Negative experience: The dentist himself is nice, and one of dental assistances I've had was also nice. What brings it down to 1 star is one assistance who has no right to be in any professional setting whatsoever. She was watching The View in the dental room, already not easy watching because it's often highly political, but I thought whatever, it's no big deal. At some point when The View started talking about the Trump administration she turned to me and asked "Did you vote for Trump?" I refused to answer as it is NONE of her business who I did or didn't vote for. What kind of nerve does she have to even ask such a thing in a dental setting? I wished I had gotten up and walked out, but I was already numbed and just waiting for Dr Koren to return, so I bit my tongue and tried to let the whole thing go, but the more I think about it the madder it makes me. If I ever go back again and they try to pair me with her once more, I will walk out without a second thought. If she felt comfortable asking me, someone she literally just met that day, I cannot help but wonder who else she made uncomfortable and what she dared asked. Disgraceful and brain rotted.

Negative experience: I'm supposed to get a cleaning on April 8th but they got me scheduled for SEPTEMBER 8TH. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BC I CANNOT WAIT THAT LONG. I NEED MY CLEANING DONE ON THE EXACT DATE AND NOT MONTHS LATER.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 highly recommended; haven’t been since 2013 when it was another dr due to trauma. After explaining what i went through they were so understanding & courteous. Dr. Koren is hands down the best. Dental Asst. Morgan was definitely great on making me feel comfortable and calming my nerves & the Dental Hygienist that cleaned my teeth today 3/25 Thank You guys. You’ve just gained yet another loyal patient.

Negative experience: Wish i could give this place negative stars. They will literally schedule multiple people on a friday for the same time slot appointment example 1:00pm (which is literally what happened to me) and then take forever to call each person back. One person from the 1:00pm slot went back to get their work done and then myself and the other 1:00pm appointment were still waiting over 30 minutes. They are the WORSE! Don’t go here unless you literally have no choice! 0/10 do not recommend. They tell you that you can get the xrays from your last dental place so you can get a cleaning done and then call and give you the run around. Probably a race thing. It usually is with these types of places. I will never go back here even if it were the last dental place on earth. Thanks for reading ✨

Fantastic experience: I was running late due to me dropping kids off at school but they were so nice and still got me in. Jenn is awesome I recommend you all to go visit and see her. She talk me thur everything very professionally. First time on a Friday and I can tell a different as far as the dentist too I recommend Friday even tho they close early. Thanks Jenn and Total Smile

Negative experience: I came in for my first appointment earlier this year in hopes of getting a fresh start on my teeth. However, during my very first visit, I felt judged rather than supported. The dental assistant made comments about the size of my mouth and how long it had been since my last cleaning, as well as the amount of cavities I had. I ended up getting a filling that caused pain. I gave it a week, thinking it was aggravated from the filling, but the pain never went away. After a couple of more appointments they filled the tooth more, which helped with eating, but I still couldn't have anything cold on it still. The filling began chipping, and it started hurting again when eating, and so I went back. I was told I was grinding my teeth (something I never did before the initial fillings). Parts of the filling were chipping in places my teeth couldn’t touch. Rather than fixing it, they told me I needed to buy a $450 mouth guard. I left a review to share my experience. No one from the office reached out to make things right at that time. I decided to delete the review to give them another chance, after getting a consultation from another dentist. But when I returned, the dentist refused treatment and told me he was "too uncomfortable" to treat me because of the review I had posted and since deleted. He also accused me of including lies in my initial review, even though everything I wrote was based on my personal experience. It was clear by then that I wasn’t going to receive the care or accountability I deserved. Every visit made things worse, and to this day I’m still experiencing pain when I eat, drink, or even brush my teeth. I wanted this to be a place where I could get back on track with my dental health. Instead, I was met with judgment and unresolved pain. I truly hope others are treated better. I do not recommend this office if you’re looking for understanding, compassion, or quality care.

