Fantastic experience: I went for a six month cleaning, the hygienist called me back shortly after I arrived, she performed a through cleaning, afterwards, the Dr examined my teeth, then I was on my way . Very quick and somewhat painless. I will also mention that everyone at this location are very friendly which helos to ease anxieties.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Fredericksburg Family Dentistry since I was a teenager—just over fifteen years. The service is always professional and timely. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and tidy. They always communicate very clearly with me whether it’s a filling, routine cleaning or just ongoing care. The long tenure of certain staff members (Dr. Najafe, Ronda, etc.) exhibit it’s a truly a great dentistry practice. Highly reccomend for you and your family.

Fantastic experience: My 16 year old daughter broke her two front teeth on a Saturday night. Of course she was traumatized because it was painful plus she is a 16 year old who broke her front teeth. Dr. Najafe and Lisa came in to help restore her smile. She felt calmed and well informed and reassured during her visit. The results were so beautiful, natural and most importantly got my daughter smiling, laughing and feeling like herself again! Before and after pics say it all. Such gentle, calm and professional care.

I used to hate going to the dentist. . .I have a small mouth and a terrible gag reflex. So I’d avoid going as long as I could. After dealing with F’burg Fam Dentistry for several years, I don’t have the dread anymore! I will be their patient forever!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist decision ever. I’m going on 80 now and have done everything wrong for my mouth. These doctors and their assistants are making me live longer and healthier. Building an implant where my key bottom left molar gave up. What a nice team . I am in my 80s now and my mouth is still healthy. My implant is great for chewing. My front bottom bridge works on apples and corn on the cob. I smile a lot

Fantastic experience: I traveled an hour and a half because my daughter’s had such excellent care there. I was a little apprehensive, but upon arrival, the staff was so friendly Lisa the x-ray technician was very pleasant. I was thankful for my dentist He thoroughly listened to me and my apprehensions and we came up with a dental plan that was right for me. I would definitely recommend them

I came in with a wiggly implant that was done at another office and had been loose for years. Multiple dentists had looked at it and no one wanted to touch it—until today. Fantastic experience: After years of being a patient I can attest that I have always received outstanding care. I went to the practice in the beginning when two dentists refused to do a needed bridge because of the location of the missing tooth and the fact there was only a wisdom tooth to attach it to. Dr. Najaffe agreed to do it and did an outstanding job. In recent years I had an implant on a different tooth, a few fillings and old fillings replaced. The hygienists and front staff are great and Dr. Najafe and Dr. Farah go above and beyond and treat everyone with respect and kindness. I would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist you will find. The staff cares so much about you as a person. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and from panic attacks to no longer crying at all thanks to all of them. Dr. Najafe has an amazing soul and passion for his work and you see it! He is so particular/perfectionist and will go miles for you all while being extremely cautious. I hate not naming everyone involved but I can’t remember them all by name so I won’t leave anyone out. I will say every single person I have encountered at that office from front desk, to assists, hygienists, and Dr. Najafe have all played a huge part in me getting the best care and actually showing up at the dentist on a regular basis.
