Fantastic experience: I truly can’t say enough good things about this office. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate, especially when it comes to my dental anxiety. Dr. Jeff always takes the time to sit, talk, and genuinely connect. He remembers details about my life, which makes every visit feel personal and meaningful. Years ago, when my insurance changed, I had to switch dentists. In the 10 years that followed, I only went to the new dentist 1 or 2 times because I just never felt comfortable. Returning to Dr. Jeff was such a relief, my first appointment back went seamlessly. They didn’t make me feel guilty for being away so long, and they never make me feel self-conscious about my very crowded teeth or the challenges that can cause. I also deeply appreciate that they are honest and never recommend unnecessary work. I completely trust their guidance. I’m so grateful to be back in a place where I feel cared for, understood, and truly valued as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Recently started coming here from a friend's recommendation and very happy with the decision. They make it very easy to schedule appointments and are very upfront with you on what needs to be done. Usually I hate going to the dentist but the experience here makes it all worth it! So far I've done my cleanings and cavity fills here and have not felt pain like I have with others. 10/10 would recommend.

My teeth were cleaned, a fluoride treatment applied, a scan of my teeth taken, and I was seen by the dentist in less than 45 minutes. The staff is also extremely friendly. Fantastic experience: It's been about a month but absolutely hands down the BEST dental experience I've ever had!! Both the dentist and his assistants were amazing. Hadn't been there before but I was so swollen up and in so much pain from an infected tooth that after looking online for a good place, I chose the smile shack and my boyfriend drove me over. Didn't even have an appointment and was around lunch time but they didn't care. They told him to get me from the car, took me back and took care of me right away. I was actually given options and he even made sure that the price of losing my tooth or trying to keep it was the same so that I didn't feel pressured one way or the other since I don't have insurance. I decided not to chance it and just have it pulled. They made sure that I was comfortable and pain free the whole time and went over everything I needed to know for after care. Just overall a wonderful place with amazing, caring staff and I definitely plan to return and get some other things taken care of as well!!

Although they are bummed they never have to wait long for our appointments so they never have long to play them! Everyone we have dealt with here is friendly, knowledgeable , and efficient! The girls there always match the energy of my boys and they love coming to the dentist! And Dr. Jeff is so great too!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time bringing my husband in as a patient as well, a little dentist date day if you will, and we both received excellent care. While I have consistently had the very best of service with The Smile Shack for the last 15 years, he is not a huge fan of dentists and has lectured me on driving an hour for dental work before so I was a bit nervous. I was thrilled to see him come out so pleased and raving about how great everyone was, already discussing dates for the next appt. I truly cannot recommend them enough. They are always upbeat, positive, and really give the most efficient and gentle care. I always leave feeling like my smile is worth a million bucks!

Fantastic experience: I had not been a patient before yesterday but I had a cracked molar and was in pain. I had called 10 dentists and none could see me for a few days. In the afternoon I was referred to Smile Shack by another dentist. I called and they took me right away and pulled my tooth. Very professional and painless. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: 100/100! The scheduling was quick and painless. The assistant was AMAZING! And the Dentist… HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST! My visit was due to a concern on an abscess. I was provided with options, opinions, recommendations, and the best… both assistant and dentist asked WHAT I WANTED TO DO. There was no pressure, no “you need” or “this is the only option”. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone better! Had a tooth pulled, almost 12 hours later and I only have jaw tenderness. No pain, just relief. Will never go anywhere else!

I had my semiannual checkup and cleaning but there was an equipment issue and they were able to proactively reach out to me to reschedule and did everything to accommodate my schedule to take care of me.
