Negative experience: I was there today 7/23 /26 and I encountered a person at the front desk And she was very very rude. And she didn’t treat me with respect. She put her finger up to my face and told me to hold on she stopped me she didn’t let me talk and ask her about my next appointment and proceeded to talk to my kid was only 16 instead of talking to me the adult don’t get me wrong, everyone there is very nice and respectful except this Person I hope Dr. Kakar does something About this cause this isn’t the first time it’s happened once before she was disrespectful to me and was arguing with her coworker this not professional

Fantastic experience: Amazing dr Kakar is the most amazing dentist since I was four years old

Negative experience: I called because both my son and I had urgent dental issues. I was told they could address our concerns, so we both went in expecting to leave with a plan and at least some treatment started. Instead, neither of our dental emergencies was treated. My chipped front tooth was not repaired, my son’s issue was not addressed the way we expected, and we left without a written treatment plan, printed estimates, or any explanation of what would be submitted to our insurance. I was simply told everything would be emailed. I also found it concerning that there was so much discussion about my insurance coverage before I even understood what treatment was being recommended or what procedures would be billed. Whether insurance or cash is paying, patients deserve to know exactly what treatment is planned and what charges are being submitted. I made it clear before leaving that neither my son nor I would be returning. I expect a copy of our treatment plans, estimates, and records, especially if appointments are being recommended. I want to be fair: the front office staff I interacted with were polite, and my frustration is not directed at everyone in the office. My disappointment is with the overall experience, the lack of communication, and leaving with the same dental problems I arrived with. I rearranged my day and attended this appointment while dealing with another serious medical issue that has limited my mobility for weeks. Leaving without treatment, clear answers, or documentation made an already difficult situation even more frustrating Our appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, but we were not even taken back until 3:40 PM. While I understand delays happen, no one communicated with us about the wait or apologized for it. Unfortunately, after waiting over an hour, neither of our dental emergencies was actually treated.

Fantastic experience: Dr.K and his staff are amazing. My daughter had 4 teeth extracted and not only was the appointment right on time, he was so caring and took my daughters fear into consideration. He let me stay to hold her hand and he extracted them in less than 10 minutes. She has had no soreness after and didn't need Tylenol the next day. It couldn't have been any smoother. Thank you Dr.K for your 5 star care and service.

Negative experience: “I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM, but by 8:56 I was still waiting and then was told it would be another 45 minutes. What’s the point of making an appointment if patients are kept waiting this long without any proper communication or respect for their time? Very disappointing experience and poor scheduling management.”

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service and great staff! Everyone is so friendly and nice! My children had a horrible experience at pine dentistry and my sister recommended Dr.Kakar and I couldn't be happier that I switched over to them. It has truly been a breath of fresh air. My kids are comfortable and experience the best service and I'm truly thankful for every one here for changing their perception on going to the dentist. I trust them and I've seen how well they work with my kids and now they enjoy going to the dentist! Thank you so much Dr.Kakar and everyone for making it a great and fun experience for my kids!Every procedure done they've exceeded my expectations and I'm so grateful! I recommend them to anyone! 10 out of 10!!!!

Fantastic experience: Customer service is extremely important to me and my family. The Dr. Kakar Dental Group exuded 10/10 customer service! We are new to the area and appreciate the short distance from our home. We scheduled an appointment for my daughter and received an immediate response to her having an infection. This type of response meant a lot to me, because it shows how important each patient is to Dr. Kakar. The front desk attendant provided top tier customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and very polite. She left no crumbs!!! I say all of this to say, “book the appointment”. You will not be disappointed!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic. We have visited this clinic several times. Once, I requested a school physical form for my daughter, and they asked me to pay $100. Today, they called again, and even though they never confirmed my appointment, they told me that for the next appointment I must pay $200. I honestly don’t know if this is a clinic or some kind of scam.

Negative experience: Most businesses know your reception team makes or breaks your business. And in this case they will break this business. New client for braces, had them put on my child and for the month follow up, show up for the appointment and they state they cancelled it. She stated they didnt have a confirmation call, even though I showed her on phone where I took the call. Not only this particular receptionist, but all have a very poor attitude and distain for their job. They need to be replaced with people who care about their job and have customer service skills. If possible, find a better location that takes your insurance because this is not a good environment to have to return to. Already made appointment with another provider.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency with my child and came in last minute in a panic, they were super helpful and great with my child. Zero complaints!!

