. Would definitely see them again! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: In case anyone was wondering, if you schedule an oral surgery consult the surgery will happen same day and staff will not communicate that. The office manager, Michaela, also will not take accountability for the lack of communication and instead will try to shift the blame to you for signing consent forms. The thing is, ive had multiple oral surgeries where I have set up financing and signed paperwork the appointment before. Not once was it communicated that I would leave my consult with a mouth full of gauze until they were wheeling in instruments and leaning me back. Due to severe anxiety from a multitude of surgeries and orthodontic procedures, I was unable to revoke consent. My anxiety regarding dentists is my own problem, and I made that clear on my call with Michaela. I do not fault anyone for my inability to say no. I just wanted to know where the breakdown in communication was so I could be better prepared in future visits and know what questions to ask. But instead I was interrupted, talked down to, and made to feel like I was the problem. Don't waste your time if you have an issue by going to the office manager. Email corporate. Or better yet, find somewhere else to get work done. Edited to add: Dental staff were wonderful. Kind, compassionate, and understanding when it came to dealing with my anxiety and if it werent for the communication issues and the way the office manager conducts herself (because looking at other reviews this isn't an isolated incident), I would return to finish out my treatment plan Edited again to add that Im not interested in calling again just to be talked down to by your office manager. Thanks for your generic reply that you give all your low rated reviews.

Negative experience: The receptionist was exceedingly rude to my wife and I, when my wife asked a simple question when checking out. This receptionist’s behavior was highly unprofessional from the moment we walked in the door, culminating in her extremely rude behavior when we were checking out, over a simple question since she made a statement that was in opposition to what the dentist had told my wife and we were looking for clarification.

Fantastic experience: GD in Concord is always a pleasant experience and that’s not often said about a dental visit. My dentist is a happy person, who has an excellent “ touch” when examining / poking around ! She always has suggestions and offers options when any possible need arises. (6)six month cleanings are also a positive procedure. Careful, sensitive techniques from experienced dental hygienists with happy attitudes, makes Gentle Dental the best you can ask for from these professionals.

Fantastic experience: Really a great place for Dental work. Saturday hours for cleaning, pulling teeth and fillings! The hygienist Ho is AMAZING! Extremely affordable verses other dental chains that try to gouge prices. Pulled my husband's cracked tooth at his first visit without having him complete any other examinations and after the insurance only cost him $7.00!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a new patient exam with Dr.Cash, (after multiple recommendations, I was hesitant due to the fact it's an hour and a half away!). Glad I did, she was awesome, nice, and knew how to make you feel comfortable in the dental chair. I’ve been having pain on the top right side for a couple years now . And no one has been able to figure out why so while i was there i was able to get in with the Oral Surgeon ( Dr.Miskimen) , his assistant Mary was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and fun . After taking xrays , Dr.Miskimen was able to see that i had a fractured tooth! He was awesome , very thorough and talks to you and goes through x-rays with you to explain it all and show you so you understand. The environment of the whole office was amazing, everyone there just loved to be there. Which is awesome to see. During my procedure, Mary, Misty, and Dr.Miskimen keep the atmosphere fun and easy even though you are getting a tooth pulled. They talk and crack jokes but yet at the same time, constantly letting me know what i might feel and what they were doing. All while making you a priority. It definitely took my mind off of getting an extraction. 10/10 recommend Dr.Cash, Dr.Miskimen and their whole team!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this place. I went for a new patient after Covid. I was told I needed a crown over my root canal, okay. But I needed another crown after I chipped a tooth. Now I’m paying the price. My teeth started moving a few months after getting the crowns. So I went to one dentist who told me the crowns don’t fit. I wanted a second opinion and another one who confirmed. He said 1 crown in particular was absolutely horrible. He explained there’s no space between my teeth and the crowns so it’s pressing on my teeth surrounding it. Also because of the size and it being so flat one is crushing the tooth underneath My dentist gave my copies of my x rays to try to get my money back. Since i never had a crown before I didn’t know how they should feel so I got used to my mouth a bite just feeling wierd. Now I have to pay for 2 crown to be redone. Ontop of that I have to pay to fix the tooth surrounding the big crown, along with having to go through Invisalign. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but after paying so much money this is unacceptable. I appreciate the feedback from them and I’ll be contacting the office. The dentist who did this work no longer works here so that makes me feel better.

