Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. If you can get anyone to answer the phone, they are absolutely the rudeest people I have ever met. You're put on hold, sent to another person who puts you on hold again, sometimes they don't come back at all.And you're on, hold for twenty minutes before you hang up. I think Kimberly was in the back doing her nails while I was on hold. Come to find out, She was "checking on things" but failed to come back in those twenty minutes and failed to update me. When I did hear from Kimberly again, she informed me that she didn't see the urgency in making the referrals according to the doctor's notes. When she read them to me, it was nowhere near the conversation I had with the doctor and she said, "sometimes AI doesn't pick everything up" Doesn't sound very good for someone who could have a serious problem and they miss it because the doctor can't type. Every time I asked Kimberly a question she would follow up with "well i would assume..." until after a handful of questions, I said, let's just stop assuming and figure this out. With all kimberly's medical training and knowledge as a receptionist for many years, she told me, I would be dead with the things that could possibly be wrong with me. She threw out the excuse she hadn't gotten around to it yet because they were closed the day before. Because it was 20° out. The sun was shining and everything else in town was open. Maybe come app with a better excuse next time. I pray for anyone who has no choice but to go there...

Fantastic experience: The community health center , they dint took long to make appointments with me , when I was really sick and I went to my doctor he didn’t know what was wrong with me but when I went to the health center, they help and give me medicine and they help me to not pay a lot

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, Elissa, was wonderful with my daughter. She was very kind and made sure my daughter was comfortable the whole time. She explained each step of the cleaning in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of our questions. We really appreciate the care and patience she showed—such a great experience!

Negative experience: Dr is great!! Staff is rude! They play around with appt times so THEY can have less work. Don’t care about ever answering phones. I guess because it’s considered “low income” care they feel like they can treat you like dirt because you have no other option. Would be great to have staff who actually care that someone has health issues and needs help instead of being rude constantly and acting like your inconveniencing them by requesting an appointment.

Positive experience: They do good. It's just they never answer the phone. We needed to change our appt and called all day to no avail. Just keeps ringing and then after 5 mins it hangs up. Then you have to start all over just to go through the same. Need to hire phone people to take thier calls.

Negative experience: I mean...they get the job done. Though calling them is frustrating. I was on hold for more than an hour ... If it is a lunch break that doesn't excuse not picking up the phone to call back later! They do good work but sometimes leave you in radio silence. No response. For days! Just come here if you can't afford other clinics. And VCHC... please PLEASE improve your feedback to your patients!

Negative experience: Terrible!! Always cancel appointments!! If they answer the phone they leave you on hold

Negative experience: This place is terrible!!! They said they need to contact my inusrance before they can make any appointment with me. I called them multiple times to check if things go well and they kept saying they were waiting for my insurance to get back to them. After almost 2 month, I myself called my insurance and was told they NEVER EVER called my insurance. They lied to me and ket me waiting. I immediately called this place and was scheled right way. Ridiculous!!! So Ridiculous!!!

Negative experience: Tori the front desk employee is rude and extremely unprofessional. Should be retrained on customer service before she is allowed to assume a front desk position.

Negative experience: This place needs to improve not professional at all Dr Lapig examined by son with no gloves, immunizations were given to him and I had to go back for his immunization record on Monday,what if if he would have had a reaction!? The referral was never sent out for him until I made it an issue for them . They schedule phone appointments then call u as they please regardless of the time u request the doctor to call you no consideration taken at all first and last time for me. The doctor seems careless and not very friendly it’s obvious she could care less!

Negative experience: No reason for this place to be called community dental when they wont take anyone in. I have been calling for three months to get in. First the dentist was on maternity leave. I waited, kept telling me to call back every day before 8 and after 4 to try to get in.Four days of doing this and then the receptionist tells me oh the dentist isn’t taking in anyone except her patients already scheduled. Well, y’all have a patient in your system that you won’t take in just because? I’ve never seen a community dental only have one dentist and no back up for emergencies. Place has turned into a private facility and is turning away their patients whom have abscess emergencies and etc. If this place is able to ignore the patients whom need to get in for an emergency, Close it down or get a dentist that cares and doesn’t keep brushing the community off.

Negative experience: One of the most inappropriate bias places I've ever been, facilitated by nurses who are very judgemental. I would not recommend this place although I'm sure the doctors are ok. So whoever does the hiring needs to be more careful

Fantastic experience: The environment/setting was very calming and peaceful… One could watch TV while waiting and that was ok… The workers were very nice and professional… the dentist herself was also very attentive and everyone would explained to one what all the process was about and if one had any questions, just to ask… all the staff took they jobs professionally… and gave great attention to their patients to make sure we were comfortable….
