Fantastic experience: OK, been going for awhile now. Nothing but good things to say. Great team with Dr. Bir, Autumn, Andres,,,,all great. But HUGE shout out to Amairani, the office manager. I found out I was going to have heart surgery, and needed a quick clearance from the dentist. She went out of her way to me scheduled and cleared in the short period I had. And she did it with compassion knowing I was going through a difficult time! Thank you Amairani!!!!

Negative experience: My experience that I have had is my recent dentures that have only had for almost a year have cracked and been repaired over and over again now they won't repair them anymore at the lab perfect teeth would have to charge my insurance and this is not my fault they are cracking I. The front and they started a trial one they make by machine and those cracked and now the doctor wants to cancel they owe me new dentures they have to male it right to me so frustrated

Negative experience: Waiting for Perfect Teeth to call me to see what we are going to do about my teeth? It's been about two weeks. I can't call in to talk to anybody in the office because I get someone, I believe, from out of the Country and then they still don't let you talk to anybody in the office. Feeling frustrated.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bri is a masterful practitioner. In this last visit he repaired a tooth that had split open into a vertical crevice. Upon completing the repair and giving me the mirror to look at the tooth, and it being so beautiful, I exclaimed, “Perfect”, thus we have ‘Perfect Teeth’ dentistry.

Negative experience: Update (6/27/25): I have changed my rating to a one star because the office is never open and it's always a hassle to talk to someone. I recently moved out of state and have called numerous times and was told requests were made (to only find out they never were made because I never got a call back) to obtain copies of my OWN dental records. This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional.

Positive experience: I had a very good experience with the treatment given to me. Dr. Raktim Bir did an excellent job and I had no problem post surgery. I am also thankful for giving me appointment in short notice. His assistant was also very helpful for initial assessment with x-ray etc.

Negative experience: Customer service at this location has declined over the past couple of years - the hygienist is literally the roughest one I have had in my entire life (I'm retirement age) and the staff is disrespectful and condescending. I just walked out of an appointment moments ago after being treated badly by the receptionist who was barking orders at me like some kind of drill sergeant - My family and I won't be back.

Positive experience: My dentist is good. But that is where it ended. It seem Perfect teeth was bought over by some company a few years ago but things have changed. The tech does a lot of the work where it seemed the dentist used to do in the past. I don’t mind if they are good. One problem temporary caps never stay on when they are placed by the tech for some reason. My permanent crown was placed by a tech and I said it felt high. My other teeth around it weren’t touching. Now I thought maybe it’s because that area is still numb. I went out to my car and sat there trying to bite down and said no this is not sitting right.i went bs k up to the door to go back in and tell them but it was locked. Everybody was flooding out to go to lunch.so I had to call the office when I got home before going to work. Well as usual I get some centralized answering system. They tried to patch me through to the office but no one answers. He tells me to try back and I ask can’t you leave a message? He said to just try back and I asked what is the best time because I need to go to work and can’t keep calling all afternoon. So he finally said I’ll send them an email. Thanks. Luckily I called again and someone answered and I said I was just there and tried to go back in but the doors were locked and the crown is not on right. So ok can you come back now. Lucky I wasn’t far away and said yes. This time the dentist came in and made the adjustments needed and no problems after that. So on to the next project. A bridge was needed so prep work done and now wait for bridge to come in and wait. I didn’t hear anything after a month or more so I call yes we have it here but you know your dentist went to other office across town.,yes I’m aware can’t the other dentist put the bridge on since it’s already at that office? and do any adjustments if needed? No you have to go across town and see the dentist that started it. Not happy because that’s a 40 min ride each way so I’ll need to take more time off work. Day of appointment I’m on highway driving to appointment and notice a voicemail and it says the girl that was ditto bring your bridge to that office is out sick so it’s still at your regular office. Great half way there took time off work and it’s canceled. I was angry over this and asked if they could accommodate and let the other dentist put the bridge on since that office is literally 5 minutes away and it’s sitting there waiting. Let me ask and get back to you. I get a call back day later and yes that it would ok so I make an appointment and go in for that appointment now another week out. The day of my appointment and am told I can’t be seen this dentist won’t put the bridge on. I took off work again and no one called to tell me your appointment is cancelled . But your regular dentist is coming back to this location. Ok great I’ll schedule when he’s back almost two weeks later. Finally got my bridge!!

Negative experience: Horrible experience! $193.00 for no relief of pain! Staff is rude and the Dentist was not helpful! I wound up at High Desert Dental and it was like night and day! They took me in later that day and solved my dental issue immediately! They know how to treat customers there. I'll NEVER go to back to Perfect Teeth! They take your money and hand you a referral card and tell you to call the number! Here's how you can help me out, give me a full refund!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with the care I received. I had 2 chipped teeth from a fall. Dr O did an amazing job of fixing those 2 teeth. You would never know that they were chipped. I’m sorry that there are others who have not experienced the wonderful care that I received.

Fantastic experience: My 93 year old mother has some dementia and any procedure is difficult for her. She can become very anxious. The dental assistant and hygienist were very patient and kind. After consultation we were given clear options to address her dental needs. I am very appreciative.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Will never be going here again. The receptionist kept telling me my insurance was inactive, but when I called my insurance they said it was definitely active and they even tried contacting perfect teeth on my behalf. My appointment had to be canceled because they refused to see me until the insurance was fixed? But there was nothing to fix? The funny thing too my husband was seen (at a different location) no problem and we have the same insurance. The receptionist here is always super rude. She doesn’t even say “hi” or “welcome in” no she just stares at her computer and rudely asks, “Do you have an appointment?” I’m happy High Country Dental was super friendly and welcoming when I told them my situation and moved completely over to them.
