Fantastic experience: Affordable Dentures on 100 Palm Coast, were very professional. I thank all of the people on Palm Coast Friends on Facebook for recommending them. For well- over a year, I was dealing with a private Dentist. He had tried to get the dentures to fit over and over. I was left unable to eat anything without pain or discomfort , only if I’d smash up, put in blender or food processor, only way to eat anything with out stomach discomfort, unable to chew and digest pfood properly. Not knowing any dentist in this neighborhood, I was unsure where to go. Once again, I turned to the lovely people on Palm Coast, Facebook Friends for recommendations. Never failed me- always great help.) There were many, but Affordable was recommended the most. My feeling were, cant be any worse than what I’m going through now. I try affordable dentures on 100 and feel blessed I did,.processed fruit through blender for over a year private Dentist for over a year and dealing with computerize dentures that naturally never fit.. Went to Affordable dentures on 100 in Palm Coast . Doctor Caroline and all the Technicians were excellent. I had dentures and able to go back to eating regular food without discomfort or pain. I personally had a excellent experience and would recommend them.

Positive experience: Received my permanent teeth today and they hurt after putting them in adjustment was made and they felt different but didn’t hurt. I felt I needed to get used to the new feeling but when I tried to eat it was impossible the pain from the same area so I need to go back and get it adjusted again

Fantastic experience: This is an incredible place to go to, with the most incredible staff, that I have ever met, what a positive, clean and super professional place, I was recommended to by my co worker Nancy another nurse, at my place of work, as I was poring out my heart to her, and my ongoing problems with being scared, and having to deal with the usual dentist pain, we all so love, yeah right, lol... But this team not just took my paranoia away , I was so comfortable from day on, as we knew each other for ever. Big shout out to this absolute gorgeous Doctor lady, in Palm Coast, so energetic, knowledgeable, smart, intelligent, and was giving me all the time in the world to decide, and to express how I felt, and what I came and looked for.I felt for once, heard. I mean she really cared, when I asked her, why she picked this job, out of all in this world, with those looks, and of intelligence, besides that she is down to earth, and was real. She simply said: I love to make people feel happy & good about them selves, pretty, and able to eat without no frustrations. I mean that right there, did it for me. I was convinced, I was dealing with a doctor that was not just there for a pay check, she just love to make people happy, and also was very fascinated, as her face lid up, and she explained, the hole process, and end result, it was just what made her feel good about herself, simply to help people that are in a almost desperate situation, not just ecstatic wise, but we talking about self astheam and nevermind the agony, of not being able to eat, the foods you really enjoy, and regardless of what, nothing tastes the same, if you can't chew it, nor does it make you feel ever full, no matter what you do. So besides that beautiful smile these people are committed to give you back, also comes the freedom of picking your foods, you so live, and the most biggest for me, since working with the public, in the medical field, your confidence, and your self astheam, I really must say, I struggled, from the time my bridge broke, till about 2 weeks after I met our lovely doctor, at Palm Coast facility, I have gotten severely depressed, was not able to eat, wasn't hanging out no more with my friends, mothers Day came and left, without me going out, cause I was so ashamed, of the bridge hanging by one post, hanging half ways below my upper lip, and anytime I intended to speak. It was the worse days of my life, till I met the staff at Affordable Dentures of )all Coast, You have given me back all I lost in a 2 hour quick pressure, upper and lower, as traction, plus clean up, of what ever mess the past dentist left, plus implant prep, and was able to go home the same day, with my temporaries, yeah, that's right, * went home with a upper full and a lower full set, color of my choice, for me to keep, if I wanted to. Now give. All this, I tried as best to explain, the pain I went through, do I really need to add anything else about Affordable Dentures, of Palm Coast.... Fantastic experience: LOVE this place and these wonderful folks. I walked in on a Friday with dental pain, they worked with me to figure out the best plan around my work schedule, then when things became unbearable Monday squeezed me in for emergency extraction. Tuesday I had some postop complications (my body being dumb, nothing they did wrong!) and they fit me in same day. Both the doctors I saw (Dr. Willis and Dr. Kinker) went out of their way to treat me with kindness and courtesy, I felt like they actually valued me as an individual and cared about my health - not "just another patient." Oh, and don't get me started on the price - the quote they gave to extract my remaining teeth and do a premium(!) denture was about half of what my old dentist charged for a basic one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Positive experience: I am very disappointed,I was told that I would be finished in about a month. When the temporary bridge was put in it was a mess. But I lived with it for a bout 3 weeks. My posts were from my natural teeth. And they had such a hard time getting the temp out .that 1of my posts broke I head and felt it. But was told it was the temporary cracking. I went home and the first time I bit into food the tooth that was supposed to be permanent. Fell out of my mouth. That tooth cost over 1000.00 now I am required to pay for another tooth. being added to the bridge. Now they tell me I will not get my permanent bridge for another 6 months. That is with implants. I did not have implants I am very concerned. And worried that after over 7000,00 dollars that I will never get the permanent. I sincerely hope I am worried for no reason. The Employees are all very nice. But that is not helping me I am very worried.

