Experiencia fantástica: Dr Black and her staff are professionals. My first appointment at this office and the doctor put me at ease immediately. I will be back, I’m very pleased with her work.

Experiencia negativa: Staff must’ve changed or had a bad day. I was the first patient, as usual, stepped in the door, said ‘good morning’, got no response. Walked to the window to sign in, no verbal communication or acknowledgment; turned around to have a seat, still no communication from ladies behind the check in. Kinda stunned. Have never experienced this before at this business. Once my cleaning tech retrieved me, entire visit brightened up. As I was completed, and entered the lobby, paused briefly to see if ‘someone’ would offer a ‘thank you for coming’ or ‘have a nice day’, I then departed with the same verbal negligence that I received upon initial arrival. Really disappointed to have to offer this rendition of quality of service.
