Fantastic experience: Best dental office I have ever been to! Front desk staff are amazing and so friendly. Hygienist and Assistant were so nice and really made the atmosphere a relaxed and happy one. Dr. Loedding was the most patient and kind dentist I have ever had. He knows his stuff and you can tell truly cares about his patients.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional experience as a new patient at this office. Jennie was excellent getting my records from my previous office and getting me on the schedule asap. Dr Loedding was very thorough and kind. My dental hygienist Cindy did an outstanding job during my cleaning. Everyone is very friendly and puts you at ease. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: it would be wrong for me to suggest that all of the dentists I've seen in my 60 plus years of life have been sadists. only a few of them have been, the rest of them have been technicians, doctors of dental medicine I've had a mixed opinion of dentists over the years but I'll tell you what this cat is a wizard. the staff is not only groovy but outstanding. the technicians are the best I've ever encountered, for what that's worth, but if you have a look inside my mouth you'd understand that's worth a lot. four stars, knife and a fork.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme dental anxiety, and everyone here was wonderful. I had a broken tooth that they were able to put a crown on, all while being friendly, and talking me through the process and trying to understand what was causing me anxiety. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The staff is absolutely wonderful. Front staff- Jen and Alayna are always so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Loedding and staff (Heather, Corrin, and Cyndi) explain every step and make the visit comfortable. I came here because they take my insurance, I stay because of the amazing treatment and fun personalities!

Fantastic experience: I had work done at the Robinson office when they were open in 2023, my crown came out two weeks ago! Made an appointment at the Wexford office and I went in and there was an old balance due that the insurance didn’t pick up for whatever reason. Lady at front desk (Jennie) was so helpful getting the matter resolved for me. To me her kindness and willingness to help ment a lot to me and I wanted to give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for what she did for me. Thank you so much Jennie

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Dental Works. I was seen at the Robinson location. I learned that this office has since relocated to Cranberry Township, as far as I understand. Before my appointment, I specifically asked whether my doctor was in-network, and I was clearly told that they were and that they accept my insurance. During the visit, I was charged a co-pay as expected. However, about a month later I received an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance stating that the services were not covered because the provider was actually out-of-network. After that, Dental Works began sending me bills for the services. I have been trying to resolve this issue for more than eight months, repeatedly asking them to correct their billing mistake. I was given multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, but nothing has been fixed. Despite all my follow-ups, I am still receiving bills, and the situation remains unresolved. I cannot recommend Dental works due to poor communication and ongoing billing issues.

Fantastic experience: I only have good things to say about Dentalworks Cranberry! The staff is great and always made me feel at ease from scheduling, financing, and having dental procedures. Dr. Loedding and his crew have helped me repair my smile and I am so grateful to them, they do incredible work here.

Negative experience: I have had nothing but issues with this dental office. The front desk staff and hygienist were great but other than that, the experience has been horrific. It started with being registered as a new patient: their call center is incompetent and the appointment I thought I had then needed to be rescheduled. I needed to be placed on a cancel list which was a number of weeks past my original appointment date. At my visit it was discovered that I needed a filling- that was another appointment which needed to be rescheduled multiple times at the offices request (January 2026) After my filling, my mouth was in EXTREME pain- as someone with dental issues throughout my life- I have never had issues after a filling. I was seen immediately but dentist assured me that everything was normal. Almost 6 months later it still doesn’t feel right. At that appointment- I was scheduled for my next cleaning for July 2026. Office called me saying they needed to reschedule me and their next appointment wasn’t until January 2027!!! The office had to cancel on me and couldn’t find availability sooner when I wasn’t that one who needed to reschedule. Absolutely absurd.

Negative experience: So the folks at the office are absolutely wonderful! Getting in there with that absolutely horrendous answering service who lies and says they are in the local office all need fired. Ya almost lost me to another dentist because of them. Just so you know I didn't believe the folks on the corporate line so I stopped at the office and was able to get scheduled.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for a few years, this team is too notch! I have never had such an efficient and actually quick deep cleaning and gum treatment. Cindy is THE BEST! Super nice and I highly recommend.