Negative experience: Started off calling the 1800 number to get information. Lady said it’s 25$ consultation to get a implant procedure I repeated to her that I am needing a implant she repeated all I would need is 25 dollars.. I even called back to check the information once again it was repeated to me that it’s only 25 dollars.. Thinking wow I am def interested in learning more I show up to the appointment I am met with a very abrasive person who runs the front after she tells me it’s not 25$ it’s 25$ plus a 95$ panoramic x-ray… I told her I wouldn’t have minded if they would have properly informed me as I called twice.. The lady says point blank do I want to continue with the appt or leave? I stood there with my credit card in my hand thinking how could I been given the wrong information and called twice.. ??? Fast forward I get the exam and pay the extra 95$ So what is the craziest thing that happened? The dentist said they could do the procedure right there on the spot.. So imagine this You go to an appointment you’re sure of the price you’re met with a very non-polite abrasive front office person who says do you want it or don’t you want? Then you’re met with the Doctor Who says that they’re going to do it right now… After calling the one 800 number to complain, they said that they would contact me about the misinformation and Somebody did contact me, but nothing was ever done to refund me even though on a recorded line they deceptively told me a different price so I would go…. After I had called the office as the call center advised me to do. They hung up the phone on me and told me that they’re having problems with the Call center giving the wrong prices and said that they are an independent company and they can charge what they want…. I don’t know what’s more troubling the lack of professionalism answering the phone the dentist who wants to pull my tooth the day before Thanksgiving on the spot.. Or the deceptive sales practice they have of driving people to the front door only so they can get rude to you and tell you pay it or else leave… Makes me want to not save any money at this establishment. I told them I have over 600,000 on my Google views And that if they would refund my $95, I’ll pretend like it never happened… Since you guys lie to ppl and then hang up on them here’s a factual review of there establishment and if they lied to you also call there 1800 number and complain to them as my next stop will be the BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU…. I told ya this is going to be the most expensive 95$ you guys will ever spend … Rude front desk staff and a doctor who’s on the ready to pull your teeth out of your mouth on the day of the consultation… Ah no … Keep the 95$ you guys need it… It’s funny. The lady says when I showed up the first time that they’re having problems with people giving the wrong information over the phone all the while there still taking ppls money after they lied to them… Sounds like deceptive sales practice and an infrastructure problem to me. I’m just a consumer looking to get a service…. It’s not my problem, but it is gonna be your problem as those phone calls are recorded on a recorded line. If you also were lied to call them and tell them your going to write a negative google review.. I tryed to be a gentleman but sometimes being nice doesn’t work. I came on 1-26 and most certainly am a patient… After I decided not to go I requested my exam the panoramic one and was told it’s $300 to put it on a disk… the lady said she could email me a still copy… another week or two went by still no x-ray… after another call to this establishment I was assured I would get it sent to me…. Let me understand this I come for a consultation. I’m told $25 then I’m told the consultation will be 120… And you use the card saying that the customer service dept has been making that mistake but yet you don’t say sorry or refund me… How many ppl have come there under the impression it’s only 25 for a consultation???Also Then play the card I’m not a patient … I do appreciate also being told to have a nice day after I’m already upset..

