Downtown Dentistry

Experiencia negativa: As a former patient of downtown dentistry, I have not seen Dr. Brooks in quite a while because I lost, not only dental insurance, but all insurance. Now that I am on Medicaid, I am furious and hurt to know that Dr. Brooks and Downtown Denistry does not work with or accept state funded programs. Shame on DD and all supporters. I have worked for decades to be eligible for my benefits. Enough said.

Experiencia positiva: Peerless performance.

Experiencia positiva: They've won me over.

Experiencia fantástica: I have terrible anxiety about the dentist. Today I had the best experience with Dr. Brooks & his staff. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Everyone was very patient and reassuring. Dr Brooks & the hygienist were very thorough and efficient. I’m no longer anxious about my next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is really nice and welcoming. Jennifer did my cleaning and she is great! It was the most gentle cleaning I’ve had so I will definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful location with an amazing staff!

Experiencia fantástica: nice people

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Dr. Brandt and his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely fantastic. I had put off going to the dentist until the pain was too much. Turns out the tooth was infected and had to come out the doctor numbed me and pulled that thing right out of there. No pain, I did not even know it came out until he said it was done. Im writing this in the car outside. Great place don’t wait like I did.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice people, you feel like you are in good hands at all times. Highly recommend Dr Brooks and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Brooks and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and do a great job taking care of my family!

Experiencia fantástica: excellent and efficient

Experiencia fantástica: Great work!☺

Experiencia negativa: All I wanted was for my teeth to be cleaned but I didn't get that. I know I have some problems but I can't afford all that you wanted me to do.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Downtown Dentistry did a fantastic job. Both Dr. Brooks and the dental assistant were impressive, caring, proficient and professional. Both worked well together and worked quickly using deft and precision in addressing the issues we had (crown preparation and replacing old fillings). The equipment and technology were both up to date and cutting edge. Both my wife and myself were completely satisfied and felt we had placed our trust in the right people. Excellent work from an excellent staff. The only problem I had was that, not hearing well, there was some extraneous white noise that hindered my ability to hear. Other than that, we were completely satisfied and plan on making Dr. Brooks our long term dentist. Regards, Dr. Alan David Profitt, PhD., DMin.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is super nice and very kind. The very best dentist and hygienist!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome staff !! Highly recommend these folks.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff are very nice, and helpful. I had my dental cleaning, and the hygienist was great. Dr Brooks, also took to time to explain several options for some dental work, that I need. I was given 2 quotes showing what my approximate amount would be after insurance pays, and the office staff was very nice and patient, and also took time to go over everything, answering my questions. Dr Brooks, does great work, and he even filled a tooth, previously, that I was sure would end up needing capped, or possibly pulled, but he was able to save it with just a filling! I’ve never had any issues the Downtown Dentistry staff. Call them if you need a dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: The visit went very good. I received a thorough cleaning. Friendly, professional staff who answered all my questions. Very positive experience. I recommend them highly.

Experiencia fantástica: An absolute amazing experience! Dr Brooks is nice, patient and very thorough with his work. I love Ivy (our dental hygienist) she’s very outgoing and wonderful with my 10 year old. I had Beth check me in and check me out, she was very helpful and informative. Would recommend Downtown Dentistry to anyone needing any kind of dental work done.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brooks goes out of his way to make sure that you are comfortable and have a positive experience. I can't remember the last time a doctor/dentist called to check on me?! Dr. Brooks calls you HIMSELF (not a dental assistant or staff member) the next day after you have had serious work done, or even cavitys filled, to make sure you are okay, and to see if you're having any pain and if you have any questions. He has now done this with me twice and it just blows my mind!?! Dr. Brooks truly make you feel like he cares! Thank you Dr. Brooks!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy Downtown Dentistry because they are very professional, efficient, and friendly. They explain things and why they need to do it and my experiences have been pain free. Dr. Brookes and his staff are great!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place. Everyone is friendly. Appointments are on time. Brooks does an awesome job.

Experiencia fantástica: We just moved to Paris and hoped to find a good dentist nearby. We are very fortunate to find Downtown Dentistry. Dr Brooks and his staff are very knowledgeable and provide detailed explanations of what to expect, what the x-rays mean and what they suggest for treatment. I required a filling for a cavity that showed up on the x-ray and was confirmed by a picture of the area -- taken by a device I had never seen before. The office equipment is very high tech. My filling was perfect. The office itself is a beautifully restored older building. The overall experience was actually pleasant. We're very lucky to have a high quality dentist so close to home!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the kind of dentist (and staff) that you would recommend to your family and close friends. Dr. Brooks is a kind and compassionate dentist and does wonderful work--just can't recommend him highly enough!

Experiencia fantástica: In all the years I have been going to dentists, I have never felt so much at ease and had the understanding of what is going on like I do at Dr Brooks office. He tells you exactly what is going on so you are comfortable. His office staff is top notch and are truly amazing people. His office is very comfortable and relaxing. A very down home feeling with the entire experience. Its a lot more personal than business here!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Brooks and his staff are amazing. They are very professional and do excellent work. They went out of their way to fit me in their schedule. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist and great friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Brooks and his staff are really great. They make you feel like you really matter to them. They explain to you what needs to be done and are very compassionate and caring through the whole process. Dr. Brooks, himself, makes a phone call to check one you later the same day that you have you work done, not a recorded message. Amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I just recently visited Downtown Dentistry. I had chipped a tooth and they were able to get me in the day after I chipped it. I ended up having to have a crown and they were very informative and nice! I’m usually terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Brooks is super nice and kind as well as his staff! Everyone made sure I was taken care of and comfortable! I will definitely be switching over to Downtown Dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: This place Rocks!!! Awesome people that make you feel comfortable!!

Experiencia fantástica: They are great people!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brooks and his entire staff are great. Dr. Brooks called me at home after 7pm to check on me! Who does that today? He is honest, caring, and forthright. He and his staff clearly care about more than just a paycheck! I would recommend Downtown Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brooks goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and he carefully explains each procedure before he starts Thank you for being part of my health team! Go Team!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient for several years now. The staff is always friendly. Dr Brooks is very nice, gentle, and always has my comfort in mind. I’ve had fillings, teeth cleaning, and more recently, I had 4 upper crowns fitted. The look was spectacular and the lab and Dr Brooks got the occlusion right from the start. I have no complaints. Good job!

Experiencia fantástica: Been seeing Dr. Brooks for about a year now, and he and his staff are awesome and friendly. Dr Brooks is very thorough with his exams and does a great job of explaining what is going on. Really love the scheduling system they use, it is very helpful with the text and call reminders of 6 month cleanings and other appointments. I highly recommend Downtown Dentistry for anyone's dental needs in the Paris and Bourbon County Area.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is great. A very friendly office staff and Dr. Brooks is really good.