Negative experience: This time I had a bad experience during my dental cleaning. Erin was the hygienist who treated me. I felt pain throughout the entire procedure, and at one point I raised my hand because I couldn't bear it anymore. She seemed to be in a hurry to finish. My gums were very sore, bleeding, and swollen (this had never happened to me before). I had a severe headache for two consecutive days. I hope you can do something about this, and I hope I don't have to have another dental cleaning with her.

Fantastic experience: So far, I’m a new patient as of 12/12/25. I’ve seen some negative reviews from yelp. I’ve seen more positive reviews here from Google. Just some simple cavities to be filled hopefully for me. Hopefully everything goes as we scheduled. Seems like a lot of people get very sensitive and emotional when having extractions. Which I sympathize. I have a chronic pain condition. It’s misery. You’re not yourself when you’re in severe pain. So when in pain I can see people not wanting to have any form of interaction and just wanting to get their teeth pulled or whatever. I’m hoping my SEVEN freaking “small” cavities end up going as planned. I’m hoping my teeth sensitivity will be better. As long as everything goes well, I plan on eventually progressing to Invisalign. So far everything seems good on my end. Dentist suggested a bridge for my missing teeth in the back, but my teeth have been missing for almost 2 decades because they were baby teeth. (There was nothing underneath them to replace the baby teeth) So my teeth have probably moved to the positions they prefer by now, I suppose. Anyway, I will update as my treatment progresses. So far yes this is your run of the mail dentist office. The only reason I didn’t go to “Urgent Dental Care“, my other normal office, is simply because my insurance doesn’t cover them. But it covers this place. Works for me. ‍♂️ If you’re here for some painful procedure, I don’t expect it to be a fun time. If you’re here for a routine dentistry, I think they can get you in quickly and take care of you nicely. I don’t ask for much. I just don’t want a bunch of confusion around payments, and I don’t want unnecessary treatments. Fingers crossed. So far so good

Fantastic experience: After falling off a ladder, I broke a few teeth. I was unhappy where I had gone before, until my insurance recommended Gentle Dental. they repaired my teeth and now I have my natural smile back! Kind, caring staff, who was very accommodating to my busy schedule and squeezed me in when I needed help. I’ve told all my friends and family about this place now.

Positive experience: Gentle dental is a fine dentist office. They’d have 5 stars but I am so tired of their harassment. The week of my appointment I received multiple texts/calls/ voicemails reminding me of my appointment. On the day of my appointment they called me at 830 am asking if I was still coming in. When I said yes, they asked if I could come a half hour early. It’s super annoying. I’m an adult, when I make an appointment it goes on my calendar. If you’re that worried about no-shows then charge your customers a fee for not showing up- don’t take it out on me by harassing me all week leading up to the appointment.

Negative experience: My nephew had a tooth extraction and they never called in the pain killers. When he got home, his partner called to see if the meds were prescribed and they never did it! Awful dental office!

Negative experience: Moved up from Mass. Gentle Dental and in Concord NH is the only place that is In-Network for my insurance in this state. Ive never had an issue in the Hudson Ma location. Concord not only tried to get extra money out of me by charging $43 out of pocket for floride which I declined but then they tried to charge me an extra $116 out of pocket after insurance (which my insurance coverage still has plenty of money on) for a ‘cavity’ on a tooth that has no issues and Dr. M couldnt point out after I was quoted for a crown for that price so I walked out. It was a bait and switch. The manager Makayla James did not even bother to assess the situation and just let it be. I have sent her an email regarding the situation and she has not gotten back to me. Unless you want to get price gouged I DO NOT recommend Gentle Dental in Concord NH.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 appointments back to back. New patient exam and cleaning done. The process to book online was awesome. Front desk, dental assistant, dental hygienist Ha, and Dr. M were all great. Dr. M was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to discuss plan of care. I don't remember the dental assistant's name but she was friendly. I was overdue for a cleaning and Ha was very cautious around sensitive areas. Front desk was very informative regarding my dental coverage. I appreciate all the staff's professionalism and care provided during my visit.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth that needed extraction. I called at 9am on a Friday. Got an appt asap. Angel, Jesse and Dr. Enrique were wonderful ...extraction was not painful and took maybe half an hour. My regular dentist was not available. I would highly recommend them and will follow up with them as well.

