Experiencia fantástica: I had the best dental cleaning ever here by Brenda! Dr was great too! She filled a front tooth & did so cosmetically and spent a lot of time w/me explaining future dental work I need, but also discouraged me from getting all crowns just yet so she obviously had my best interest in mind.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. Friendly and caring professionals. Very uplifting ambience.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going here in 2022, and I’ve enjoyed every single visit. The staff is wonderful, and so patient with me during my visits as someone who… well…. has a long history of having a fear of the dentist office. lol. Dr. Jones is so kind and very informative, thorough, and makes sure I have everything that I need before I go. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: nice place to go, very friendly, explain procedures and options with advice. very reasonable with prices, one of the best dentists I have ever been to

Experiencia negativa: I believe the attached pictures speak for themselves. Not once was it explained or mentioned that I was having a special "scaling" cleaning done or what the cost would be. This should be a patient's choice and explained the cost that comes with it. I requested a new statement showing my balance is actually only $99. I said I didn't think that was too much to ask. In response Isabelle Smith says "actually it is", and tried to solicit a payment out of me over the phone. Huge headache and wish I never went in the first place.

Experiencia fantástica: In my opinion Dra Jones is the best dentist in Central Florida. She has been my dentist for more than 20 years. Very professional, and reliable. I strongly recommend Dr. Belkis Jones. And same to Dr. Gabriela Larrea. Always kind and helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so nice!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband visited this practice for a minor emergency and had nothing but good things to say about about experience with them. He said they were very courteous and made him feel very comfortable. The dentist did a great job of fixing a filling. He was very impressed with both the work he had done and the professional atmosphere of the office.

Experiencia fantástica: They are the best Dentist office in Winter Haven, Florida. At the office front desk, Isabel & Francis are very helpful answering your questions over the phone and with scheduling appointments. The dental hygienist Miguel is an expert at what he does and his knowledge base goes above and beyond a dental hygienist. Doctor Belkis Musalen-Jones & Gabriela Larrea-Martinez treat their patients like family and they are very caring and friendly people. They will do their absolute best to save your teeth and are very good finding a problem early before it becomes worse and also at explaining all of the available treatment options before, during, and after all dental procedures. I'm on my third visit so far and they have done an excellent job. My teeth and gums are healthier then they have ever been in over 30 years.
