Fantastic experience: The moment I walked into the office in the front lobby, I felt at ease and comfortable. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff was friendly and caring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone meeting a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: New to town or long time resident, if you need a dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Reyal. Not only does she do an excellent job she actually cares about her patients and takes the time to talk to them. I no longer have the same fear that I have had going to a dentist. I even survived a root canal and lived to tell about it. Definitely a ten.

Negative experience: My experience at this office was deeply disappointing. Beyond the clinical failures, I observed a significant lack of professionalism, including staff members frequently arguing with one another in front of patients. Furthermore, I was only provided with a single X-ray, which proved to be insufficient. As a result, several cavities were missed that were only later identified during a comprehensive examination at my new dental provider. I believe the lack of a full diagnostic series and the poor office environment reflect a significant decline in the standard of care

Negative experience: bought a groupon for here and she took down the information of the groupon so they used it booked me i went to the wrong address and constantly called them and they wouldn’t pick up until they finally did and i got the right address which was over a hour away from where i was…then told me i was the last appointment and they were honoring my groupon it expired the 14th but they set me up for the 16. wasted gas for nothing and then they tell me after that day they can’t honor it? not only did i pay for it but you took the groupon 2 weeks in advance . i wouldn’t suggest coming here there was no care at all and i was stuck driving in the rain that day. DO NOT GET A GROUPON FOR HERE….and don’t expect them to be understanding for any reasons. never again

Negative experience: Very uncomfortable with everything about this dentist and practice. The first time I went in after she took over the practice I was seen by the dental hygienist who had trouble getting my X-rays done properly. The second visit I was given a “deep cleaning “ and charged for a perio s/rp procedure that I don’t think I actually received as the cleaning felt exactly like a normal cleaning. The dentist did my cleaning and when I questioned the charge which I did not receive a treatment plan for in advance, she became very hostile with me. I’m definitely looking for a dentist I can trust and it’s not at this practice. I spoke with several family members who are in the dental industry and they informed me that the type of appointment I was charged for normally requires a perio chart describing how deep the gum pockets are, amount of bone loss and bleeding prior to recommending the procedure she supposedly performed. Also it normally requires at least local numbing and a 90 minute appointment for each side of the mouth. It is also never combined with a regular cleaning. My whole mouth cleaning lasted approximately 30 minutes. Don’t let this lady gaslight you.

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy going here even though that sounds odd for a dentist. Dr. Reyal and the staff are awesome and very attentive to your needs and health. God Bless them!

The staff is also highly competent, attentive and thorough with their end of the procedures. Additional feature: virtually painless! This does not apply to Dr. Reyal.

Fantastic experience: It was quick and easy to get a new lower denture. No more molding the shape of your gums for perfect fit. Up dated equipment did scanning. I now have a new perfect denture. Dentist had no adjustments to make, first time ever this has happened. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services. Will return if I have any more dental services needed.

Fantastic experience: i have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists but this was probably the most comfortable i’ve ever felt with dentists, dr. reyal did an incredible thing for me & fixed three of my teeth free of charge because i was embarrassed of how i let my teeth get. it was truly one of the best things that happened for a long time. jasmine, kat & susan also made the experience so comfortable they all went above & beyond

Negative experience: My experience with this dentist ( Ruba Royal)was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about the quality and safety of the work performed. The first dental bridge she made for me broke within the first week. The workmanship was so poor that the broken tooth cut the side of my tongue, causing significant pain. For several days, I could hardly drink water, let alone eat properly. When I returned, she attempted to place a second bridge. However, in order to make it fit, she suggested filing down one of my upper teeth. I refused, because this did not seem right to me. I later sought a second opinion from another dentist, who confirmed that filing a healthy upper tooth in this situation was absolutely inappropriate. He examined the bridge and immediately pointed out that it did not fit properly, which means food would get trapped underneath it and cause further problems. According to the second dentist, the entire bridge needed to be redone from scratch. Knowing that I now have to repeat the entire treatment with another professional—after experiencing pain, stress, and a complete loss of trust—has been extremely frustrating. In my opinion, the lack of precision, judgment, and overall quality I encountered at this clinic was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dentist. I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere to avoid similar issues.

