Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Smile Well Dentistry in Duncanville, Texas! The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The office is spotless, beautifully designed, and has a very modern feel. What impressed me the most was my treatment. In the past, every new dentist I've seen has had to stop during the procedure to give me more numbing medication because my gums are so sensitive. This time, everything was done perfectly from start to finish without having to pause even once. They were also very efficient. My appointment was at 4:00 p.m., and I was walking out the door by 4:35 p.m. If you're looking for a dental office with a friendly team, excellent care, and fast, efficient service, I highly recommend Smile Well Dentistry in Duncanville, Texas!

Negative experience: Worst dental experience I have ever had in my 58 yrs of life!!! Came in with an implant that fell out with no pain and left in pain and missed a week of work no pay during Christmas and there was no sympathy. Also had 2 crowns done and one fell out during an outing after having for less than a month and was told nothing last forever!!ll I am now in constant pain from the crowns and in fear that they will fall out again. Have requested that the manager call several times and no response!! I am a firm believer in make it right and I have received nothing but excuses and no EMPATHY! Most of all my life is changed and will have to get more work done to fix what went wrong.

Negative experience: Went here today they had called said it was time for cleaning got there they took xrays doctor comes in never spoke just said she never meet me before I said don't know you eithet but went on to try and tell me my bottom teeth didn't have much bone left in them I said thats what they said before so after that because I wasn't there to discuss removal of teeth she decided I couldn't have my teeth cleaned so I left very bad service will be certain to notify my insurance and everyone else I can tell to not go there

Also, I flew in from NY just to receive their dental care via referral of a satisfied customer here in Texas. Book today! 6pm update: They were able to fit me in for an extensive cleaning same day. Just finished a cleaning with Tara! She was amazing! Made it very comfortable with localized anesthesia. Tara is sweet and skilled! And thank you April so much for working with me and my treatment plan.

Andrea and April did a wonderful job on my xrays with very little discomfort, Tara referred me for treatment that she felt could be done for my condition, and Dr Gonzalez was very personable and explained everything to me. I will definitely return and refer a friend.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant staff, facility was nice and they explained everything well. They answered all my questions and were patient. I made a mistake on my appointment time but they were accomodating and fit me into their busy schedule. With all due respect, it doesn’t hurt that Dr. Gonzales was very easy on the eyes! She also very good at her job. I will be returning for additional oral care.

She should be rewarded for a job well done. If she was my employee I would do anything to make sure to hold onto such an employee seeing such people are hard to come across. Fantastic experience: My dad hasn’t been to the dentist since he was a child, he’s 72 now . This was our first time at this location. Absolutely love it. Staff is amazing. Extremely nice and so friendly. Very knowledgeable. April explained everything in detail. Dr. Gonzalez was an absolute gem. My dad is not a go to the dentist type of person but was so happy he came. Negative experience: My first visit was cool until I started getting the run around. I had what I thought was a deep cleaning but the dental hygienist LIED she did not do a deep cleaning and she LIED about the numbing cream she was using, now I'm stuck with having to pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning by another dentist. I do not recommend this place At all.

April, the dental assistant also has such a caring disposition that we don't see too much these days. I can tell she genuinely listened to my personal information. She's very efficient at taking those mouth X-rays!! Dr. Gonzalez examined my mouth and told me she felt good about doing deep cleanings and taking care of infection.

Fantastic experience: I've jumped from different dental clinics over the years and smile well dentistry is the best one I've been too..I was skeptical because I received the ad in my mail and I wasn't sure I would be any different from the rest clinics I had been too. The ladies in the front desk are so nice and helpful. And the doctor and the assistants are very professional they reassure you thru the whole process! They make me feel at ease during my procedure...they also give you a payment plan for procedures and I got their yearly plan that includes my 2 yearly cleanings and xrays...among discounts for your dental needs. I will continue to be a patient because they treat me very well.

Negative experience: I don't have anything positive to say about this company/office. I was looking for a dentist for my daddy who is 88. He wants eight teeth pulled/removed and then dentures (even though we want him to get implants). I contacted them online, advised them of his age, and requested they let me know if they did not want a new patient his age. No response so I sent another msg a couple of days later. Still no response. This place advertises that they will respond "shortly" but that is NOT true. My opinion is if they will lie about something so easy to actually handle (a response), what else will they lie about? My daddy deserves better. I won't waste my time with this company or any of their other locations/dentists/partners.
