Met the dentist and the hygienist, and I liked both of them. The hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth, and the dentist answered all my questions. Experiencia negativa: I had an appt today that I have waited for 4 like 2+ months. I had major spinal surgery and was still in the hospital and explained that to them. They were very rude about it and said they had nothing available until next March. This was only for a cleaning. I feel this was very rude and showed no compassion. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Not very happy!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to leave a review because I am so grateful for Dr. Grady and her team. Two years ago, she fixed my chipped front tooth, and when I went back in today, she took such great care of me. Not only did she repair it, but somehow she made it even prettier and more comfortable than it was before. What I love most about Dr. Grady is that you can tell she truly cares. She takes her time, listens, and makes you feel important. Going to the dentist can be stressful, especially when it’s your front tooth and your smile, but she made me feel completely at ease. I left today feeling so happy with the results and so thankful that I found a dentist who is not only talented but genuinely kind. Thank you, Dr. Grady, for taking such good care of me and helping me smile with confidence again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about her patients. Thank you.

She shared some about her life. As a Vietnam Vet I felted very respected. I am 80 years young! The X ray tech communicated well and I knew what she was doing. Martin cleaned my teeth. He communicated very effectively, had a good sense of humor. I felt safe with him as I had not been to a dentist in several years! I now have a treatment plan I am happy with for my teeth. Financial charges were reasonable. Thank you Dr Grady and all your staff! See you soon! Gilbert Taeger

Kathy, thank you so much for sharing this. We’re glad we could get you taken care of quickly after your accident. We look forward to seeing you again!
Experiencia negativa: Dr. Grady had always been amazing and very professional with my daughters and myself but today her words were very uncalled for and really hurt my daughter as she made it seem like my daughter does not brush her teeth and that it is disgusting. I did not expect that from her as she had never before been unkind like she was today. I had never heard a dentist express themselves about a patient the way she did. My daughter said her words really hurt her and made her want to cry but she held it in until she was in the car. I could tell Martin, the RDH (he’s amazing and kind btw) felt bad and tried to make my daughter feel better by explaining that with braces it is harder to brush but he went on with pointers on how to really get in there. Not sure how we feel about Dr. Grady anymore.

We truly appreciate you looking forward to seeing us!
Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing experience. Originally called frustrated and upset from a previous dentist due to pricing and no insurance network. Arizona Avenue Dentistry was more than patient with me over the phone, answering my questions, and assuring me they were in contract. Upon visit, Staff was friendly and courteous. During exam for daughter, we discussed the issue, way forward, and scheduling, among others for my teenagers appetite for soda and takis. Afterwards, at the desk, appointment was made and pricing was amazing compared to prior establishment. Absolutely the best experience with dentist that I've had in my 9years in Yuma. If I stay here, this will definitely become our family dentist. (P.S. they have a huge bird cage outside the back office windows, with several birds you can see from the room, daughter thought that was super cool.)
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It means a lot to hear our team made you and your daughter feel welcomed. We look forward to seeing you again!

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient, I was impressed with the helpfulness of Dr Grady's office assistants to navigate insurance and provide excellent dental services. The teeth cleaning was remarkable. And Dr Grady took time to understand my concerns and recommend a course of treatment that avoids unnecessary work. Very highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Arizona Ave Dentistry is amazing! From the moment you walk in, there is an immediate greeting from the front desk. The office is decorated nicely with a welcoming vibe. From the office staff, to the hygientists to the dental assistants to the Dentist...top notch care and comfort! (Did I mention watching the birds from the dental chair?)

Experiencia fantástica: This office is amazing! Worked so hard to get me in there being a 1st time patient. Been way to many years stepping into a dentist office but it was ok today. Had a cleaning today, which was difficult but the hygienist was amazing, explain everything he was doing and promised the teeth would look brand new when he was done. They did!!! The Dentist came in to check if I was doing ok which was very nice of her and I go back in 6 weeks to talk about my teeth. Still scared but this office is amazing and I will go back for my appts!! Thank you everyone at Arizona Avenue Dentistry!! Just had a 6 week checkup and everything is good till my next checkup! I'm so glad and grateful to have found Dr. Grady and her staff! # 1 dentist and staff in Yuma az!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Grady was able to fit me in to their busy schedule within three days to remove a sharp edge on a tooth that was cutting the side of my tongue, when a ceramic bridge broke off of my permanent tooth, until the VA approves a permanent tooth implant/replacement. Experiencia negativa: I wasn’t able to attend to my appointment today February 23 at 11:20 since I have a family emergency but I called at 8:00 am to let them know and try to reschedule for next week, the person who answered the phone told me the they don’t have appointments available until September in a very rude manner, I know it was my fault for not attending today to my appointment but in real life family emergency is first. So no comments about their service but apparently I have to find a local dentist who have appointments for next week.
Lourdes, I’m sorry you had a family emergency and that our phone conversation came across as rude—that’s not how we want anyone to be treated. Unfortunately our schedule is very full and the next openings may be months out, but we should have communicated that with more care. If you do decide to schedule an appointment with us in the future, we would truly be happy to have you.

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality of care and service provided. My family and I recently relocated to Arizona and were seeking a new healthcare provider. We had visited a few other establishments, but none quite met our expectations. This particular facility, however, is truly outstanding. The office environment is remarkably clean, the staff members are both friendly and knowledgeable, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The equipment appeared to be high-end and current, which is a significant factor for me. The hygienist was very professional, and I was pleased with the deep cleaning I received during my initial visit. The doctor was also a pleasure to interact with. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The doctor's honesty is palpable, and I felt completely confident in their care. This is undoubtedly the place to go. We are delighted to have found our family's new dental home.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first visit at this office and it did not disappoint. The ladies at the front office are very friendly and kind. It’s a small office but it feels so personable. As someone who had a traumatizing experience as a child with a dentist, I tend to get very tense during visits. The assistant who took my X-rays was kind and gentle. I wish I remembered her name but I was trying to focus on staying calm lol. The hygienist, Martin was very kind and would ask me if I was doing okay while he was cleaning my teeth. As for Dr. Grady, you can tell she truly loves what she does. She took the time to talk to me about concerns I had, was personable and you can tell everyone in the office works well together which as a patient makes you feel like you are in good hands. I am glad to have found a new home for my dentals needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Kimberly-the office manager for this office for calmly and clearly explaining how my insurance worked regarding the payment for my dental procedure. Her patience, professionalism, astute insurance knowledge and kind approach truly helped me understand the technical and entire process. What was unique about Ms. Kimberly was how she summed up the technical insurance jargon from paper and presented this to me in simple and easy to understand English. She also told me to inquire with her in the future should I ever have questions about my insurance claim reference my dental procedures. I am greatful for her assistance. One can tell Ms. Kimberly enjoys her job, takes pride in what she does, exhibits the pinnacle peak of exceptional customer service snd trust me…it shows!! Thank you Ms. Kimberly. - Jesus R.