Negative experience: I think this is not the best place to take your children to appointments with the dentists a week ago Dr. Benjamin who works here pulled out a tooth from my son when he was checking it with the dental mirror when we saw with my wife what happened we let him know the doctor who acted, wanting to make us believe that the child arrived without a tooth, by telling him no that the child brought all his teeth since we brushed his teeth every day and even before his appointment he began to Ignore us to the point that pushing my son from the chair he told me IF YOU THINK I WENT TAKE HIM TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND TELL THEM I WENT! At that point my wife and I decided to leave because apart from the trauma to my son by having pulled out a tooth and the lack of empathy and respect towards us by letting him know that we knew what he had done!

Negative experience: I took my 11 year old son for a cleaning and regular checkup and everything was fine into the dentist came in and started checking up on him when he broke/ took out one of my sons molars, my husband told the doctor what had happened and he proceeded to ignore us, we kept insisting and of course we were worried about the situation, he kept trying to ignore and as we kept insisting he asked if we were sure if he had all his teeth before we came in ( my son is autistic so we have to brush his teeth for him, we do this everyday in the morning and at night, also we had brushed his teeth right before going into the appointment) we told him we were sure so he said we had to go to the E.R for x-rays in case he swallowed it, when my husband told him to refer us because he had been the one to do it, he got mad and just said if you say I'm the one that did it, tell the doctor that as if that would've solved the situation. I want to clarify that the issue here is not even the error that he made but the way that he tried to gaslight us in telling us that he had already lost the tooth when he clearly was bleeding, also as a parent of a special needs child this was devastating to be almost shooed away from a dentist office where I had been going for years. Please don’t take your kids here specifically specials needs kids.

Fantastic experience: My son is 2.5 years old and needed to get a cavity worked on. He was consciously sedated and the procedure itself took only 10 minutes. The team said my son did great and they had no problems with him. My son said he was happy and had fun with the doctors. I would recommend this office to anyone with young children.

Fantastic experience: Great practice for children. My daughter loves going to the dentist now. The staff always makes her feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I came for my son’s first visit and it was great! The staff was patient and organized. One of my old students, Haley, was working and she was just as sweet as I remember her from class! Very professional!

Negative experience: Not a great experience for me. Had two root canals done, had to return the next day because Tylenol 3 wasn’t easing my pain and was prescribed antibiotics for a tooth that is not infected!!! Let’s be clear, experiencing some pain is common sense, but experiencing pain that isn’t eased in the least by Tylenol 3 is something different. If it had eased the pain and made it manageable I would have been cool but that wasn’t the case and was explained to the Dr. Ben. Prescribing antibiotics didn’t address my issues of pain. No matter how you respond to this post to save face, you didn’t address my needs and I’m probably not the only person this has happened to. Needless to say I’m still in pain and miserable. Still finding another dentist asap. Still never returning

Negative experience: I usually have a very good experience at this office and the dentists do their job well every time but I am writing this review because what happened during my most recent visit to this office was completely unacceptable and, frankly, unprofessional. I was there to receive a new filling on one side of my mouth and also to have a previously placed filling adjusted on the opposite side. The side with the new filling was properly numbed. However, the dentist began adjusting the other tooth without numbing it at all. The pain I experienced during that adjustment was severe — it was sharp, intense, and unlike anything I’ve ever felt during a dental procedure. Halfway through the adjustment, the dentist suddenly injected into the area, which made it clear to me that he had completely forgotten to numb the area before starting. What made the situation even worse was the way that it was handled. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the mistake. The dentist and assistant simply exchanged a glance, and the assistant gave a short, awkward laugh and that moment made me feel even more dismissed, as if my pain wasn’t taken seriously. At the time, I didn’t speak up because I didn’t fully process what had happened until after I left the office — I was in pain, overwhelmed, and trying to just get through the appointment. But now that I’ve had time to reflect, I believe this experience needs to be addressed. This is not a minor oversight. It shows a serious lapse in attention and concern for patient comfort. Pain during a filling should never be brushed off, and patients should never be subjected to that kind of experience because of a preventable error. I expect basic care, attention, and professionalism from a dental office. This visit fell far short of that standard, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Negative experience: We used to have great experience at this place. Now the customer service level has changed to ZERO. Was put on hold for 20 minutes to schedule an appointment then hanged up on me after 20 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable and they get you in and out. No sitting around waiting. My grandson had a tooth pulled and was in no pain whatsoever and eager to come back for the next visit. Excellent dental practice!

