Between Rusk and Jacksonville and insurance companies Finding a good reliable Dentist was nearly impossible. But when I tell you we struck Gold with Family Dentistry in Jacksonville, I MEAN IT!! There were several times that I expressed that the feeling walking in felt more like a cozy home then a dentist office, and it was so clean and comfortable, not to mention the friendly staff, and the ease they brought my son who hates dentist offices. If I had to recommend a dentist office, I would recommend this office, staff and doctor to anyone! I went the other day to establish relationship and cleaning. Dr. Francher and her staff are very through, caring, friendly and they all have fun and seem to really enjoying being there to take care of their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fancher was the friendliest, most considerate & knowledgeable Dentist I have ever been to. She corrected my lower dental plate immediately with new inserts and placed them back in my mouth - with absolutely no pain to the sores already on my gums. Then we put adhesive on my upper plate & placed it back in my mouth with no pain. I have to return Monday morning for impressions & have my upper plate sent to the lab for adjustments. There may be a couple more visits to fully correct my bite but my normal fear of dental work is gone! I am completely confident of a full recovery from a mouth full of pain to a happy smile to everyone! I recommend Jacksonville Family Dentistry to everyone’s complete family!

Fantastic experience: We are blessed to have Dr. Meagan and her entire team serving the East Texas area for our dental needs. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist, and I saw their building and website and thought I would give them a try. The technology they use for x-raying, cleaning, and analyzing is beyond anything I have ever seen at another dentist. The entire staff, including the receptionists, hygienists, and Dr. Meagan were all very courteous, professional, and very caring for me. Because I haven’t been to a dentist in a while, I needed a deep cleaning, and I was nervous because of the extent that they would have to go into the gums and I thought it would be very painful. There was very little pain and discomfort, even after the numbing agents were off, and my teeth and gums feel so much better. I am going to need some oral surgery, and Dr. Megan was able to make an accurate diagnosis of my problem and make the appropriate referrals. I highly recommend Jacksonville Family Dentistry for you and your family.

Fantastic experience: The whole office did a wonderful job, I had no appt for the day I showed up, I was in pain and just moved to the area. The doctor had me do some exrays and explained the issue then wrote me a prescription and scheduled an appointment for a few days out, she wanted the antibiotics to have time to work and relieve the pain. Couldn’t be happier, I feel like they truly cared.