Fantastic experience: My visit to Affordable in Palm Coast Florida was extremely pleasant. I was nervous about the fact that this would be a major life altering decision for me, in regards to appearance and finances. With something of this magnitude, I of course brought my wife along. I want us to be on the same page, as we were in disagreement of the route that I should go. I would like something along the lines of full implants, top and bottom. She said that dentures would be far more affordable, as dental insurance would kick in a few dollars. She threw the amount of $40,000 being the low end. So this process began with Jazz taking ex-rays of my entire mouth. She made it too easy with her relaxing style. Simple process. Following, we were escorted to another room. I waited for the doctor to enter and explain the results. In came Dr. Caroline Kinker. Her happy demeanor and caring way of explaining how the outcome of the ex-rays made it easily understandable. Every question that we had, concerns and all, were answered without hesitation. Her smile, friendliness and concerned method of explaining various processes, well, I have dealt with many people, and this is rare. She wasn't in it for the big money. She genuinely cares. She asked which route we wanted to go, and we decided on everyone of them. Absolutely zero pressure. As a matter of fact, I had asked her opinion on what she would do with this particular tooth. She explained the differences of the choices, and why this one, in my case, was better than the other. Then came the damage. She itemized every single procedure. I should not say this prior to the procedure, but my wife and I were stunned at the cost. We thought it was going to be much more expensive, but do not tell them that. They have various plans, including one that is interest free. Another concern was if we moved out of state, since Dr. Kinker said that I can come in as often as I need to for adjustments. What if we move to the Midwest, I asked? She told me that they have, I believe she said, 440 centers across the country. She all communicate with each other in this case. My procedure begins this Friday. With her relaxed style, pleasent smile, and helpful explaining, I look forward to ridding myself of the pain I endure with my failing teeth. I only wish I decided earlier to do this.

Negative experience: Initially Dr. and staff nice until you have a problem with denture fitting correctly. Then they became rude and dismissive. The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. I returned the denture and I am still being billed and threatened to go to collection. Do Not go here. They are all about money and lack professional and respect.

Positive experience: I'm very sad to find out that out of the three implants I got one of them failed. What I am upset about, is that I'm not sure if this falls into the hands of the lab or failure of communication with me as a client in the office, or both, but for some reason two of the implants I had were screw retained and one of the other one was cement retained, which was the one that failed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist, but shouldn't the lab have put two and two together and realized that the two bottom molar crowns that they made for 14 and 15 are the same quadrant on the other side of my mouth where 19 is? 19 and 14 are both bottom molars that are used excessively for chewing and braking down food. I had my surgery done. I returned in March 2025 and everything looked fantastic, all of my implants had fused to the Bone and I was ready to receive my crowns. This means Dr kinker did a good job. Two of the crowns replaced on numbers 14 and 15 that had screw retention crowns came out great. But, for some stupid reason there was a cement Crown placed on tooth number 19. Doctor did not tell me anything or communicate that with me, but it was just placed on there and I was sent on my way. A month later after getting the crown on tooth number 19, it started to be very loose. I then made an appointment to go in and have it looked at. I was told that if they messed with it, that it would completely mess up my implant, i sent home. As time went on, I just kept using that tooth to chew and not too long after it completely just became so loose and causing me so much pain, that I came into the office only to find out that the impalnt failed, not because it didn't fuse but because of the crown. How disappointing! It didn't fail because I didn't do my post-operative care right. It didn't fail because I'm not healthy. I'm 40 years old and I do not smoke or drink. It failed because the lab for some reason, decided to give me a cemented crown for my bottom molar 19 but made the other 2 crowns screw rentention. I have to really question if this was done on purpose so that they would continue to make money as the implant would be predicted to fail and I would be back in redoing everything and getting another crown. I really feel like something needs to be done here and I need to be given the services back for free. I went in today and had to pay over 1200 dollars for them to do bone grafting, a partial for the tooth and the extraction of the implant. I'm almost reaching over $6,000 on one tooth and if I plan on putting another implant back in down the road it's going to eventually cost me almost $10,000 for one tooth! I paid because i was desperate to remove the omplant because of pain! This has cost me a lot of lost time and work having to go back and forth over and over about everything. I understand the implants have the probability of failing, but this was due to malpractice, not on my behalf. There has to be a line drawn where the customer is deserved a redo on their services when its the lab, the rentention or bite. When implants fail their needs to be investigation because it can't just always be the customer's fault that an implant fails. Not to mention, the pain I went through with it failing and then having to mechanically extract 19 was so excruciating, it was worse than pulling a natural tooth! I'm completely devastated in how much money this has costed me. I'm a single mother and this has just became very unfair. Anybody who goes to this place to get a MOLAR implant done, make sure that they're not cementing it in and that it's screw retained. I believe the fair thing to do is, the surgeon needs to be better at clarifying what kind of crown the customer is receiving because we as clients dont know dentist talk. whether it's cement crown or retention Crown can make all the difference in destroying an implant they worked so hard to place. I sure hope that Dr Kinker and is willing to redo the services on my implant for free even though I paid $1,200 I had no choice because of the pain. I deserve a refund of $1200 and a redone on 19.

