Negative experience: Very nice people but went in for a cleaning and they took x rays, told me a cleaning would be over 900.00 because I needed a deep cleaning and I could not have just a basic cleaning. Paid 90.00 x rays for nothing. Wasted my time and money. Never had that happen before at any other dentist. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Referred by a co-worker. Sam was the best hygienist I've ever had. Dr Hubnik is unlike any dentist I've had. She's sincere and extensively knowledgeable. I finally feel like my dental health will improve.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hubnik was extremely knowledgeable and I am very impressed. She checked the ingredients in the chapstick I am using. I’ve been using a Powerful Nutrition program for 20 years. I’ve been researching ingredients, eating clean, using my Isagenix products and staying very healthy. The reason for my extensive information is because it’s been my experience not all professionals are as conscientious as I am about ingredients. She is a wonderful Dentist and I’m proud to be her new patient.

Negative experience: They lie about the cost. Lie about what insurance covers. Surprise billing.

Fantastic experience: Great office! Every one is so kind and patient and the Dentist does amazing work. My Dad is elderly and slow and scared to death when it comes to having dental work done and they made it easy and comfortable for him.

Fantastic experience: Great experience here. Everyone was helpful and nice. I will be back, along with other family members. My teeth cleaning was excellent. The only thing I would change is that if you don't do fluoride you need to let them know.

Fantastic experience: Pearl Dentures is an excellent dentist. When I left my dentist in Abilene I wondered if I would ever find anybody that was as good as they were . The dental hygienist is wonderful and Dr Hubnik is wonderful. I enjoy going there!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very nice and gentle. I just had two teeth removed in less than ten minutes and I felt zero pain.

Negative experience: The hygienist and doctor were good. They were timely and my appointment went well. My issue is with the office not letting me know they did not accept my insurance plan. I provided my insurance information when I set up the appointment along with a copy of the insurance card ahead of the appointment. After my cleaning I am told I owe $349. They asked “didn’t our insurance specialist call you”? The answer is no. What I would expect is for them to notify me prior to performing services that my insurance plan was not accepted. If not a call ahead of time, at least when I checked in. I take some responsibility for not asking about insurance when I arrived. However I expected them to follow through and was caught completely off guard.

Negative experience: Horrible place. Dentist will treat you like garbage just to feel above you. Receptionists are also rude with no customer service. Only good person in that office is a lovely lady named Katie. take your business elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hubnik and her team at Pearl Dentures and Dental Care are amazing! I've never felt so at ease at the dentist till I started going there! Dr. Hubnik is so cool and personable as well as her assistants. Maria at the front desk knows her stuff and always remembers me when I come in. And her hygienist, Sam, is nice and respectful, and definitely knowledgeable. I never thought I'd be happy to go to the dentist but here I am no more anxiety when I step into a dentist office!

Fantastic experience: My goodness what a different experience! Check in on my first visit was easy and the staff is helpful and courteous. All the dental assistants were friendly and concerned for my comfort. Dr. Hubnik explained what my options were to improve my smile and dental health. There was no hard sale or assumptions on her part. I appreciated that she made it clear what I needed to do and alerted me to problems no other dentist had found before. I realized that there are for sure some dentists that just get you in and out, and then there are dentists who care about what they are doing and advise you on best practices. I received a estimate of procedures and costs and all looked reasonable. I appreciate this. Last dentist didnt do that. All in all, a very favorable experience.

Fantastic experience: I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Yes, I really do. When I go here I enjoy the chats with her. She is kind, funny and let's me know what is happening next. I don't get "surprised" with any jolt of pain or freak out because of the noise because she prepares me for that. I like how Maria checks to tell me my share of the cost after insurance and gives me it all broken down. I also like that I don't have to wait and wait to be seen for my appointment. I am very, happy with her treatments and confident in her skills and knowledge. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I needed my denture repaired while visiting Granbury, TX. Saw several dentists that would not attempt the repair for various reasons. One referred me to Pearl Dentures and Katherine Hubnik. She was wonderful. Directed the lab tech where to build up the denture to add strength and stop the issue causing stress to the denture by using only 2 of 4 mini-pins which were originally placed at opposing angles. I now (after 5 years) have strong and very comfortable dentures. Thank you for your expert attention!!

Fantastic experience: We have never been dissatisfied with pearl dentures and dental Care. Dr Hubnik , is a fantastic dentist she listens to you explains the procedures to you so you will be able to understand. The office personnel it's great professional and friendly. The only dentist to go to is Dr Hubnik.

We love Dr Hubnik and everyone in her office. Dr Hubnik is a great dentist that we have been going to since 2010 when she was with another office and after she left we were not very satisfied with that office. We were excited to see her advertising the opening of her own office and immediately made the move to her office. Sonja is her hygienist and is wonderful and they both take very good care of their patients. Maria and Donna in the office are always very helpful and pleasant and it is wonderful to let them deal with the insurance.

Fantastic experience: Small atmosphere big hearts and big smiles. Every lady there is Very knowledgeable, very sweet very nice. They made me feel at home the moment I stepped through the doors. The atmosphere is great and all the ladys are so down to earth. They don't beat around the bush and they tell you like it is, which is very much appreciated in this day and age. I'd very much recommend. Will be going back a few more times and I know it will be a great experience.