Fantastic experience: Today's appointment was with Dr. Cash, preparing a tooth for a crown. Her dental office candor and mannerisms were top notch. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, and although the procedure was longer than I had originally expected, the time went by quick enough. Jesse at front desk is fantastic and Dr Cash and the assistants are absolutely wonderful. They are patient, very kind and answered all my concerns with honesty. Negative experience: I stopped making appts here ~16 months ago. Not because of the dentists - they were great. One guy who seemed to be a front office manager, was a nightmare. He blamed me for attacking him for asking questions about my bill and the costs for a treatment plan the dentist recommended. He would agree to investigate, but then when I showed up for my next appt and ask him for status, he got flustered and offensive. Negotiated rates with the insurance company were denied, he only partially applied a credit card payment and one check payment was deposited and completely disappeared - and I tried to show him documented proof for all of it. He wouldn't see or hear any of it. I had to drop them earlier this year - too much stress. They're still sending me erroneous bills.

Positive experience: Originally when I went in 2024 for my first visit, I was amazed at how unprofessional the front office acted. Especially in front of customers. Upon my continued visits with Dr Cash, who’s AMAZING, you’ll fall asleep in her chair… I know I did !!!! As for the front office, acting very professional & enjoyable to deal with ✌️

However, I am still receiving the same thoughtful, dedicated and professional care I had with Dr Rosenberg. I love my hygienist, Tracy, am very comfortable with Dr Cash, and the ladies on the front desk are a pleasure. I highly recommend Ultimate Dental Care. July 26, 2021. Fantastic experience: I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. It was so bad that for 27 years I avoided the dentist office. Dr. Muppudi and the hygienists have always been so kind and caring with me. Today, I got two fillings and although I was scared and nervous Dr. Muppudi was patient and let me know that I am in control. At the end of the appointment I told them that I appreciate them and thanked them for understanding this is really hard for me. I even booked my next appointment because I know they will take good care of me. Every time I go back it gets easier and easier. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist please know they WILL take great care of you.

Positive experience: From the consultation to the extraction, the team was helpful, comforting, and efficient! I had all 4 wisdom teeth out and 3 were all impacted. I wanted to be put under from the get go, and they were more than accomodating. They even wheeled me out to the car after! They had some trouble with getting the iv in for the anesthesia as my veins were not cooperating, but I was able to hold misty's (one of the team) hand and squeeze as needed because I hate needles!

Negative experience: As a new patient who has had 3 visits within a few months to catch up on overdue dental work, I am already considering going elsewhere. I have tried to stick it out in hopes that my experience will get better but that has yet to happen so I'm not sure how long I will last as a patient here. My first visit was scheduled as an emergency due to cavity related pain. A dentist looked at the problem area and came up with a plan going forward. They made me schedule the actual treatment at a later date - nothing was done during this "emergency visit" other than an assessment. This was never discussed until after the dentist even looked at my teeth! I had no idea they wouldn't be doing any treatment and made an hour drive just for this? The next visit comes where I could actually get treatment for that cavity and they were able to do my new patient xrays at the same time. The dental assistant walked me through each xray and was very efficient and kind, knowing how uncomfortable they can be. I thanked her for such quick, attentive service. I mentioned my dental anxiety to the dentist who would be treating the cavity and while she was caring and did consistent check ins while taking care of it, she was unfortunately very judgmental and condescending beforehand when looking at all of my teeth to assess the overall state of them. She did make sure the feel and bite of my filling felt okay and adjusted accordingly until I gave the final okay. My next appointment was a debrievement and my hygienist, Ha I believe, was so aggressive and rushed I wanted to cry afterwards. I was prepared for pain or soreness due to the nature of the visit and it being a few years between dental work, but this experience was something else entirely. I truly almost felt traumatized by the level of force she used and flinched away from her multiple times. Other than the services I have received during my visits, I will say that I have had success in rescheduling appointments when needed, planning upcoming appointments, etc. Jesse walked me through these processes pretty smoothly each time. There is another receptionist that investigated further into my insurance and discovered it was not in their system even as an option and has taken the necessary steps to complete paperwork needed for that so they can proceed to then submit claims. I was happy to finally make progress on that because I had given my insurance info twice before that. The office manager was able to give clarification after my first visit when no one communicated what could actually be done during each visit I had set up. It was informative but she did not have a very professional tone/delivery. I have witnessed her talking to the receptionists and clients in an impatient, irritated manner and other reviews corroborate that.