Fantastic experience: My husband had two extractions today, first appointment, and it took 15 minutes! The staff was caring and amazing! Only complaint is that Affordable Dentures and Implants has been advertising on TV, how they now take insurance, but its not all offices. Due to their professionalism and kindness, we will continue to use them, and submit to our insurance at a later date!

Negative experience: stay far away from this place. I had an implant done. went in over a year later because the crown became loose. the other dentist in there said it was a quick fix to tighten it (verified it was the crown) put me through excrutiating pain. then realized she did something wrong and told me i needed to come back and see kinker. when i went back kinker told me implant failed and they had to remove it! $4000 down the drain. that other dentist broke it and they know it. they are covering for her and will do nothing about it. won't even return phone calls.

Fantastic experience: My experience was EXCEPTIONAL. I cannot say enough good things about Affordable Dentures and Implants. The knowledge and the compassion in this office is unmatched to anything I have experienced in a Dr's office. What really stood out to me was the level of personalized care. They didn’t rush anything and made me feel like more than just another patient. Positive experience: People very polite very clean place but we are on social security and the price for dentures is way out of our range. I guess there service is only for rich. And they don't take any insurance.

Negative experience: Well, let’s see I’ll start with my first visit. I told the Dentist that I would like new dentures and new posts that my old posts are very worn. So, right away they wanted to start the wax molds for my bite in the front. I asked right away when is she going to replace my posts. The lady making the mold did not know what I was saying to her. She could only speak very little English and she did not know what I was saying. So. From that day forward and other lady was doing the fittings. I asked her the same question when are my posts going to be replaced she said she didn’t know. So, they had me coming back several times to get the mold right with the old posts in. Finally, I stopped them from finishing up the teeth they had made. I said my posts have not been done yet when are they to be done? They went and got the dentist from working on another patient, she replaced my posts and gone as fast as she could, she did not give me a chance to ask her why did you put in smaller ones than I had already. If my old ones was still good why didn’t someone tell me so. So, no I’m stuck with smaller posts and smaller plates that do not cover the area it should. I have gaps in the back of my teeth that food gets caught back there. I have to use my finger to get it out. Some candies that I eat goes right thru there with my mouth closed. I am stuck with these $4,000 teeth that I am very unhappy with cause they do not want to do anything about it! It’s been a nightmare! My last visit I told them how in happy I am with my new dentures and she did not care all she wanted to do is do adjustments to my front bite and get me out of there. I’m still very un happy!!

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth pulled it was my last tooth in the back and it turned out to be a super hard tooth to extract but they got it out and for a very fair price alot less then every other dentist around. They were super efficient and very caring im glad i found this dentist office and will be referring people to them in the future for sure

Fantastic experience: If I could give 6 stars I would! A+ service start to finish. Broke a front tooth of dentures at 2pm on Monday by 2pm Tuesday they were fixed and smiling again. No sales pitch. Fantastic experience: I was very weary about going to any dentist because of past experiences but when I went here all my worries were washed away quickly. Everyone from the front desk girls to the complete staff are amazing and will go out of their way to make sure everything is the way you want it and that everything fits just right without any hassle. Positive experience: Called the call center to schedule appointment to repair my denture that broke in 2 pieces. Was told I wouldn't be charged a $25.00 consultation fee. Came in to get it fixed they did a good job but made me pay a $25.00 consultation fee!! They didn't have to do anything but repair my denture!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caroline is great. She answers all questions and puts you at ease about everything. I highly recommend Dr. Caroline, so much so that I even travel out of town just to see her.

Negative experience: Palm Coast office was horrible. I needed a replacement bottom denture. I was quoted 400.00 . I thought ok cool. Set up an appointment for the replacement. Got to the office and they told me I couldn’t buy the ones I was quoted for. Instead they suggested I buy the premium deluxe for 1744.00. My jaw dropped. I said no I want the economy please. She came back and now the quote was 750.00 for the economy deluxe. Ended up walking out frustrated and mad I wasted all that time. I would not recommend them at all. I had great experience in Jacksonville and also in Ocala Florida, this office just kept blaming the phone operator and said well, the offices are all individually owned.

Fantastic experience: This has been a wonderful experience. The denture is wonderfully made, I have been back in 5-6 times for minor fixes and it's always done in like 10 minutes. The technicians have all been very helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone that needs venture work done.
