Fantastic experience: I found myself in a bit of a dental crisis this summer when I broke my tooth over the weekend. I reached out to Dr. Diggs' office after my mom recommended them to me first thing Monday morning hoping for some quick assistance. To my relief, they managed to fit me in just a few hours later. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by the entire team. The hygienists were wonderful and gentle, making me feel much less anxious. Dr. Diggs spent a whole hour with me, patiently walking me through my treatment options, answering all my questions, and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. His genuine concern for my well-being really made a difference. Since that first visit, I’ve consistently received the same level of attentive care every time I've returned. I feel grateful to have found such a wonderful dental practice, and I look forward (dental work aside lol) to continuing my visits with Dr. Diggs and team. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have been going to Diggs Dentistry since before Doctor Diggs took over the practice. I scheduled an 8am routine cleaning when I got there the receptionist Kelly asked me for my insurance. I went to my car and got both insurance cards. The dental hygienist had called me back and started doing X-Rays that she said I was due for. In the middle of the x-rays the receptionist tells the hygienist to stop what she is doing and the hygienist takes off the led coat while the receptionist hands me back my insurance cards, and tells me that they are inactive. When I told the receptionist that it was an error she tells me to call the insurance company. While I’m in the lobby calling my insurance company and trying to get through the automated system the receptionist proceeds to talk to me telling me I owed $11.00s and I can pay everything out of pocket. I put my hand up to try and signal for her to stop. She doesn’t and I said well this isn’t a problem I will fix before 9am I will have to reschedule and I left the building. At 8:15 I talk to insurance who confirmed I was an active member. I called the Dentist back and asked that Doctor Diggs call me because I thought he should know how his patience are being treated. Receptionist Kelly told me she would give him the message. She calls me back and recapped her serious of events which included the fact that I was 3 minutes late for my 8am appointment, and that I had handed her 3 insurance plans and 2 of them were inactive. I asked again to talk to Tanner Diggs and she said he told her to call me and work it out. She also reported that my primary plan is active. She didn’t work it out. It wasn’t even an apology. It I didn’t get anything resolved. The only thing I know is that I will be looking for a new dentist. I wouldn’t have even left a poor review for the clinic had the doctor I’d been seeing for 5 years taken the time to call me back.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience taking my 18 month old son for his first check up. I went to see both Dr. Kate Diggs for a checkup and Dr. Tanner Diggs for a Night Guard fitting. They are honest and hard working individuals.

Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to be squeezed in to an appointment with Dr. Tanner Diggs today. I chipped a front tooth and really needed it fixed FAST. I was in Missoula already for another appmt and Dr Diggs office kindly fit me in and did an Excellent job. He was very meticulous and careful with everything, including my history of Meniers. 35 minutes later I'm driving my 60 miles to get home and VERY pleased with how it looks. Excellent dentist!

Fantastic experience: Got me in same day, when I had my tooth finally break all the way off. Very fortunate I went here, extraction was painless and very well done. It could have been a lot worse than it was. But stayed informed through the whole process, we decided to do extraction immediately after consultation. Only hiccup was my ability to pay, which was my own doing, as I had no insurance and didn't realize payment was due same day. But like I said that's a reflection on my own inexperience with such matters. Very satisfied.

When I had a tough decision about whether to have a tooth pulled and replaced by an implant, he took a lot of time to outline options and discuss pro's and con's, all of which led to a positive outcome for me. The cleaning was thorough, probably the best cleaning I have had. Visits to the dentist are not always enjoyable but I have to say I enjoyed meeting everyone and look forward to return visits.