Negative experience: I went there for about 5-10 years and never had a problem till about a year or two ago. The lady at the front desk on the orthodontist side is very rude she started many arguments and always had a nasty attitude over all she is not a very nice lady.. I also went to get a Root canal and the woman doing it perceived to put the stick with Numbing stuff on it in my mouth and just left it there so my whole mouth and throat was num. Then today I went in for a cleaning and the woman doing it was hitting my tongue with the tools and I was having a break down in the chair because I told her to be careful with Certain teeth and she didn’t not care and I was in pain and I was choking do to her not rising my mouth out then we went to go get an X-ray and she redid one side 3 times and then she was making me choke on the X-ray pice multiple different times and she Huff and puff and said “can we try this again” in a nasty tone so I got up and walk out and they told me I could not be seen there anymore. Just over all so of the people are not very nice people to work with

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My appointment was canceled without letting me know cause my insurance “inactive”. I called my insurance and did a three way call with the office so they would verify it was indeed active but the receptionist was completely rude. My insurance offered many different ways to verify everything was good but the office would not accept.

Fantastic experience: We couldn't have picked a better Doctor and staff for my son. From the first thorough exam to Dr. Kakar walking us thru the sedation procedure, what he plans to fix and ways to improve and make space for adult teeth, I am beyond thankful. My son never expressed any tooth/teeth discomfort. Seeing him now (teeth all fixed) and how he acts with a pain free mouth, it's the best feeling!!! Thank you all, see you in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Kakar and his office staff are simply amazing! My 4 year old daughter recently saw a different dentist office and I didn’t agree with their assessment so I called and got an appointment the next day & we were met with amazing front desk staff! The office is super clean! They got us back quickly and my daughter loved the lady that cleaned her teeth! We met Dr. Kakar & he is amazing, my daughter who normally HATE strangers and doctors loved him and talks about going there frequently, he explained everything to her and even worked with what made her comfortable. I cannot recommend me them enough! If you want a dentist that not only listens to your concerns but also helps your child feel comfortable then this is your dentist office! I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for my little girl!

Fantastic experience: Today was my 3 year old’s first visit at this office after switching from a different office. I was nervous because we’ve been thru a lot with dentists and I didn’t want this visit to make her more scared of going to the dentist. I can’t sing this office’s high praises enough. I did not feel minimized, disregarded, or mocked. Dr Kakar was absolutely amazing with my daughter!! He got her to smile, laugh and even tell him her name! I’ve never seen my girl react to someone new that way- especially a healthcare professional. He made my girl feel comfortable and relaxed enough to let him inspect her teeth. I was floored!! Healthcare needs more Dr’s like Dr. Kakar! Office staff are AMAZING as well. I was referred by a close friend and I hope people read this review and schedule the appointment!!!! Great people, great atmosphere, and happy kid! Wonderful communication, easy to contact the office.

Fantastic experience: My son has needed a lot of work done. But, he has been treated so well here and with such high-quality care that he is doing great! He also has no fear of dentist, even though he needs a lot of serious treatment. Thank you!!

Negative experience: The dentist decided it would be great to teach the assist and take her time WHILE I WAS IN GREAT PAIN. I had a breakdown because of the pain and how long it took. They don't like to wait when the numbing cream sets in either.