Fantastic experience: My son knocked out a tooth in a skiing accident today . We were hours from home. No one could take us or help us. We showed up at Gentle Dental and they were amazing. They were so kind & accommodated us and got my son in & gave him a solution to try to save his tooth until he can get in to see his dentist back home. We are eternally grateful.

Fantastic experience: It's a super clean and welcoming environment the office manager Makayla is extremely efficient and well versed in all the concerns I saw brought to her attention while I was there she answered some of my own questions as well and made me feel completely comfortable with the plan of treatment I can't recommend this location enough!

Negative experience: They won’t issue a refund for my teeth cleaning like WTH? I only got a teeth cleaning and wanted it billed to my insurance, but they suggested I pay out of pocket and use my insurance for other treatments. I left, regretted it, and called them within 30 minutes because I didn’t want any further treatment. Plus, the teeth cleaning was supposed to be free with my insurance. Now I can’t get my money back. So how hard is it to get a refund?

Negative experience: Had an amazing experience the first time I was here. However, my most recent appointment left me crying in the parking lot. As someone with a phobia of dentists due to past trauma, I was not expecting the judgemental attitude by Dr Henriquez. Not to mention, he's throwing out information that I am hearing for the first time and acting like I've been told this information many times.

Fantastic experience: From someone who has severe dental anxiety I wanted to take the time to thank the staff of Gentle Dental in Concord especially Dr. Muppidi who has consoled me, offered solid advice, and done incredible work over the past five years I've been a patient. Every staff member treats their job with respect and I feel known and cared for when I arrive. Dr. Muppidi is wise and knowledgeable with her approach, and offers care with the whole patient in mind. I have been to practices that push for certain outcomes but every time I've left I have felt as if I'm doing what needs to be done to care for my teeth appropriately and not being pushed into services that are not needed. Ha, Angel, Dr. Muppidi, Jesse, and the entirety of the staff -- that I continue to learn the names of --bring an energy of calm and professionalism that I appreciate. Thank you!

I have severe anxiety as it is and going to the dentist is NOT my favorite event since I have had a very bad experience in the past with another facility, it is a major trigger for me. However the team listened to my concerns, gave me suggestions. My PCP prescribed me medication to help with my anxiety while at the dentist and with that and a great team my experience was seamless. Negative experience: I had a tooth pulled a little over a week on a Saturday and on Wednesday I had what I figured was a dry socket. I called first thing in the morning so I could be seen since I was in a great amount of pain and had to leave a message, I called back two hours later because I was in Concord (I live 40 minutes away) to see if I could be seen because I know it takes 5 minutes to clean the area and pack it, and the office guy said the first available appointment was Friday at 1pm. I understand the office is a busy place but a dry socket is pain that is unbearable. I asked him what he recommended I do because there was no way I could wait over 48 hours, the pain was too intense. He said I don't know go to urgent care or and ER. Not only did I have to pay $460 to get the tooth pulled now I have to pay either the urgent care or ER visit. I am prone to dry sockets even though I don't smoke and I do all the things I am supposed to so know from a past experience that urgent cares are not equipped usually to handle this. Long story short I ended up after phone calls finding one ( Thank you Horshoe Pond) that was able to numb the area and pack it with medicated gauze and the Dr. told me to call first thing in the morning to be seen by the dentist to have it taken care of. Thursday I called back, same thing no one can see me until Friday. Thankfully I called Gentle Dental in Manchester and they got me right in and took care of it. An hour drive down, 10 minutes to find parking, 5 minutes in the chair and and hour home. Concord Gental Dental was supposed to do over 10,000 dollars worth of work to my mouth but after how I was treated with one tooth being pulled there is no way in hell I will let office pull 10 teeth. I have an extreme fear of the dentist as it is and that is why my teeth are it the shape they are in and now the thought of dealing with anything like this again is a no for me. It took a lot for me to walk through the door to get the ball rolling to start working on my teeth. SInce they had no problem collecting the money to pull it but when there was a problem I was on my own, I cant even imagine how it would be 10 removed with a price tag of over $10, 000 if they could care less over 1 tooth $460. This office has left me with my broken tooth and feeling hopeless again to ever get my smile back.

Fantastic experience: I just went to Gentle Dental for a cleaning. The business process was efficient and managed and the cleaning was completed with precision, pleasant conversation and professionalism. My Hygienist, Ha, was a delight and highly skilled. Overall, very impressive first appointment!

