Nela Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Finally found a dentist in Monroe that doesn't charge for every little thing. My previous dentist recommended I get a crown to repair a chipped tooth. Whereas NELA repaired in one visit with a composite resin. Insurance covered everything. So far, everyone there has been friendly and very professional. 295-26.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great group of Dental professionals. Everyone that I have encountered at NELA dental seems to be the best at what they do. NELA dental has assembled a team that cares about your experience and your comfort during every procedure. I have had many different types of procedures done at NELA dental and they have all been perfect. From teeth cleaning to bone graph surgery and everything in between. The whole crew makes you feel like part of their family. They not only do a great job, they care about your experience and your comfort while doing it. 5 stars in my book. And kudos to the administration that assembled this team. Well done!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Y’all made going to the dentist enjoyable!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care and staff. I called Fri. morning before Labor Day in severe pain. NELA dental got me in the same day. I'd had 2 previous dental visits elsewhere the previous week where I was referred to an endodonist and an oral surgeon. and sent home with 2nd round of antibiotics. Both referral appointments were 2 weeks + out. At NELA Dental I was treated and scheduled for extraction and implant the following business day. It's awesome to have a turnkey dental office who does it all. So thankful I found this dental office. The staff was great. The prices were as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for dental

Experiencia fantástica: A few years ago I had the worst dentist appointment of my life. I was in so much pain and the dentist ignored my cries. For years, I struggled to go back to the dentist even when I really needed to because I had anxiety just thinking about past experiences. However, I went to a new dentist yesterday and had the best experience I could ever have at NELA Dental they were so sweet to me. Treated me with such kindness and grace yesterday. If I even flinched they didn’t make a move til everything was perfect and my heart was settled. If you have anxiety or hate going to the dentist, please make them your choice. I will never go to another dentist. I love them so much for what they did for me yesterday. Dr. Pruden was a gem!

Experiencia fantástica: For the first time in my life, I don’t have to have a full-on nauseous panic attack leading up to going to the dentist! I didn’t know that was even possible! Dr. Rachal was friendly, extremely empathetic, accomodating, and explained my options carefully. The entire office is very nice and comfortable and everyone working there is so extremely sweet. It really shows that they treat their employees well, which makes a huge difference for the overall feel of going here.

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at NELA Dental of Monroe, especially considering the challenging circumstances following the recent ice storm that devastated our region. I was incredibly impressed that they were able to accommodate my dental cleaning appointment so promptly, demonstrating a high level of commitment to their patients' well-being. Furthermore, the hygienists consistently displayed remarkable care and consideration throughout my treatment, particularly when addressing the specific needs of adult patients. The staff's expertise in navigating complex insurance issues was truly remarkable; they handled everything with efficiency and ease, alleviating a significant amount of stress. I was also very pleased to learn that they offer their own discounted cleaning and services package, which provides excellent value for money. The office itself has a wonderful ambiance, with a tasteful and comfortable interior that makes you feel relaxed and at ease. The entire staff, from reception to the dental assistants, is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and reassuring environment. I also appreciated the abundance of available parking, making my visits very convenient. Lastly, I was very impressed by the practice's investment in modern and advanced cleaning equipment, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving.