Negative experience: I waited for over an hour even though I had already explained clearly over the phone exactly what I needed. After finally being taken in, I waited another 30 minutes just for the doctor to show up. When the doctor finally came, he barely looked at my teeth, said something vague like “you need something,” and then left without any proper explanation. He literally disappeared afterward. Then a staff member told me to go to the front desk, and when I did, they tried to give me the next available appointment on the 11th — which is completely unacceptable after all that waiting. On top of that, the appointment they offered wasn’t even for the treatment I originally came in for. Overall, this was a huge waste of time, very unprofessional, and poorly organized. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I felt I understood the diagnosis

Negative experience: I have read most of the reviews that say great things mostly about this office so I’m a little confused by my interaction with the office. They advertise emergency services, walk-ins welcome but I call 2 days ago for an emergency appointment and was told May 14th was the 1st available I asked about the emergency service and the walk in policy and was told that even if I walked in I would not be seen because there is no openings. With my dental insurance this is my only dental option. Btw. The did put me on the cancellation list.., I wonder how many others with emergent dental issues are also on that list !??

Fantastic experience: New to area and to Dr. Loedding. First visit, greeted promptly, paperwork completed, x-rays next, staff person efficient and explained all to be completed. Escorted to exam room, Dr Loedding entered, introduced and began oral exam. Asked specifics of dental care, listened carefully. He offered options with details. I was encouraged to ask questions and to consider pros and cons before making a decision. Assistant had costs with insurance and explained clearly. I was able to make an informed decision and the process was started immediately. Dr Loedding gave information to make the process successful. Next appt made without an extended delay, Extremely satisfied with DentalWorks.

Negative experience: With no explanation cancelled my two year old daughter appointment three times literally moments before her scheduled appointments. Customer service sucks and was very rude to me and my daughter. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Was welcomed as I came in from the wonderful girls upfront. Alayna signed me in and answered all my questions. Cindy, who did a wonderful cleaning, helped me and walked me through everything she was doing. Doc was great and finally found the problem ive been having from my previous dentist, after telling them over and over something was wrong. So I switched to Dental works! The whole crew is nice and I couldn't appreciate them more. ! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews, but thought this might help anyone who was on the fence….My husband had a crown put on. We were a little leary at first just because we’re used to small private practices. The girls there, front and back, are all wonderful!! Had me cracking up! The Dentist was awesome!! Definitely going to be the new dentist for years to come. Very glad we found them. The answering service might deter you. But don’t let it. Once you get past them, it’s all good!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed. The front desk was very friendly however the Dentist himself you wait forever to be seen by him. I Started my journey with this new dentist office back in August 2025August. I had a crown put on, and my mouth has not been right since I still as of today-cannot eat on that side where my crown was placed at. I came.back five Different times over the course of time from August to December hoping desperately.to have the issue resolved.Now, my pain level is 9. so now after five visits there, I have no choice, but to move on to get a second opinion, I got a second opinion, and my mouth was full of an infection under the crown . I had to go on an antibiotic amoxicillin to clear up the infection. I asked the new dentist how this could happen. If my crown was sealed properly the response was either. It wasn’t cleaned out properly enough by Dr. loedding, Or the crown was not sealed properly regardless this was neglected too long. After my infection cleared up, I had to go to three Rivers dental for endodontist and have a root canal done yesterday. This all could’ve been avoided now I am reaching out to the Dental board, so this doesn’t happen to Any other patients. If I was just heard and had some kind of sympathetic and caring about my complaint and how bad my mouth hurt me instead of letting it go and not insisting on that there was nothing wrong with under the crown as Dr. Loedding Insisted. I wouldn’t be going through this. I am seeking higher council at this moment. On the next steps to take to be able to get my refund back that I feel strongly I deserve. When I think back on how many times that I told Dr. Loedding something desperately is wrong. And he didn’t listen to me and insisted it was my bite, I did ask the Dentist Dr. Loedding, Please take it off. It’s my crown. He refused and said no it’s not your crown. It’s your bite. Never once. Did he offer me a night guard for my bite. Now I have no choice ,I have a dispute for a refund to be able to afford to go to another dentist office for them to assess the tooth and fix it correctly. Highly don’t recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Booked over the summer took time to get in but worth the wait, got cleaning went over problems set up other work great scheduling no real wait time.

