Fantastic experience: I was originally going to make this review once all my dental work was done but Dr. Yasmine has been doing such an amazing job fixing my teeth. She literally put a smile on my face!! Also big shout out to the staff because even though I was running late one day they still accommodated me…. Not many places do that. Little smiles big smiles highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I called Monday with severe pain and the folks got me scheduled asap for wisdom tooth extraction. If I tell you the tooth extraction did not hurt at all you will not believe me but it didn't. Very friendly and supportive staff and doctor. Will bring my family to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hassan and her team are amazing, I have terrible anxiety, and one of two things usually happen. The Dr gets anxious because I'm anxious and they try and hurry or they dismiss you as being dramatic. Well neither was the case, Dr Hassan and her team were very caring, compassionate, and professional. The facility is clean, appointments are on time, top notch care. Thank you Dr Hassan

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Long time dentail anxiety patient here with trauma from my past experiences. This dentist office, the dentists, the staff, the hygienist, all of them have cured my anxiety. I no long cry at appts and fear them. My experiences here have been great and I highly recommend them for anyone who fears the dentist or fears the pain.

Fantastic experience: I'm the most biggest baby, going to the dentist. What started as pain,lead to 2 teeth removed ,and a bone graf. I give a high five to all the staff. They where wonderful making me more relaxed. I had no discomfort during any of the procedure. I had some swelling which in 4days was gone and I had no bruising. They care alot for their clients and my fears are gone. I know I'm getting the best care. Thank you all and see you at my next visit

Fantastic experience: Called as a new patient to get a tooth checked. They got me in the next day. Everyone was kind and offering many options for me to choose from to take care of my tooth, i have no dental coverage and there prices were reasonable. I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a wisdom tooth extracted today, the dr who did it was the BEST! Numbed me right up, made sure I was numb before the jab with the real numbing stuff and warned me that the palate was the worst part, after I got that done and over with is when she then picked at the rest of my gums and apologized profusely because my gums were very inflamed. Then came the yanking out of my tooth and every sound I made (no pain at all) she asked if I was okay and would immediately stop pulling to be sure I was good. Then she really ripped it out pretty swiftly and showed how good it came out because it was in one piece and apparently that doesn’t happen. The rest of the appointment was good too, talked about the next steps I had to take and what other teeth I needed to get done. Super sweet all the way around!

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing. I have the worst anxiety with the dentist. This place is easy. I called in the morning and was seen two hours later.

Negative experience: I had two root canals started on my front teeth here, and they told me they were going to finish them later — but only placed temporary fillings and left the access holes open. They also did a filling on another tooth but left it unshaped and unfinished, saying they’d complete it at a later visit. After I missed an appointment due to being sick with COVID and other health issues, the clinic informed me they had “decided not to treat me anymore. (I always communicated) No follow-up, no referral, and no effort to ensure my root canals were properly sealed or finished. I was left with two exposed, unfinished root canals and a filling that doesn’t even look like a normal tooth — increasing my risk for worse infection and further damage. This is completely unprofessional. If you need prope dental care GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place left me hanging in the middle of treatment with no regard for my health. EDIT: I HAVE MEDICAL PROFF THAT I WAS A PATIENT AT THIS CLINIC. MY NAME IS SHEYLA PAGAN, AND WILL RESPOND TO ANY INQUIRIES THIS PLACE MAY HAVE.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I’ve been to in 30 years. If you are afraid of the dentist or dislike dentist trips…. You need to switch to Little smiles & Big smiles!!! They changed my dentist experience. Personable, professional, and do an amazing job to say the least. 10/10 experience every time for me and my 4 year old!

Fantastic experience: Super flexible and friendly! Especially towards my toddler! Today, the receptionist was kind enough to squeeze my daughter in to check her tooth regarding a concern I had. Although I was the only one scheduled in with an appointment for the day, the dentist then proceeded to give my daughter her cleaning session that wasn’t due until a few more weeks! Thanks so much for your service today! Staff is friendly and professional. The service is done at a great pace and they do not make you wait long at all!

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone! Today I had an awesome experience at the clinic! So I couldn't just not share my treatment with the rest of you since dentist could be a bit terrifying for some. I've always been scared of pain! And today I went in to get my wisdom tooth out. YEP! You heard it right... even the sound of it is painful! BUT, I absolutely loved my process. It was painless and quick. It was not that 7 head monster I always had envisioned. To top it off, my Dr. was just the nicest and made sure I was completely comfortable before anything! I would 100% recommend this clinic to friends and family. Thank you for saving my "holidays" from painful to peaceful.

Negative experience: Dr Hassan was extremely rude. I told her I was in pain during tooth extraction and she asked me if I was in pain or do I feel pressure I started to feel pain again and burning all over my mouth. A she proceeded when I asked her to stop a she was extremely rude and asked me to leave if I could I would leave 0 star. Never been to a dentist that asked me to leave bc I was in pain and was speaking up THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DONT GO TO THE DENTIST

Negative experience: I went for a routine cleaning and while the dental assistants were very kind, the female dentist of Indian descent was RUDE! While I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while, my teeth were still in very good shape. She kept making condescending, rude remarks about the plaque or some c word on my teeth. She wasn’t even the one who cleaned them, she was just looking at the x-rays. I was supposed to come back in 6 months for another cleaning but chose to go somewhere an hour away. She needs some kind of ethics training. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a dentist office in my life and will never be returning to this location.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a root canal as was very nervous about it. The staff at little smiles & big smiles did an amazing job with me. It was a painless and quick procedure. They are funny and super nice people.

