Fantastic experience: I just happen to go to the dentist “Elite”. The day I went till this last appointment I have had nothing but the greatest care there. I told them I hate dentists. Hated them all my life. These people have given me the chance to trust them. They came through with flying grades. I would recommend Elite to anyone looking for a dentist that cares.

Fantastic experience: I have a special-needs son who is going to be 22. He was going to a dentist, but it was a pediatric dental so we started at Dr. Turner‘s office and Amanda was amazing with my son today.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, and I was able to have a same day appointment to evaluate the pain and sensitivity I was experiencing. The Receptionists were welcoming and professional, and the Dental Hygienist was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and took time to explain the new technology she would be utilizing. Dr. Daniel Nayebi (Dr.Dan) was Exceptional in every way, and I highly recommend this dental practice as they continue the Standard of Excellency established by Dr. Mark Turner.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I wanted to share feedback about my visit this past Monday. I came in feeling very anxious because I have a strong fear of the dentist. I truly had a 10 out of 10 experience. Every person I interacted with was kind, patient, and very understanding of my anxiety. The team took the time to explain each step before starting, checked in with me throughout the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I never felt rushed and I felt genuinely supported. I am really grateful for the care and compassion I received. Thank you for making what I expected to be a stressful visit feel calm and manageable. It meant a lot to me.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this office since I was a little kid. I started as a patient of Dr. Turners as a child, and recently also saw Dr. Dan and Holly the dental hygienist. Everyone is always so incredibly kind, thorough, and very gentle! The office is very clean and has lots of technology that other dentists haven’t had. I had a cleaning with Holly today and it was easily the BEST cleaning experience I’ve ever had. She was so personable, gentle, friendly and my gums didn’t even hurt afterwards. Felt like I spent an hour with a friend instead of a painful dental experience. Looking forward to future appointments!

Fantastic experience: Very courteous and professional staff. In December I lost a filling over a weekend and Dr Dan was able to look at it Monday morning. He thought I needed a root canal but with Christmas coming up we went with the cheaper option of filling the tooth even though he advised me he wasn’t confident it would work. I appreciated his honesty and understanding. About a month later Dr Dan was right and I was back in the office with really bad tooth pain. Unfortunately I needed a root canal and crown. The root canal was as comfortable as it could be. Getting the crown 2 weeks later worked out well. They even credited me the fee do the December filling. I really appreciate their honesty and care. Even though my new insurance is out of network and no longer work down the street I’ll still drive out of my way to go to Elite Dental Group in Taunton.

Fantastic experience: Big shoutout to Mark R. Turner, DDS and his wonderful staff for taking exceptional care of me today! I had a dental emergency that left me in excruciating pain all weekend. When I called the office today at 7:30am there was no hesitation to get me seen right away. Dr. Dan was extremely thorough and assured me treatment would get started right away by his colleague Dr. Satish - Both dental assistants could visibly see my level of discomfort and offered kind words of encouragement along with making me comfortable in the chair with a blanket. I can’t thank Dr. Satish enough for his wonderful compassionate care. He was truly dedicated to resolving my pain and handling the issue with my tooth. I’m happy to say that I am feeling much better and very grateful to have been treated same day! ♥️

Fantastic experience: My son had a loose crown on an implant and the office was able to get him in the same day. They fixed the issue and we were on our way. Good experience for someone with anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Painless!!! I have anxiety from past experiences and they were so compassionate and kind. They offer options for sedation or nitrous, which definitely helps. The dentist was very gentle and caring. I didn’t feel a thing getting two fillings. This place is great and I highly recommend! Especially if fear is keeping you from going to the dentist. Give them a call, setup an appointment and see for yourself.

The entire team - from the front deskstaff to the hygienists and doctors - was incredibly friendly, mindful, and professional. Appointments were kept right on time, and I truly appreciated the smooth and organized process.The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a healthy and calming atmosphere. Everything from the dental instruments to the dental chair was arranged with care, and the entertainment screen positioned above the chair made the experience even more comfortable. Fantastic experience: Amanda did a great job with my cleaning!

Positive experience: When I first started with Dr. Turner I thought I'd found the answer to my anxiety. Now, I have a capped tooth that I was cautioned not to chew on or it might collapse and have to be removed. I can't chew on that side anyhow since it is terribly sensitive. There doesn't seem to be an affordable option.

From the ladies at the front desk, the hygienists, the assistants, all the way up to the providers themselves, its been a great experience. They even have early AM options for those of us who rather get in and get out ASAP. Def the best overall service I've had.

Positive experience: Can’t say I like the new dental hygienist they’ve had cycled through the past year or so. They went through 3 of them so far. Ever since dr turner went to semi retired the place has not been the same. The fillings I have done there were very rushed and rough. I had to have the fixed multiple times. After this recent new Dr/hygienist I think I am going to switch dentists.

Fantastic experience: Best experience in have ever had getting crowns. Sadly, I have had lots of experience.

Negative experience: Had a crown put in over a year ago. Just don’t can fall off and have root decay underneath. I spent so much money on that tooth to protect it just so it can be completely removed because of a shotty job done. I will never come here again.

Fantastic experience: For anyone with anxiety over dental work, Dr. Turner is the best there is. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, he is kind and so very patient. He tries to make you as comfortable as possible and takes the extra time to ensure that any procedure is as painless as possible. For me, the conscious sedation Dr. Turner offers and his understanding and acceptance of my anxiety of dental work, enables me to continue any preventive and corrective procedures required. I live in another city and will drive as long as I need to for Dr. Turner.

Negative experience: 44 months later, my gum, lip still numb from a root canal.... and it's getting worse..... ALL meals take TWICE as long to chew, eating is no LONGER a pleasure, but a chore, can't whistle, chew gum, spit correctly, KISS correctly, ANY conversation over 5 minutes is annoying and painful from the tingles, hence, I was out of work for over 3 years as a singer /entertainer, but now just struggle through it after losing TENS of thousands in lost income.... it appears as if life will NEVER be the same.... the Mass state legal case worker said the odds are, maybe 1 in 30 thousand of this "paresthesia".... I guess I drew the short straw.... oh, and I lest I forget, I'm now DEATHLY traumatized of dentists.......

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff. A very pleasant experience from check in to check out. The staff is exceptional. The hygienist and Dr. Dan are great. They explain things so you can understand. If you need dental work done, they take the time to explain not only what needs to be done but why and what affects it has on your health. Their opinion can be trusted.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Turner and his staff are beyond wonderful. I have enormous anxiety about going to the dentist and they always treat me with the utmost care and respect, and they take my anxiety very seriously, which I appreciate so much. Most recently I’ve worked with Arlene for developing my care plan and Holly for my check-up and they are so kind. I usually see Dr. Turner but have also recently seen Dr. Nicky (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) who is also awesome. If you have dental anxiety then this is truly the place to go. I’m so glad I found this practice.

Now, I recommend the office to everyone young and old! Dr. Turner is kind and gentle AND his office always has the newest equipment that saves time and makes patients more comfortable. Of equal importance is his staff- the hygienist are professional and fun and his front desk is always sweet and helpful (this seems to be hard to find these days!). I can’t recommend this place more!