Fantastic experience: Best Regular hygienist Cindi , AND regular dentist in the cranberry office. so nice not to have to see different people every time you walk into an office! Had to mention the place is really nice too ,clean and friendly. They work with you very easily.

Fantastic experience: Jenny and Elaina in the front office were very helpful in resolving a rescheduling issue; Cindy (Dental Hygienist) was great and took the time to finally answer a question that another office had long left unanswered and unresolved. First experience with Dr. Loedding, who took the time to explain things that I had questions about. I will definitely be returning to this office. A side note to Dental Work Administrators: The day before my appointment (February 10th), a voice mail was left for me by the Cranberry office, which was a request to reschedule my appointment, so that more time could be allocated for my exam. I called back to the office, but the line must have been busy, so I was transferred to a central scheduling person, who had a very thick, foreign accent. He informed me that my slot had been given to someone else, and that next available appointment was in June. When I pressed him as to why this was happening, he could not give me a satisfactory answer, so I hung up and went directly to the office to find out what was happening. As it turns out, all the office wanted to do was to move my exam from 9 A.M. to 2:50 P.M. the same day, which was not a problem for me. The is not the first time that I have dealt with and had problems with the (I'm assuming) foreign scheduling people; for whatever reason Dental Works Administrators chose to do this instead of always dealing directly with the office involved, you are not doing any favors for your patients.

Fantastic experience: This is a top #1 office to be seen if your are terrified of dentist! I can't express my gratitude of just how great they are with people. They will do everything to make sure you're comfortable I am getting over my fear that I've had since I was a child! Highly recommended

Negative experience: Update- they got a new call system and are now horrible at scheduling. I received an email about an appointment the day I scheduled it, and then I heard nothing in the month between. I called them on the day of the appointment to find out that it no longer exists. The audacity to tell me “thank you for answering your phone” when I have called multiple times with severe pain and cannot talk to anyone in the office. The call center doesn’t help, just tells you to try again or that they’ll “leave a message with the office” when the office doesn’t answer their call. I’ve never received a response when they “left a message,” so I have zero faith that any seriousness is given to the patients’ wellbeing This new call center is horrible. Completely takes the personality out of the practice and makes everything impossible. I shouldn’t have to answer repeated questions for over 5 minutes to be able to ask how long the pain should last after a procedure a week ago. Hello, I see your response to reach out directly. Per my review, it’s impossible for me to directly reach anyone in your office. I called three separate times when I was in 8/10 pain, the call center said I would receive a call back- and I never did. That was a month ago. Unless you’re expecting me to walk into your office to “reach out directly”…please, do tell me how I can.

Fantastic experience: I was there for my tooth extraction. Staff is very nice and professional. Dr Loedding performed the extraction and let me tell you he knows what he's doing. Usually dental procedures are somewhat painful or discomforting to the least, but he took the tooth out without any discomfort. I strongly recommend him for any dental needs.

Even after spending so much time with my insurance woes, they were able to see me for my appointment and it was quick and painless. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and patient. I had to quickly find a new dentist, and I was immediately met with a warm welcome from the receptionists and a quick scheduling. My dental care was meticulous and thoroughly explained, and I felt comfortable to ask as many medical and insurance questions as needed before, during, and after my visit. The atmosphere of the office is fun and inviting, which makes a dental visit more appealing!

Negative experience: terrible experience. took money for an examination. could not do anything about toothache. said go look for another clinic. prescribed medicine to the wrong pharmacy I asked for and thereby left me without medicine for the weekend. dirty in the office. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about my 4 experiences with Dr. Loedding in the last six months. I have always been terrified of getting Novocaine shots, fillings, and drillings. this is due, mostly to having had terrible experiences with previous dentists. My anxiety has been way down because of his gentle care and calmness. He really knows what he’s doing and I have had very pain-free experiences, which I’m very grateful for. I highly recommend this office because everyone here is so kind and friendly. I was worried from going from a private practice for 20 years to a chain, but I really can’t feel any difference. In fact, I would say it’s better.

