Fantastic experience: Great people!!! Iv been having some issues and talked with my dentist about them before my cleaning. She tried to make me as comfortable as possible even though I was having some mouth pain. Best place to go here in Cheyenne!!! They have my service for life!

So fun but I’ve been going there for years and have been taken care of through good times and bad. A family run office that you won’t be sorry you tried. Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dental experience in my entire life. Dr Eric was very rude and disrespectful. I left with an active tooth infection with relief from him. He refused treatment . He told me I had an infection and when I brought up his office’s complete unprofessionalism he refused to help me.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment after not seeing a dentist in about 4 years. I have a panic disorder that acts up at the dentist, and I need extensive work done. Everybody was incredibly kind, they fully explained everything to me and are making a plan to work with my insurance. I wish I got names, but the front desk people, assistant and Dr were all so gentle and kind the whole time. The woman who did my X-rays and initial exam was so comforting and gentle in a way Ive never experienced at a dentist before. They have massage mats (amazing distraction for panicky people like me) use WARM water instead of the harsh freezing water most offices use and you can get your prescription toothpaste there without having to go through a pharmacy. She showed me my X-rays& photos and fully explained what is going on in them. No other office has taken the time to do that for me. She also taught me ways to improve my daily routine without making me feel judged at all. They are making a whole free separate appointment just to explain what's going on and to make a good plan for me. I haven't gotten work done yet, but I already trust them more than any other dental office I've ever seen. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone who's able to go.

I needed an emergency appointment and they got me in 5 days after I called and although I have dental anxiety the second I walked in I felt comfortable. Joseph was a great help over the phone and in person (I hope I remembered his name). They had great seating, a restroom near and a mini fridge full of cold water. Once I got into the exam room the dental assistant asked if I wanted the massage chair on, of course I said yes! This was the most pain free, relaxing experience I’ve had at a dental office. Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and a consultation on my jaw popping. I had the most pleasant experience ever at a dentist office. First, the gentleman who greeted me and checked me in was very welcoming and offered me water, my hygienist, Liz was amazing. She explained everything along the way and made sure I was comfortable. She exceeded all my expectations and was so professional and courteous. Dr. Dziardziel came in and took a look and let me know what the next steps were (need fillings for two cavaties) He thoroughly explained everything and made sure he addressed any questions and concerns that I had. When I was all done, Liz walked me to check out and Jamie scheduled my next appointment. She was very kind and upbeat and informative as well. We coordinated a good time for me to come back and I can’t wait to see them all again. A different type of dentist appointment than I have had in the past coming from Colorado, usually I’m anxious but now I feel completely at ease. Thank you all for your amazing services. Erica, the hygienist, dealt with my hearing impairment very professionally -- never did I NOT understand what she was saying! :) I recommend Aesthetic Dentistry whole-heartedly. They do excellent work, explain what they are doing (and why), and great people to work with.
