I recently had several teeth removed under IV sedation, and the entire process was flawless. The IV entry was painless, and I did not experience any bruising at the injection site or facial bruising afterwards. The level of care and skill here is exceptional. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction yesterday. It was the easiest dental experience I’ve ever had. Additional review – a couple of years later, I have just had another extraction. Painless during and after. The bone graft and implant that Dr. Peretti did following the first tooth extraction have posed absolutely no problem. I highly recommend this dental surgeon as well as his beautifully organized and supportive stuff.

He is very kind, caring and gentle. I was expecting some pain but did not have any! His assistant Jessica, did a fabulous job and was reassuring and I also appreciated her sense of humor. Hannah also assisted and was very friendly and efficient. Fantastic experience: Just got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and honestly, I was dreading it, but this dental office is the real deal. I was super nervous walking in, but the whole procedure was fast and easy. I barely even remember it. Everything after has been way smoother than I thought it would be. They did a fantastic job, no pain yet just some swelling. But the main reason I’m leaving this review is Hannah. She was working with me right before and after the surgery, and she’s just awesome. She made me feel totally calm and kept checking on me to make sure I wasn't freaking out. She’s super friendly and explained everything in a way that just made sense. If you gotta get teeth pulled, this is the place to go. You’re in great hands!

Negative experience: Montana Oral Surgery exists only to serve the elite, the affluent and the top hierarchal rung of the socioeconomic ladder. They accept only out of pocket payment as well as very exclusive insurances. Inasmuch, they adamantly refused to accept my insurance. Their billing personnel left a rude, degrading voicemail to this effect. Their choice is unethical, immoral and unprofessional. A rational person would wonder what is to be done by those persons whom Montana Oral Surgery rejects. Are such persons merely to die from diseased teeth leaking fatal bacteria into their bloodstream? A complaint has been issued to Better Business Bureau and to the Montana Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations, to which MOS has not responded to either.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Friendly, informative, and getting a tooth extracted can be painful but the light anestesia makes the experience so much better that shots!!!!

Fantastic experience: If it's possible to say a wisdom tooth extraction experience was terrific, then that would apply to Montana Oral Surgery! My son had 4 teeth extracted less than a week ago and is doing fantastic! From start to finish, it was a good experience. The office staff was extremely helpful and responsive. When we arrived, he was taken in right away and was done in less than an hour. They provided super clear instructions on what to do next and covered all our possible scenarios with meds. Dr. Peretti and his assistant both spoke with me to talk through how the process went (my son was busy enjoying the drugs,) and were so friendly and patient. Obviously we'll never have to do this again, but if we did, we would 100% use Montana Oral Surgery. I've already recommended them to others who have wisdom teeth extractions coming up. Thanks to the team at M.O.S.!!

Fantastic experience: I have an absurd amount of fear when it comes to dentists. So when it came time to get a wisdom tooth removed..I was worried. Dr. Peretti went out of his way to reassure me in both the consultation and the day of the procedure. Peretti made sure I was sedated and told me I wouldn't remember anything. He was right, I only remember feeling loopy and then waking up. Highly Recommend Dr. Peretti's office for any dental surgery needs!!!

Fantastic experience: Procedure was great compared to past experiences in other states. I've had my wisdom teeth pulled in Florida and Pennsylvania. This time I had 7 teeth pulled to prepare for partials. Best experience you could ask for. All my past dental experiences were horror stories. Positive experience: I had a back mollar that was giving me pain and was referred to Dr Peretti and his team at MOS. My experience was as pleasant as something like a tooth removal can be. The staff was good about contacting my insurance and giving me pre-surgery information and quick scheduling. Once in the chair Dr Peretti and his team put me at ease on what to expect during the procedure and my choice of local numbing instead of anesthesia. I was done in less than 30 minutes and have confidence that when I need the twin problem tooth on the other side done; I will have it done with Dr Peretti and MOS!-)

Fantastic experience: I went in for my wisdom teeth removal and I’m glad this is where I went. I had local anesthesia and was somewhat nervous about the procedure. It turned out to be painless and easy, he was done in 5 minutes. He even worked through his own pizza party/lunch break on his birthday (and a Friday) to keep the schedule from falling behind. He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional about it.

Fantastic experience: I must admit the thought of having my skull drilled and a stainless post screwed into the hole made me a bit anxious! But my anxiety turned out to be completely unfounded! Dr. Peretti explained what he would be doing before we even started! And that it wouldn't hurt, so I should just relax and lay back. I did exactly that and before I knew I knew it, the whole thing was over!!!…And I never felt any at all!!! In my opinion, Dr Peretti and his staff are Consummate Professionals!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! I hated having to remove my tooth but they put me at ease and treated me and my mouth with the utmost care! The dental assistant made sure to get every little bit of stuff out of my mouth during the procedure which is something my primary dentist/assistant doesn’t do. Negative experience: staff were rude and threatened to call the cops on me if i didnt leave even though i had an appointment that would have been paid for when my medicare came back through but they forced me into a position where i pay over 400$ for an x-ray and consult in an emergency. highly disappointed in how this "medical" practice deals with potentially life threatening situations.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are AWESOME! My teenager needed to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted while in braces. ... didn't even loosen a single bracket! Actual surgery took less than 20 minutes! Friendly caring efficient and fast!

So having to get a tooth pulled under those conditions wasn’t easy. They totally melted all my anxiety away and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Fantastic experience: Artistry in Oral Surgery. I had a back molar extracted yesterday, and opted for local anesthetic, rather than IV sedation. From the beginning of the procedure, Dr. Peretti and his staff put me at ease and educated me about what to expect and risks involved. I was pretty nervous about it, and since I have young children with no one drive me home post-op I couldn’t do the IV sedation. Dr. Peretti numbed my tooth and surrounding area with such precision that I didn’t even feel the needle numbing the area. When Dr. Peretti returned to the room to perform the procedure itself, he was so gentle and precise The first word that came to my mind was that this person is an “artist” in his profession. He was so smooth, handed, and quick that the whole thing was over before I knew he had even started! My young teenager had his wisdom teeth extracted a few months before, and he also had a great experience, but he did go under IV sedation for his procedure because it was 3 impacted wisdom teeth. We both have some anxiety when it comes to dental work and we fully recommend Dr. Peretti and his staff. They have a very clean office and genuinely care about the overall patient experience. They were even able to get me earlier than scheduled on a cancellation. Thank you Dr. Peretti!

Fantastic experience: Over all it was a good experience for my son. They were quick with check in and with the procedure of pulling out his wisdom teeth. My only suggestion to them would be having ice packs that they give to each patient. With my other son we went to a different orthodontist and he was given an ice pack that wrapped around his head so it made it much easier to ice. Other than that they were very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