Fantastic experience: Recently had to change my dentist due to a change in insurance. Came across DentalWorks (didn’t even look at the reviews, chose them off of a whim) and I have yet to be disappointed. This is my second visit in a week and I must say, the team they have at this location is great! They are all so kind and polite. They’ve made me feel welcomed since my first appointment. It is also very clean! I am glad to have chose them, and I am glad to now be a patient at DentalWorks! ☺️

Negative experience: This is the worst dental office I have ever seen in my whole life. Even one star is too much. Poor customer service particularly the front office. Made an appointment 2 months ago and confirmed two times. I had to cancel my job to make sure I get there on time. After arriving, noticed that my appointment was cancelled with no explanation. No courtesy call, nothing! If I had no show-up for my appointment, they would charge me $50. They need to value customer's time. I would never come back to this office and would never recommend this Cranberry office to anyone.

I opted to move forward that same visit to have a tooth replaced. It was painless and relaxing. I go back in 3 weeks to get my new tooth. I truly recommend this location for all your dental needs! The Doctor and his staff truly worked together as a team to ensure all patients were taken care of! I’m actually excited to return and start on some other work I need done. Dr. John does all dental work, from simple fillings to implants! My kind of place, one stop shopping place!

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit at the Wexford location and I can’t say it enough about how amazing they all are. Dr. Loedding did an amazing job, he explained everything that I needed done and made me comfortable coming back. Jennie is very helpful and amazing, the dental hygienist Corine is amazing at what she does and makes you feel comfortable as well! After I had tooth pulled there were no cuts, bruising and minimal pain! This is all coming from someone who is petrified of dentist! They all literally take their time and make sure everything is ok! I definitely will continue to keep going back.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is honestly the best one that I have ever been to in my life. Jennie at the front desk is amazing, she is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. Dr. Loedding is equally awesome. He will take the time to explain the procedure to you, give you time to ask questions, and is always down to have a small chat about anything under the sun. Aside from that, he also does great work, I have had multiple procedures with not a single problem of hiccup. Usually dentist offices are very generic and not personable, this office is definitely not that. This office is extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. Negative experience: This place sucks. They clearly don’t care about patients at all. You can show up with an urgent need and they’ll still make you wait forever without any consideration. The staff is disorganized, unprofessional, and more focused on billing unnecessary services than actually helping people. It’s all about money for them — not care, not respect. I canceled everything and won’t be coming back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are plenty of other offices that treat people with basic decency.

Negative experience: I confirmed a dental cleaning appointment by phone, showed up on time, and waited over 40 minutes just to be told they had scheduled X-rays I never asked for — and that I’d have to rebook the cleaning because no one was available to do it. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly more interested in billing unnecessary services than actually caring for patients. I canceled my appointment and my family’s. Don’t waste your time here — there are far better dental offices that respect your time and your consent.

Negative experience: Just straight up walked away from my kid because she was scared. Great 1st experience. Staff has been on constant cycle. Brought in dentist from Robinson with zero bed side manner.

I was treated very well because I have anxiety about seeing the dentist. I then made the appointment with the Oral Surgeon and had my teeth out the middle of December. I was in a lot of pain, but I weathered getting implants on my bottoms. I also needed a new pair of upper dentures. They were about 25 years old. Jenny and Dereck were very calming when waiting for the appointment. I hope to be done with this process because I have a big class reunion in July and I want to have my teeth!!!

Fantastic experience: my first experience at this place was great! I came in for a root canal and was experiencing a lot of pain. The woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming and very communicative. So was the dental assistant and the dentist! Not a fun procedure to get by any means but I’m now pain free! Would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: My wife was having pain from her one tooth, and I called Dental Works to make an appointment for her. Since she wasn't a current patient, we thought there might be a problem getting an appointment. We were surprised that we could get one within two days. The staff and Dr. Loedding were great. We plan to have all of our future dental work done there.

Negative experience: I have been trying to schedule for 2 days. What a nightmare trying to deal with the service that answers the phone. I just want to speak with someone in the office who can tell me for sure they do not take my insurance! They are on my list, but when I call I can barely understand what they are saying.. ugh..This does not pertain to the actual practice, but they should consider making so that you can speak with someone there.

Positive experience: Everyone in the office was super helpful and friendly. I take a star off just because of wait time. It wasn't unmanageable but it was long.

Fantastic experience: So far so good I came and in to office and Emma's each staff member came into office the greeted me, the deep cleaning was affordable only 32 with insurance. During my exam the explanation of everything was clear and detailed. And they scheduled my root connel within the next week. Staff very personable and professional. Awesome experience