Fantastic experience: I recently transferred to this office from another Gentle Dental office. My two visits were exceptional. All of their staff and especially Dr. Jacqueline Cash were all amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I’m usually a terrible dental patient but they made everything so easy. Excellent!

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about Gentle Dental in Concord! Makayla, Jesse and Tyler at the front desk helped me schedule, deal with insurance, and pick a plan that would work best for me. I had two tricky teeth broken below the gum line removed yesterday and Dr Miskimen made quick and relatively easy work of removing the two and setting them up for implants. His assistants Jimmy and Mary were lovely, comforting, and entertaining during the process. This office is wonderfully staffed and does a fantastic job helping patients with not so “fun” procedures. Fantastic experience: I was very comfortable and the assistant and dentist explained everything and gave me a no pressure solution. I did not feel overwhelmed and was so at ease. Looking forward to going back

Negative experience: I would like to share how upset I am after three visits as a patient and that I will never go back to this place again. After my first and second visits, I said to myself that I must be patient because the staff and management were unfriendly, rude and the facilities appeared dirty and poorly organized, in short un-professional. Now, please note that I had a full set of x-rays taken during my second visit only four months ago. While the dental assistant Cassandra and I were discussing the need of additional x-rays, some female doctor came over and started yelling at me insisting that I must take the x-rays. I was surprise also that Cassandra was not able to read the x-rays and had to ask the doctor (H. Henriquez) to help her. Upon my arrival for my third visit, I asked the office staff at the front desk the staffer said the manager was not there but that he could check my insurance coverage. I stated that I trusted him to do that for me and he replied that he was doing what he can and then a female staffer that was there very rudely and with a nasty tone of voice ordered me to go site down in a chair and wait. Then Cassandra came to take me up-stairs she said I needed to let her take a full set of x-rays, however when I advised her that I am there for a dental plan and that I was only there for a consult with the doctor to determine a treatment plan, she claimed that “it’s the law”. Finally, the Dr. Henriquez came and we made a plan about my dental problem. The conversation with the doctor went smoothly and the doctor was very nice and professional. Suddenly, the office manager came and told me that I must go and they will not do anything for me, because I was very rude with the personal. What is wrong with all those people? I would not recommend this place to anyone. However, I wish to state that doctor H. Henriquez is a very good dental doctor and person. I am wondering why he is working for those people?

Negative experience: I did enjoy going there at first, but now they cannot bill correctly. I've received four bills, which are too high VS what I have paid over the years for the same cleanings. They billed my old insurance company and tried to correct it, and the bill is a huge mess, saying I owe them over $800 for two visits. Dates are all skewed. It looks like they double-charged me for my last cleaning. My normal hygienist was not there, and the new one was far from gentle. I give up attempting to talk to anyone on the phone and there is no email to send the information to. I was commuting to use this office as I enjoyed Dr Cash from when she worked in Lebanon, but won't be back. UPDATE 12-2-24 The lady I just spoke to on the phone was unreasonable and should be fired( pretty much hung up on me when I got pushy back with her nonsense). They said I had an exam with DR Cash on 9-30-24, which I did not, and told the guy at the front desk that I only want a cleaning as I'm not sure what my insurance covera) I said I will debate that and she told me I can fight it with insurance. This place has gone completely downhill since I first went there. Call the number they provide to only deal with a unprofessional employee who talks over you.

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest—dentist visits aren’t my favorite thing, no matter how nice the office is. That said, my experience here has been surprisingly smooth, thanks to the incredible team. Everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming, and the office itself is spotless and well-maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. What really sets this place apart, though, is how the doctors handle nervous patients like me. They’re attentive, understanding, and take the time to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Some even laugh at my remedies, but that's to be expected given I'm a California transplant. If you’re someone who dreads dentist visits, this office might just change your perspective—or at least make it a whole lot easier to get through! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was a difficult dental procedure and painful but the staff did great at keeping my anxiety level under control and were very kind and supportive. If you have low pain tolerance and anxiety, definitely a great dentist for you! I never have had a problem with the team here and am thankful they could see me right away!

Fantastic experience: Robert I Miskimen, DDS, MD was very nice and did an awesome job taking my top wisdom teeth out very quick and not to painful. The surgical assistant Jimmy was very funny and connect with me and made my anxiety about the surgery slow way down after talking to him. The front office helped me make a payment plan cause my dental insurance sucks so they helped me make a payment plan so i wouldnt go broke that day lol. Thank you for taking great care of me!!!
