Experiencia fantástica: It's my 1st visit to this dental office, every one was nice and polite; my hygienist was gentle, talked me through the entire process and the dentist was super nice as well

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with my visit. Great staff and professional attentive care received. I have had wonderful service always but Anna, the hygienist, was EXCEPTIONAL today. I hope to see her again.

Experiencia fantástica: The Dentist and the Dental assistant were so professional and yet so personal. I can't believe I would state that I enjoyed getting a old crown removed,BUT they both were so engaging and so full of personality plus. They went into explaning every detail they were doing and I could tell they love their profession. The assistant even promissed me he would work late to accomdate my schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic staff. Very knowledgable, kind friendly cordial interaction. Quality service.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always friendly and so is Dr A.!

Experiencia fantástica: I have high anxiety at the dentist....think wanting to run away. When my retired, I was concerned to say the least. My first new dentist visit was for an extended procedure, making it worse. But they were great! They both wirked with me to control it. Ive now had two proceedure bisits and I'm doing ok and that's saying alot!!

Experiencia fantástica: A friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Martell, I am so glad she did. From the ladies at the front desk to Dr. Martell and his assistant each one was amazing and explained everything. I went back for a cleaning 2 days later and Selah cleaned my teeth, she too was amazing and did a wonderful job, probably the best cleaning I have ever had on my teeth. Selah was easy to talk to and such a sweet person. If I could give Dr. Martell, Selah and all the other staff at this office more stars I would. I highly recommend 590 Dental. If you don’t have a dentist or are not happy with yours, definitely give this office a try you will not be disappointed. Thank you 590 Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I made the mistake of not going to the dentist for a long time. Doctor A did a great job of fixing me all up and now Cindy is my hygienist who keeps me honest. She's a blast to be around and she gently encourages me to floss more do all the things I know I should. I enjoy going to Dentist. Who does that?

Experiencia fantástica: 590 Dental scheduled me quickly for an urgent visit. Everyone was extremely friendly through the whole experience. Dr A took extra time to explain my options and create a good plan for treatment. They made time I know they did not easily have to complete my initial work immediately! My procedure was as painless as possible and very well done. Highly recommend this team!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first visit at 590 Dental and had the best experience. Michele was so kind over the phone and helped me get scheduled and helped me with my insurance. She’s seriously the best. When I went back for my appointment Katie was so patient with me and simply the amazing. Dr. A was quick and efficient and eased my fears of the dentist. Cannot say enough great things about them! Cannot wait to go back! (Never thought I would ever say that )

Experiencia fantástica: Our family loves their service.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was vary nice and great with my four year old daughter for her first cleaning

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very friendly and kind they take pride and what they do and really take care of their patients

Experiencia negativa: I called and clearly requested a teeth cleaning appointment and they accepted my request. In fact they told me that teeth cleaning only appointments have a 6 month waiting period which I was okay with. After sitting in the dentist chair and asked questions that were very personal and were more in line with questions that would be asked in a doctors office and not a dentist office I was told that I needed X-rays . I politely declined the X-rays and reminded the dentist on duty that I specifically made an appointment for a teeth cleaning and not a full exam . I let him know that I was not told that they would require X-rays in order to do a teeth cleaning which is what I requested. Again I politely declined the request for X-rays since I was uncomfortable getting any for health reasons. I was then told that I was being refused my teeth cleaning service because I would not concede to their request to do X-rays. I let them know that I made time in my busy schedule to come to this appointment for the teeth cleaning and unfortunately this fell on deaf ears and was told that regardless of their miscommunication in regards to not informing me ahead of time about their supposed policy of insisting on X-rays they would not honor my teeth cleaning appointment. I was never offered a waiver to sign. I was simply told if I refuse the X-rays then they are not interested in my business. I left disappointed in their unprofessional behavior/approach .

Experiencia fantástica: Such a friendly, prompt and excellent group for dental hygiene. My crown was done with perfection and my cleanings are quick and painless! After switching to an electric toothbrush (per their recommendation) and having a deep clean, my teeth and gum health have improved immensely! No more thick tartar buildup!

Experiencia fantástica: They were fabulous. In and out... did not play around.

Experiencia fantástica: Always great and the staff are friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody was kind and caring and made me feeling very comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: They did a great job! They were prompt and precessional.

Experiencia fantástica: Cindy did a wonderful joy and is always helpful and congenial. She has been my hygienist for many years, and I could not expect any more exceptional service. If she is not available for my next appointment, I schedule a time when she is available. Thank you Cindy! Mr. Randazzo