After my regular appointment I was told I needed a crown for a tooth that had been of concern for a while. All went very well. I was actually surprised when she said she was all done. Marley made sure I was well informed on what to expect and do post-op, and I was on my way. Exceptionally pleased!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at this office. I was surprised to find that there was a new owner but she is a great dentist. Very thorough exam. And everyone was so nice!!! I have returned to this office for a crown replacement and 2 fillings. Dr. Reyal is fantastic! My new crown fits way better than than the original ever did. And she saved one of the teeth that needed to have a filling removed and replaced from needing a root canal. The rest of the staff is excellent as well. I cannot recommend this office high enough.

After having my first visit with Dr. Reyal, I am completely satisfied with the results and am fully confident that Dr.Reyal will continue the outstanding level of dental care received in the past. As stated in the past, "Friendly and professional": this described Dr. Clarke and his staff, and this continues with Dr. Reyal's team. Cannot see any chance of switching dentists.

Positive experience: I saw Dr. Reyal for the second time this past week to finish placing a crown on a molar. This was a difficult procedure due to the location being hard to reach and the configuration of the tooth itself. Dr. Reyal worked hard to make sure it was a comfortable fit and would work for me. I think it took a certain amount of artistry as well as persistence and I thank her for that. She does an especially good job explaining the what and why of what she is doing. As always, Marley is such a gem and I value her supportive care. Last but not least, Dr. Reyal and her team have been responsive to suggestions about how to improve communication with their patients and I was glad to see signs clarifying payment options.

My hygienist was thorough and gentle and careful . .Dr. Ellis is a very good and knowledgeable dentist and one whom I trust to make the best decisions and referrals if needed. I would feel better if he spent just a little more time in his personal examination and perhaps more in depth in discussions or asking questions. i am not talking about personal chit chat. Over the years, I have had many dentists and I feel that this has always been important and helpful part of my dental visit.. Fantastic experience: The team at Laser Dentistry are very friendly, kind, and extremely professional . I have been going there since 2013 and plan to continue to make the 40 mile drive twice a year as long as I am able. Laser cleanings are painless. Dr. Clarke and team have a great chairside manner! I just wish they could clean my dog's teeth too! 9/22/21 - Update - Just had my 2nd appointment of the year, and once again they surpassed my expectations. Great team of professionals. I particularly appreciate that they check my mouth for any possible cancers developing. Never occurred to me that there could be cancer in my mouth, but grateful that they do. Wonderful and painless session. 10/11/22 another year another dental appointment and as always it was a great experience. This visit included a cleaning, X-rays, cancer check and fluoride treatment. At 76 I’m extremely grateful just to have my own teeth…and when the doc checks my teeth and says everything looks good that is such a bonus….. The entire staff always are friendly and very accommodating when I need to change appointments….. they are the best!!!!23 4/11/23 wow, 6 months goes by fast these days. I love that I can plan on getting in to see the doc or hygienist within 5 minutes of my appointed time. This appointment was for a cleaning and as always, they are very thorough. Travis and all staff are so personable, efficient and professional. The group at Laser never disappoint!!!! 8/2/23 This was not a planned visit...I broke off a piece of my wisdom tooth on a Friday and the next Wednesday Travis had me sitting the the dentist chair. One of the many things I like about Laser.....they work very hard to get those of us who have an emergency taken care of as fast as they can. Dr. Clarke was very gentle and numbed the area, then removed my tooth. After care was explained to me and followed up with written instructions to include possible pain relief, foods to eat, and a prescription for pain (that I never needed to fill). I'm grateful to the entire team for their efficiency and compassionate care. It's coming up on 24 hours later and I feel fabulous. Thanks all 2/5/24 Recently had my semi-annual checkup- cleaning, new rays and happily I had no issues. Over the years I have had so much work done that I am always amazed and grateful to still have my teeth…. It’s all thanks to the staff at Laser for my good fortune. The twice yearly thorough check ups give me such piece of mind…. Muchas gracias ! 8/12/24 Just had my semi-annual cleaning and as usual it was very thorough. Great job all!

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with my experience overall! I specifically visited the doctor to have an abscess treated and was immediately referred to another dentist for treatment. Your website clearly states that your office treats abscesses. It cost me $260 to find out that I needed to see another dentist to get treated. I felt like this was a bait and switch, not a good feeling.