Negative experience: I won’t step foot in this place again. My insurance said i could go to 3 pediatric dentists in this area. This office and two others that are closer to DC. This was my ONLY option. I arrive in Nov 2022 and am told at the desk they didn’t take my insurance. I disputed it saying they are listed as a provider. Eventually i cave and shell out the 300 bucks for my two kids to have their well checks. We had to come back for more major dental work. I spent over a month between having this office and my insurance speak on the phone. Eventually my insurance was able to get the front office to understand what they needed to do to submit claims under my insurance. It was a very frustrating experience and the office manager Jay is very dismissive and makes me feel like i am a burden. Kids are seen in December 2022 for the bigger work. I was assured a refund check was in the mail from my Nov appointments. Follow up appt in May 2023 were scheduled. No refund check and no reminder calls. June 2023 i realize both of these facts and call. I was told my appts were cancelled because my insurance is not accepted. I go through the whole ordeal AGAIN. i am again assured i will be handled. No calls no one reaches out. I reach out to Dr kakar who is very apologetic and assures me it will be fixed. Yet again, no calls. I reach out again after giving it a week. Jay calls me and again is very dismissive and won’t let me speak. Just practically yells he’s sending me a check in the mail and verifies my address is correct. Dr. Kakar was the only person who attempted to help and was sincere at how i felt and was treated. It took me a year and 3 months to get a refund for $100 of the original $300 i paid out of pocket. Warning for anyone whom has insurance that this office is not familiar with - they will NOT go above and beyond to advocate for you or your insurance. You have to advocate for yourself.

Fantastic experience: First time meeting the doctor! He was great ‘ I felt so comfortable with my infant there.You can tell he loves what he do and loves his patients. I will be changing my teenagers to him. Who they go to now, her bedside manner is horrible. My kids aren’t comfortable at all! Glad I found this place! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We had a check up and went right back to be seen. It was so fast and during the appt I asked about braces bc my son had an underbite. The orthodontist side made a quick check up to be seen that same time/day. The orthodontist was so good at explaining things I wouldn’t have a clue about. She allowed time for questions. Then we had an appt set up, and I had some insurance updates that needed to be done. This office was so good about answering my calls and reaching out to insurance to get the quote in time. I’m very appreciative of the staff for being so friendly and accommodating!

Negative experience: We always have a good experience for regular cleaning and setting appointments on doctors Kakars side, the orthodontist side the ladies are very good, the only complaint I have is the lady at the front desk always very rude she had hang up the phone to me 2-3 times while I’m trying to make appointments, she scheduled a appointment and when I got there my son was told he had no appointment. I had to leave because I have work and take my kid back to school we live 1 hour away from this office, as I was leaving the same lady said have a nice day in such a sarcastic way I had to come back and say something to someone else because I have patience but this lady really been testing it, on the phone and in person, when she help you never look at your eyes always looking around or phone or computer no a good customer service. Unfortunately I have to keep coming since we already pay so much money for my son treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kakar did an awesome job fixing my son’s teeth. He has some major genetic defects with his teeth and he went in and fixed them. I’m sure he’ll need more work in the future as his issues are significant. I was going to try and take my son to VCU but they take a long time to get to their appointments so after and emergency visit with my oldest daughter…. He did great with that too. I totally recommend Dr. Kakar and his staff they were very helpful and patient.

Fantastic experience: We have been told by the doctor in other facility to do sedation for my son, but Doctor Kakar did fix the tooth and we did not do sedation. Dr. kakar is energetic, patient and dedicated person. All my family are in his care. Thank you Dr. Kakar and his team.

Fantastic experience: Loved the orthodontist here! My daughter needed braces and got them on during covid. They were very careful and clean, and my daughters braces experience was great! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kakar has done two procedures for my son (7 y). The first procedure was an emergency tooth extraction. The front desk was fantastic and got us in immediately. My son required sedation, which was expensive but was well worth it. The second procedure I asked to go with the more affordable route, laughing gas, and by suprise my son did very well because Dr. Kakar was very patient with my son and made him feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kakar and everyone in his practice. Also they have an Orthodontist and I also recommend them as well.

Fantastic experience: Dental Tech Ashley was amazing with my daughter who was so scared and only 2.5 years old. And Dr.King was excellent. They even scheduled an appointment for myself to get a cleaning. So thankful for their service.

Negative experience: We spent 45 minutes past our appointment time in the waiting room. 10 minutes for the x-ray and 10 minutes for cleaning/exam. That's a 45 minute wait for a 20 minute appointment. That is insane and understandably my babies were screaming mad by the end of it. We will not be back. I don't recommend coming here if your kids are young enough that waiting rooms are hard.

