Never have I have been worried when going to see here even when I have had concerns or issues with my teeth she has handled them with a perfectly gentle hand. Have had countless referrals to her over the year and will continue to sing her praises. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about capstone. First and foremost everyone is so pleasant to deal with. So kind and so helpful. They are so kind and caring and helped me navigate the difficulties of insurance as well which I really appreciated, as I am no longer on my parents insurance and am new to it. The dentist herself is so gentle and very considerate to any discomfort you may be feeling. I, personally have a lot of anxiety around getting my teeth worked on and they made me feel so comfortable! 10/10

Negative experience: I was with Capstone for 3 years. I have finally decided to switch to a different dentistry due to a few reasons. I have suspected they weren’t checking my teeth thoroughly; I have complained about gum tenderness, stain on my teeth for a year or so. Every time they gave me a cleaning, they never took care of my stains! On top of this, they have repeatedly failed to tell me about my cavities. I insisted they do another examination after my molar was experiencing pain. They should have been able to detect this in prior examinations and X-rays. That one tooth that I kept advocating for to be reexamined for cavity, turned out to be true, and she apparently took care of it. Came to find out only half-assed. My current dentist had taken photos and showed that there was still cavities remained on that tooth. It was partially done. I need to get this refill again. When I went to a new dentist, he thoroughly examined my teeth with 360 x-rays, individual x-rays, as well as photographs to show problematic areas. They have detected 4 other cavities! As well as some old fillings that should have been refilled because they are going bad! I have suspected other cavities but capstone dental kept denying that I have them. The new dentist also found that I have gingivitis that is considered moderate. I needed a deep cleaning, that was never offered or suggested by Capstone. It feels to me like they have wanted to complete a quota and send me home. For the past 3 YEARS I have trusted them. If anyone is unsure, go get a second opinion! I am so glad I did.

Fantastic experience: I’m north of 50, so I’ve seen many, many dentists over the years. Without exaggeration or hyperbole, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dental visit! I’m one who usually has a lot of anxiety when having to go to see a dentist, but it was so mellow and relaxing! The dentist was so easy handed and gentle while doing a deep cleaning AND a filling. I’m honestly looking forward to going back!
