Fantastic experience: This dental office is the best dental office around! The treatment you get from when you are greeted at the door, walking to the room, the cleanings and the conversations are so comfortable! Who would have thought going to the dentist is something someone wants to do? These people at Rock River dental are amazing! Dr. Showalter is top notch! I never thought I would smile as much as I do today! Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff at Rock River Dental & am so happy with the treatments I’ve received. Both my husband & I used Invisalign & now have our retainers that we just wear at night. My husband had jaw clenching issues prior to treatment & was prone to headaches. Since realigning his teeth, he no longer experiences jaw/tooth pain or jaw-based headaches. Fantastic experience: What a great place, and staff. We’ve gone for years, and have become good friends with the staff. I’m 79 now, and, happy to note, I still have teeth to clean. Between open mouth and the work done, we hurriedly exchanged news, stories, laughs, and an occasional sniffing. We hug necks and look forward to “next time.” As I was about to leave, I heard a little voice in the room I was just in. I walked back and peered in to watch Natalie with a 5-year old [all by himself], happily chatting and agreeing with the next step; the beginning of a life long friendship. We have no desire to look further.

She did discover a small filling problem. Leslie came in, checked everything and corrected my filling problem before I left. No second appointment. They work as a great team and I have total trust in them. I even got a prize for being a good boy!

Fantastic experience: My wedding is next week and I chipped a tooth yesterday! Dr. Showalter fixed the chip within 30 minutes. I left actually happy I chipped my tooth because Dr. Showalter also evened out my two front teeth as well while I was there. I left with a more wedding-ready smile!

Fantastic experience: Having a root canal done is never a fun time. My tooth was being very stubborn and not wanting to numb. Dr. Trimbell was able to make the situation better and was able to get the root canal done! Him and Amy were both wonderful through the process, explaining everything that was being done and I felt like it was done with care. Most dentists I've gone to just want to get you in and out and they don't explain anything. I would definitely recommend Rock River Dental Clinic. Everyone is so nice and good at explaining things and answering questions without making you feel stupid. You can tell they care about their patients teeth!

I must say that their technology was way more advanced than what I was used to which was really cool to see and experience. My assistant Amy was talkative and made me feel very welcomed. My hygienist for my cleaning hand the most gentle hand I have ever experienced. I guess that's why she has the nickname Gentle Jess which I didn't know til after but she def lived up to the name. Dr T fixed an issue for me that had long been a bother and no one ever offered a solution til now. He was quick and showed concern for me during my visit and treatment. I'm very pleased with the office as a whole and would highly recommend. You'll be in good hands from the moment you walk in the door!

Fantastic experience: My son and I have been going to Rock River Dental for about 6 years now, he is now 13 and has never had a fear of the dentist! Everyone there is truly amazing and takes excellent care of their patients. My son has officially named Natalie as his one and only, she is so gentle, calm and makes everything just right and sets up the room however you need. The personalized cards she sends him after his cleanings really means a lot and shows just how much they do pay attention and care about not just our health, but our lives outside of the appointment as well.