Fantastic experience: I've been in here 3 times this last week to get some cavities filled, and every time they've been really patient and kind. It never takes too long, and they've made sure I'm ready before proceeding. Overall, very professional and I would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: My four children have been seeing Dr Kakar for 20 years! All but one are in their 20s now and they still see him. He is always professional and outstanding at his craft. Also, just as important to me, he is kind and compassionate, providing a safe environment. In addition, Chitra, in the Fredericksburg office, has provided us with consistent specialized attention, and excellent customer service. She constantly goes above and beyond to provide us with positive experiences.

Negative experience: Today is Saturday 02/11/2023. I (39 year old, female) was at this dentist office on 02/06/2023 for a filling. 1/2 of my tongue is still numb.I did appreciate the cleanliness of the X-ray tech!! I did call your office, to have them note my file. I left the review because I’ve had a lot of dental work and this is the only time it has ever happened, it is not normal. You guys take care of KIDS(hence why I put my age), that can’t speak for themselves. It is now 2/15/23 and it’s still numb.03/13/2023, still numb 06/06/2023 still numb

Negative experience: Never ever bring your children here. Period. They have a policy of not allowing parents to be with their children during treatment. They literally scolded me for trying. So as long as you follow their "leave your frightened child with us alone while we do surgery in their mouth" policy.... they will be nice to you. They will get records confused and ask you to sign blank consent forms. Literally. It’s a volume business. Nothing more.

Positive experience: They are really well with everything. On the braces side they always tell you what they are doing before they do it and in general I had a good experience with them...

Negative experience: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Tried to reach out multiple times to get bills that I got work done for my daughter back in January. Every time I call the office the office manager isn’t there and won’t return calls to explain why I was charged with and additional $2400. People working at the front desk can’t even tell me why or send bills to figure out what happened. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE!

Fantastic experience: Such a good pediatric dentistry. Had to take my 14 month old son to get dental work and was able handle him with good care despite of him being fussy for his procedure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The team of people was so friendly. We were new patients and they got us in same day early in the morning. We’re very kind and gentle with my 3year old who needed an extraction from trauma after a fall. The visits were fast but not rushed. We’ll be switching to this office for future dental upkeep.

Negative experience: This is the worst Doctor and front desk I have ever met in my life I was here today for my daughter she is only 5 years old having a bad toothache she is in pain since 4 days couple days ago was her first appointment so she was scheduled for sedation 9:45 today she was not suppose to eat or drink and when I arrived I had to wait for more than two hours to be seen and then again they told me to wait in the waiting room for one more hour and after an hour they gave her the medication again sent me to the waiting room and in this whole time she keeps asking for water and when I asked the front desk receptionist to tell Dr suno Kakar she's very thirsty please, the worst part starts when Dr Kakar asked me to come in not my daughter ok I went inside he was like I can't do this in here I have to refer you to another orthodontist I was like then what was the purpose of all this four hours waiting and keeping her thirsty and hungry from last night you know what was the Dr Kakars answer that surprised me he said look at me do I care I was shocked and got out of his place and scheduled another appointment for 3 o clock with some other dentist. All they do is scheduling appointments and wait

Negative experience: Never go to this place especially for filling if you care about your teeth. Dr Kakar messed up one of my tooth, it was a small cavity that didn’t need a root canal because he showed me the x-ray of it and told me it doesn’t need a root canal, then he started working on it and went deep down that touched the nerve, I was in so much pain, then he said you go get a root canal done. He referred me to a specialist, the specialist office told me I have to pay out of pocket. I called Dr Kakar’s office and a guy talked to me and said that they do not take the responsibility because they did their best. I don’t know what he meant by “they did their best”, it was their first time working on this tooth, it was just a small cavity. You will regret going there.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this practice to anyone . If your child has to get a procedure done , they do not allow any parents in the back . I do not feel like that’s okay . Especially if it’s a two year old.