Experiencia fantástica: Fast service and out of pocket price was reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to 590 Dental as a new patient on 9/23/25. First of all, the front desk staff was very welcoming. Then Lily, the dental assistant who took the x-rays, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained each step. It was determined that a tooth needed to be extracted. I returned in 2 days and Dr. Adel Rahman performed the procedure. Never in my life have I had such a stress free dental experience. It was done quickly, with little to no pain. I left the office smiling, and for the first time ever, I actually hugged the dentist! I highly recommend 590 Dental Group. Two thumbs up! Give stars!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone, from the dentist, to the hygienist, to the receptionists, have been amazing. The hygienist was thorough in explaining the whole process, and made sure I was comfortable. The receptionist bent over backwards in getting me in for an appointment when I was on a call list. Neena's kind, "bedside manner" was appreciated in handling my dental concerns. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: Abigail is an exceptional dental hygienist, she's knowledgeable and a bit of a perfectionist! Which is good for you! She is well liked in her craft. You will really like her if you get the honor of her being your dental hygienist too!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love my dental office. 590 Dental is top tier from the ladies at the front desk to the Dentist to the Assistants to the hygienist. I would not want to be any place else for my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient at 590 Dental for over 20 years, Dr. Martell was the dentist at the time. In the last few years my dentist there is Adel Rahman (Dr. A). This guy is incredible! He does great work, explains things thoroughly, and makes a "chicken" like me feel safe and heard.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a lifesaver! I called during the weekend about a tooth that had broken during a meal WHILE I WAS IN ANOTHER STATE. I was frantic about what I should do, and the Dentist called me shortly after and explained that he woudl see me first thing Monday morning when I was back in town. He did the work and put a temporary crown on it to get the new crown ordered so he can install if when it gets here. I am SO grateful for his help and for his professionalism!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at 590 Dental are all amazing professionals! It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Neena, Dan, Katherine and Michelle - thank you so much for your professionalism, expertise, and patience. My uncle is extremely happy with his new set of dentures. I think it’s mostly because he can flash a stunning smile (again) and enjoy a big steak! Much appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: I am beyond impressed with this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you’re personally greeted and they quickly learn your face and name, which makes you feel so welcomed. Katelyn Wheeler, the office manager, truly goes out of her way to help you. I am forever grateful for her kindness and dedication (she seriously deserves a raise!). And now to the most important part — Dr. A. He truly listens. He takes his time with you, he hears your concerns, and he goes above and beyond for his patients. He treats you like a person, not just another appointment. He will be the only dentist I ever trust with my teeth. I can’t say thank you enough, but please know I am forever grateful and feel so blessed to have found my dental home here.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental office I’ve been to- Dr.A is great !!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr A and his assistant Sam were professional and personable.I was very satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a partial tooth break off and I called immediately. They got me in the next day and was able to put a temporary crown in asap. I was stunned by how fast and how they met my urgency on getting the tooth capped off before it became a bigger and painful issue. I can’t thank the staff and the Dr. enough.

Experiencia positiva: This was my first visit to a dentist in a few years. I had a little anxiety but Selah made sure I was comfortable. Job well done on the thoroughness. Every step was explained which made me feel more comfortable. The dentist was very pleasing. She explained what needed to be done at my next appointment. The front desk staff was excellent in helping explain my insurance. I will definitely refer my family to them. Oh, my husbands appointment was a day before mine❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience. Very friendly and thorough hygienist and dentist. Got in and out on schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy I transferred to this practice. The whole staff is super sweet and very patient with those of us who have terrible anxiety. Dr neena is tue best she takes tue time to explain everything and gives options other dentists do not . I am forever grateful for gentleness she shares and am not so scared for upcoming procedures

Experiencia fantástica: Their work is second to none. Got me in last second and had to pull a difficult tooth and got the job done. They could have given up and sent me to oral surgery but they keep working till they had it removed. Would recommend them 10/10 times!

Experiencia fantástica: I got three fillings in one afternoon. Dr. Adel was very kind, gentle, and understanding as well as knowledgeable. They gave me enough shots so that I felt almost no pain. And made sure to numb my gums before the shots! (I had a dentist neglect that in the past! It’s very important!!) They are coaxing me back into the dental world. I think he did a great job and the assistants/ hygienists are good too. Thank you. I had to shake his hand. The fillings were not simple and small, they were pretty extensive. Also they let me listen to music on my headphones to calm myself. Going back next week for two more.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually have Shalah doing my cleaning but she was not there today so I had a different person. I was apprehensive at first but my experience was fine. He was nice and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for giving me a good experience in Shalah's absence

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienist was welcoming and nice. Will continuing going to 590 Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Would HIGHLY recommended. We love Dr.A- he is extremely efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to all things dental. We’ve had several experiences now where he pays attention to detail and never provides too much intervention if it’s not totally necessary (unlike some other places we’ve experienced). We bring our 4 young children here and the staff is excellent with kids and all of their needs! The front desk staff is friendly and super accommodating! Overall, great dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Appointment at 11:00 for tooth extraction. Professional friendly service, I was in my truck on my way home 11:27 with a tooth in my pocket (for the tooth fairy). Minimal pain experienced during and after the procedure. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: The workers are nice and efficient. They were able to hook into my insurance and know exactly what I needed to pay. Which was $0. The dental worker cleaned my teeth quickly and knew her work. The dentist came to talk to me as soon as she was done cleaning my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dental team with a dedicated team in caring for you and listening to your questions and concerns l, hands down best dental team anywhere in the area

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at 590 Dental, and based on the great reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment. I had Selah as my dental hygienist, and she was phenomenal! She checked my teeth thoroughly and explained every step, which really helped ease my nerves. I was a little nervous at first, but she talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing work, super friendly staff. I hadn't seen a dentist in long time so I had a lot of anxiety about it. Everyone made me feel very welcome and cared for. They did an amazing job fixing my smile, I couldn't be happier!

Experiencia fantástica: I would 100% recommend this dentist and Dr Neena!! From the moment I sat down, she kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay and comfortable the whole time. Her gentle approach and kind personality made the entire visit so much easier. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and they are truly lucky to have such a skilled and compassionate dentist! I was so nervous as i am not a fan of the dentist at all but this entire office is just full of very wonderful and very sweet people that it has truly lessened my fear of the dentist!