Fantastic experience: At my last couple of visits, I needed numbing shots for my dental work. Dr. Koren administered the shots without ANY pain. I have ALWAYS experienced the burning and stabbing pain when I had this in the past at other Dentists. I felt NOTHING. Dr. Koren administered it slowly as to not feel the pain. I never knew it could be pain free. And I've had lots and lots of dental work done in my 62 years. It was wonderful to be treated with such care. His staff as well, Morgan and Kathy, were so friendly and caring and helped put me at ease. Highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I went and got fillings done about 2 and a half months ago and they filled them and as a week goes by I was feeling pain in the tooth and the pain progressed . I went back 4 different times to get my bite adjusted and the pain was still there . The pain was so bad the tooth had to get taken out . Then as time went by pain got worse after they took the tooth out . And another tooth was hurting from me grinding my teeth from my bite being off ! I then had to get the 2nd tooth out because it was because the filling they put in the second tooth killed my nerve in my tooth so I had to get another tooth taken out because they couldn’t save it ! I had to go to the hospital because my neck had swelled up and it was hard for me to Swallow . Mind you this is 2 back molars in a time span within 2and a half months! I got a different doctor to take my second molar out. ! Currently this is day 2 of my second tooth being out FROM A DIFFERENT DOCTOR .

She conversates with you and really make you feel comfortable because the truth is, going to the dentist can be daunting. But she makes the process flawless! Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that was extremely painful and needed to be pulled. I made this very clear when I called requesting appointment. The lady on the phone said they could fit me in if I could get there that afternoon and I agreed.When I arrived I was taken into a small room that barely accommodated my size as I'm six feet three two hundred seventy five pounds and the room felt like it was almost the same size as me. A lady came in stating she needed to take xrays which were extremely painful as well as uncomfortable. Finally a man came in and introduced himself as the dentist and he stated I needed to get it extracted so I told him lets go ahead and then he says they don't pull teeth. I was like what,I specifically told the front when I called I needed a emergency extraction. He stated he could set me up with a dentist who could pull teeth but the appointment for that would be 3 weeks out. I was utterly frustrated, first because I was lied to about receiving a emergency extraction and then they tell me they don't pull teeth at all. I feel like they just charged my insurance for the visit and xrays and that that was what they had planned the whole time. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy and that's pretty bad but so is this place as a dental practice.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, and Dentist both were amazing. They took the stuff I gave them into consideration when messing with ly teeth. They were very gentle on my teeth as well. I believe Lissette was my hygienist today, she was amazing as well. Just all around a great place to be and get your teeth all sorted out. They weren't judgemental in any way and were polite about what they had to say. By far the best dentist I've ever been too!!!

She was gentle, very kind, and even offered calling me in a prescription for teeth (a tooth paste) No one has ever offered that or even suggested it, I asked her what is the besttoothpaste She did a wonderful job helping me find the best one but she said this will do better because it’s won’t stain your teeth, like other toothpaste will ..Overall I was looking for another dentist but I am glad I didn’t change. I don’t have anything against anyone there just some of my past experiences the young kid

Negative experience: For anyone with dental anxiety I would highly suggest another practice. I have severe dental trauma but had a tooth that needed extraction. I called and made an appointment , there was little wiggle room so I took the first available. When I entered the office for the first time it was very small, and warm. Adding to the already looming anxiety. Your called up to a window where the chairs are so close privacy for person information was not factored in. Due to front desk error I could not fill out the forms electronically, and due to tbi my hand writing is horrible . So the alternative was for me to verbally tell someone the answers while in excruciating pain. I arrived 15 min prior to my 1pm appt and was finally called back at 1:25 pm. Once in the back i observed very small rooms with the doors open and procedures happening. I advised the hygienist of my immense dental anxiety and she proceeded asking questions. The patient next to me was yelling in pain advising she could feel the procedure. They advised they were giving more numbing agent and she would be ok but she continued to yell and grimace in pain. That was entirely too much for me so i walked out . I left a review as I left . And I got a call 11 min later not asking if I was ok but to discuss the review. Then I got several later text with another appointment that I had no part scheduling or agreeing to. As well as other system generated txt. I would strongly advise against this location if you have any dental trauma or anxiety as well as claustrophobia. I truly felt in addition professionalism lacked greatly here.

Cathy or Kathy I have had her too before and she is also amazing, but she stays so booked because everyone requests her. I will continue going as a long as Anne is there. Positive experience: So Dr Koren is great and the office itself has some issues. That said Anne is our favorite hygienist of all time. (We aren’t young either.). She takes her time to listen to your concerns and has a gentle touch. Best of all I know my teeth will be clean and I will have no need to worry.