Negative experience: Do not know how this Dentist is still even practicing . not sure about these google reviews either because a mom in a local moms group posted her and her childs horrific experience with this dentist and other parents started chiming in stating the same . This dentist will say your child need a crown or whatever and they don't he's also aggressive with kids ...a wolf in sheep's clothing and would not be surprised if the police investigate him . As they should .

Fantastic experience: Since moving to Fredericksburg I have been lucky enough to find great practitioners! Dr. Kakar is on that list of doctors I trust with my children dental care. The team is made of a professional and friendly staff. They’re always welcoming, friendly and accommodating especially when scheduling my children on the Same day. The office is set with plenty of light and always well kept. I appreciate their confirmation process and always keeps up to date. It’s so convenient to have both the dentistry and orthodontist in the same setting! I am particularly so thankful for Dr. Kakar and his skills with teeth restoration. My one year old had baby bottle rot. He reassured me it wasn’t to late and quickly got him in the OR. He is such a happier baby and his quality in life has improved so much. This office stresses and educates you on the importance of good dental hygiene and makes sure your taken care of. I highly recommend this dentistry to any family of all ages, babies, toddlers & young ones to teenager, It’s a group of great people.

Negative experience: We took our 6 year old here when we first moved to the area. The dentist was very rude to begin with. Then told us he has 3 cavities all needing root canals. This was a red flag for me so I went looking for a second opinion. Only problem, I couldn’t have his X-rays sent without paying an additional $50 fee. So we decided to wait a couple months until the new benefit year. Well, he finally went for his second opinion and he has two small cavities (not sure where the other went) that require zero treatment for the time being because they’re so small in baby teeth that are close to falling out.

Negative experience: They don’t allow parents in the back room when they put your child under any type of sedation to do procedures or even x-rays. As someone who’s child has had physical trauma in the past and is not comfortable around strangers without me under any circumstances, this was honestly pretty concerning to me. I’m not sure what parent would feel comfortable allowing their child to be sedated without them.

Fantastic experience: This office is wonderful! The dentists and staff from front desk to hygienists are all so kind, caring and friendly. My son loves going here and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. We highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kakar is absolutely the BEST! We came here for a second opinion and are so glad we did. He put my fears at ease. He was very thorough in explaining every detail of my son's treatment plan and procedure. The office staff is expedient and transparent about the billing process. I was happy to get a consult and a procedure appointment very easily and quickly. We are most impressed by Dr. Kakar's manner with my anxious child, and his proven experience. We love Dr. Kakar and feel so comfortable with him.

Fantastic experience: We had a really good experience with Dr Kakar & his staff! My kids were absolute monsters but the doctor, nurse & reception staff were all very understanding & helpful! They called us in at our exact appointment time and got us in and out of the office in record time! They gave me a lot of great information that I was not aware of.

Negative experience: Unbelievable what a rip off this office is! Would not give us our daughter’s x-rays. After practically begging we were told they would after we paid an additional 55.00 but would take 2 weeks to get! Also said we had to pay over $800 (only cash) for her anesthesia up front. Our insurance would cover but they wouldn’t submit. Found out at another pediatric dentist our total cost for everything would only be $600! Office was dark and drab & nothing looked child friendly. Never again!! Children need bright & friendly!!

Fantastic experience: This pediatric dental office has really truly helped my children so much. As a mother of four I have all of my children in their practice. When I first came here several years ago, my oldest two had so many cavities, but with the guidance and preventative treatments they offer my youngest two are golden and hardly need anything done at their visits. As a physician, I appreciate the on-site anesthesia capabilities to help my kids through the harder procedures (when we first came my oldest had so many cavities). Great job and our whole family appreciates you!!

Fantastic experience: Great staff, fast appointments and also my son bonded with the dentist. He actually said he thought he was cool and nice and my son had major work done! The only thing is I don't know in detail what exactly was performed.... his teeth look great but I didn't see an itemized bill

Negative experience: Office manager was unprofessional when questioned about accepting insurance he began yelling and saying their office does accept our insurance, just not for the reason we were there. He Initially refused to refund our money even though none of this was explained. When told it was shady to claim to accept insurance, not file with insurance, charge an outrageous amount, then when we call insurance ourselves only to find out they do cover our issue and him still not refund the money he became even louder. Would not recommend this place at all.