Fantastic experience: I have to mention they were wonderful to my Daughter who suffers from anxiety, but felt very much at ease with then as they explained everything in detail but as in a way to show her that she is in control. This place is wonderful, and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dr. Hassan & staff. We were referred to the office as a result of a dental emergency on a weekend. They scheduled us right away Monday morning. They were friendly and informative as they cared for my child explaining each part of the process to fix the tooth. We were very pleased to leave with my child’s beautiful smile back same day.

I had multiple broken teeth and cavities walking in the door and had been to so many dentists before, so I had little hope. Everyone in this office made me feel comfortable and relaxed, they were friendly and made all my appointments easily, and my experience was out of this world. I spent YEARS hating my smile and now, I can smile confidently because of all the work the girls at this office did together. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Fantastic experience: I appreciate the fact they have late afternoon hours. I work 2nd shift and live a PM to AM schedule. The hours at this location make it significantly easier to keep on schedule with my dental maintenance. I appreciate how prompt and efficient every visit is. No time wasted here. Fantastic experience: The front desk staff is compassionate and kind. The dentist has the most gentle approach, she explained all of the work she was doing or may need to do. She checks on the patient (myself and others in the building) to make sure that everyone is comfortable. After multiple visits - a cleaning, some fillings that needed to be fixed and a crown - I have to say that I am satisfied with this dentist office overall and my anxiety has definitely decreased since having a dentist that understands my previous experiences with dental work were traumatic.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, I had an unfortunate event that caused me to have ti make some tough decisions. The dr was great and gave me time and knowledge to make all the tough decisions. I ended up with a great smile and the process and treatment was great. They kept me up to date on my insurance and reviewed it at any point if I had questions. The team over there are all top notch and very friendly and profesional. Keep smiling and treat your self to this dentist for the best service in the area.

Fantastic experience: My grandson had to get a tooth removed, filling and a spacer put in. The Dentist and her team made him so comfortable. My grandson is only 6 to be honest I did thank the visit was going to go so well but it it was Above my expectations. Thank you Little smiles.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best two experiences I have had at a dentist's office. From past experience I have developed a fear/dread of dentists and dental work in general. I recently moved to Lil Smiles and Big Smiles and started treatment here. Upon my first examination, a few cavities were identified as well as a few old metal fillings that were identified as possible issues. I set up the first visit for two fillings and possibly a third with great trepidation. I was blown away with the first visit with literally no pain and only a slightly numb portion of my mouth. I chaulked it up to luck that it went so painlessly. I just walked out of my second appointment and I now don't think luck had anything to do with it. Literally a pain-free process for a filling andout very quickly to boot. Dr. Hassan is a professional in the truist sense. Pleasant, friendly and informative. She has put together a great staff in a clean, peaceful environment. Unfortunately, I have a few other issues that need to be resolved but for once, I don't truly dread the next dental visit. TY Dr. Hassan!

Negative experience: She is way too aggressive to be a child’s dentist. My daughter has an extreme fear of needles and she was yelling at her crying, I understand she can’t move while doing the injection but there is a better way to go about it and let her calm down, that was not it. I have never in my life taken any of my children out of appointment until today.

The staff was able to fit me in at the same time my grandchild was having fillings. Both doctors are very knowledgeable. My husband is having a few implants, which are made at the office. The office is a drive for us, but we'll worth it. I highly recommend Little Smiles & Big Smiles.

Positive experience: I was given an over sized crown. I have asked them to please fix it 3 times and they just touch it with the drill and do nothing. Other than that they are good there.

I previously avoided the dentist due to painful past experiences - Dr. Hassan and her team checked on me and assured me during my dental procedures with NO pain! Negative experience: Worst place ever you have car problems call 24 hrs in advance and they say no one in your family can go there again. Plus got an infection in my mouth last time they did work on my teeth. Needed to be on antibiotics.

Negative experience: As a new patient only got X-rays and have to book another appointment for cleaning because they didn’t have time? I was so confused ! And booking to get cleaning is like 1 month away almost 2 months !

Fantastic experience: My experience with Little Smile Big Smile is nothing but a very positive one. Dr. Yasmine Hassan was very pleasant and friendly. At first ,though I was so nervous because that just how I am with dentists in general. But Dr. Jasmine Hassan she is very experienced, she is very good in what she does so she had made my visit very friendly ,and comfortable ,relaxing that all my nervousness and worrysome disappeared. I left the Clinic with a good feelings .Oh all the staffs are very nice as well. This is my first doing reviews. I've never done any sort of reviews before. I figured this has been the best experiences for me So I should share with others.

Negative experience: This dentist was extremely aggressive ugh. My experience was terrible she was really rough & very rude. I would never refer a anyone here. Absolutely the worst dentist visit ever. If I could give no stars I would but apparently you have to hit at least one Star. But they don't even deserve that. Smh

Negative experience: Don’t feel like they cared. Very quick and weren’t really looking too much at my teeth. Never did a cleaning. Just looked and said oh you have this, this and this and have a good day. Wouldn’t recommend.the place also seemed very dirty and they were writing on a cloth you put over yourself vs a piece of paper. And the walls looked like they were caving in. Not to mention they make you wear these sunglasses which aren’t even cleaned and used by other patients. Just because I’m a member of mass health doesn’t mean you treat me like a slum.

Negative experience: Was 9 mins late and drove from Worcester to Fitchburg to come here so sad they couldn't let us in for a five min cleaning for a 4 year old. The receptionist was so rude and giving attitude which is why I changed the dentist.
