Experiencia fantástica: Carla was the absolute best dental hygienist I have ever experienced. From moment we started she delta with my sensitivity issues and did extremely well cleaning those areas. I had a deep cleaning procedure done. It didn’t take as long as it was supposed to. Honestly if you don’t book all your dental appointments at Old Oaks Dental you’re missing out. What you’re missing is the amount of compassion the entire staff offers. I literally just started her a month ago. I am scheduled for more dental work always. What brought me back was the connection with each individual. The staff makes you feel like you’re part of a family. I said it when I left yesterday. They answered all my questions thoroughly, explaining procedures and options clearly, and offered valuable feedback for my dental concerns. Experiencia fantástica: I am incredibly fearful of going to the dentist. My former dentist closed his practice which led me to Dr. Fax and her team at Old Oaks. I was very apprehensive about this first visit—having to start over again with someone new. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and notes they took regarding my history. Yesterday, I had a crown placed and I cannot believe I’m going to write this, but the appointment with Angela, Rachel & Dr. Fax was AMAZING!! I have never, ever in my life had painless dental work. There was absolutely NO PAIN with the local anesthetic and the drilling to shape my tooth was done very quickly. My mouth was sore yesterday but today, it’s feeling ok. I cannot recommend this dental practice & team high enough. They are 2nd to NONE!

I hadn't seen a dentist in almost a decade and have multiple different health problems that can affect my teeth, including my jaw being locked partially. Everyone at the office was so understanding and patient with me. They explained everything as they went and were incredibly kind. They did not judge me once and took everything at my pace. Thank you to the whole team, especially Bridget who helped me calm down through the whole process. I am so happy to have found this office :)

Experiencia negativa: I'm always asked to leave a review. Ok, here is my review for the billing department. Do better. You're too aggressive. The front office staff thinks they're being professional, but they're really being pushy and disrespectful. It's uncomfortable. I've been with this practice since Dr Dan. I like and trust the clinical staff and they are the only reason I don't leave. Also, 3% for credit card payments?? The dental services are expensive enough. Gone are the days where a patient can receive an invoice. Maybe email invoices to save money on postage?

My continued experience with the Team there has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!! Once I decided on the options provided (I chose crowns), Dr. Dana, Kris and the Team did an incredible job of executing every step of the process from start to finish and in a timely manner. I’ve finally found a dental office where I feel genuinely cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is so patient and understanding with kids. My 7 year old is perfectly fine for cleanings, but had a bad day and was struggling during his recent appointment. He needed a few other things done and ended up uncontrollably crying. The staff sat with him, was very patient, talked with him and lifted his spirits and confidence up and he pushed through the rest of his appointment. So grateful for the positive experience! He’s ready to go back in 6 months for his next cleaning.

My first appointment included X-rays, and an in depth consultation since I hadn’t seen a dentist in a few years. I found out I have gum disease that needed to be treated before my cleaning,and a tooth with a cracked filling that would need a crown. Over the last two months I visited 4 times and had a positive experience all four visits. I knew ahead of time how much I would be paying for my crown so there were no surprises the day of the appointment.
