Experiencia fantástica: I’ve seen Dr. Tony handful of times I’ve had a couple bad experiences in past with other dentists and was nervous he made me feel so comfortable.He did my bridge and some other work. He is so knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain everything in detail before and during and after. Also all the girls there are sooo sweet And really make you feel comfortable!

Experiencia fantástica: Let’s me start off by saying the best customer service across the board. I went in to replace a crown. They did an absolute great job making sure I was comfortable and explained the process. Marisol was an absolute angel. Answered any questions I had. She was with me through my whole process. Tony was knowledgeable and kind. Everything I said I wanted he made sure it happened. He literally did the impossible. Last but not least Becky was the whole reason I even booked. She made me feel at ease and was pleasant. Never once got frustrated or rude w my questions. Every time I came in she flashed her million dollar smile. I will be back they have a great team over there!

From the moment I sat in the chair, Dr. Tony completely changed that experience. He was incredibly calm and patient, and he took the time to explain everything before doing it. Nothing felt rushed or unexpected. He walked me through each step in a way that made me feel informed and in control, which helped ease my nerves more than I can say. What really stood out was his chairside manner. He laughed with me, kept the atmosphere light, and made it feel like a normal conversation instead of a stressful appointment. I never felt judged or embarrassed, just supported. For the first time in a long time, I left a dental office feeling relieved and even… excited to go back. I’m so grateful for the experience and feel confident saying Dr. Tony will be my dentist going forward. If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, I truly can’t recommend him enough!!! Not to mention, I live less than a mile from this place and just recently realized and made an appointment for a ingrowing wisdom tooth causing me severe pain and stress. This wonderful receptionist I spoke to over the phone was able to fit me in for a consultation THAT day within an HOUR! talk about high service at a speedy time frame. I was very pleased with my entire experience and the staff at Parma family dentistry. Dr. Judy was able to confirm and refer me to a dental oral surgeon who was fantastic by the way, thank you Dr. Danko. They also sent over the X-rays within a very reasonable time frame with no hesitation or issues. I will be returning as a patient for-sure as I found out I need to get a root canal done soon. Will be calling them shortly. Thank you again Parma Family Dentistry for all of your support and help during this extremely painful process you were outstanding!

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient I felt right at home with everyone here. My hygienist, Autumn, was so nice and explained a lot of helpful dental hygiene tips to me. Dr. Tony was just as informative and easy to talk with. Glad to have found them!

He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the entire procedure and any risks involved. The receptionist Becky was amazing as well; I couldn’t find my dental insurance information through my employer, and she went above and beyond to locate it for me. The dental assistants and techs who helped Dr. Tony were also very friendly, kind, and gentle. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. This will definitely be my new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Never been before but everyone I interacted with, from the receptionist to the tech to the dentist himself, was super nice and sympathetic, both with regards to why I was there and the fact that the dentist typically leaves me in tears due to fear. But no tears this time. When it turned out that I needed a tooth pulled, it was quick and painless. Taking an X-ray was one shot and done -- never had it happen that fast before, it usually takes several tries and then my mouth hurts. Dr. Tony was the nicest dentist I've ever met and I would absolutely go back. Definitely recommend this place

From the moment I walked in, everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. My fiancé highly recommended Autumn as a dental hygienist, and she absolutely lived up to the praise. She was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and made me feel well taken care of throughout the entire cleaning. I left with my teeth feeling amazing and loved seeing my smile afterward! Even though this office is out of network for my insurance (which is excellent), I knowingly took the risk because I wanted the best care—and it was absolutely worth the small extra cost. The level of service and attention to detail I received justified every penny. That said, if they were in-network, it would be a huge bonus, and I’d encourage them to explore that as an improvement area. Beyond Dr. Tony and Autumn, everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. It’s rare to be excited about a dentist appointment, but after this experience, I genuinely look forward to going back. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an urgent appointment here after my front tooth broke in half. I was expecting to he told I need a crown or worse, an implant..but Dr.Tony was able to get me a filling and it looks PERFECT..can't even tell it's a fillings, looks just like all my other teeth. So happy I called them first. I could tell just by their waiting room that it's a great dentistry. I don't have insurance but the work I had done is worth every penny.

The dentist was super nice and really knowledgeable. She's a bit older and has clearly been doing this for a while, because she noticed some things about my teeth that other dentists had totally missed. I felt like she really cared and took the time to explain everything. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!"

Experiencia negativa: I made my appointment for a new patient cleaning. One hour before my appointment, they sent an email with the new patient form. My cleaning went fine but then came the news that floored me. I have dental insurance, and I was told that I had to pay for my treatment and xrays as the receptionist said i apparently did not hear when I phoned for my appointment she asked if i had insurance.. The receptionist said that they " BILL AHEAD." How do you bill before a procedure? I paid $216.00 right then, and today, I received a bill for $126.00. I was charged $100.00 for being a NEW PATIENT. That's some welcome, and I hope I don't receive a bill to say goodbye. What a racket.

Experiencia negativa: Made an appt for my husband. The receptionist was rude as soon as he walked into the waiting room. He had his insurance card on his phone instead of a physical card and she rolled her eyes at him. Then, his appt was at 4:00 and they didn’t take him back till 5:15. Once he was back in the chair, the dentist didn’t even create a plan for him to get his teeth fixed. All he said was “well I can fill in this one tooth that’s cracked but it’s going to be another hour.” So my husband got out of the chair and left. Careless people that hate their jobs. YOU are a medical facility!!! Very shameful to treat people like that when they’re just trying to get their health in check. I scheduled him another appt at a new dentist office and they were 10 times better on the phone, in person, AND the dentist took their time with him. Don’t waste your time.

Experiencia negativa: My mother visited Tony Huron at Parma Family Dentistry for tooth pain. The dentist said that crowns were an alternative course of treatment for her infection and subsequently charged her $2600. After six months, the tooth pain persisted. I am considering filing a complaint with the Ohio Dental Board about unethical conduct and the recommendation of unnecessary dental services. In addition, I am considering seeking legal advice from an attorney. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was sad to say goodbye, when she decided to retire. I just had my first appointment, with Autumn. My teeth need a lot of attention and the best thing about this practice is that nobody made me feel bad about not being able to afford it. I have rescheduled for more work to be done. Ladies, don't bother wearing foundation in there, it's pointless. Lol

I drive 30 minutes to this office too! :) The staff is wonderful and never hesitates to work you in when you have a dental emergency. I have seen both dentists there, Dr. Judy Kiss and Dr. Anthony Huron. They are very thorough and take the time to explain the treatment needed. They also don't try to oversell you on services you don't need. They use the latest technology including a live camera. I really appreciate less exposure to radiation from Xrays. And most importantly, they NEVER hurt you! They truly are painless dentists! They offer extended hours and can always accomodate me after work. I highly recommend their practice to care for your entire family!

They were friendly, amazing, and immediately found the issue, though it unfortunately ended up in a tooth extraction. The only thing that kept this from five stars is that they don't take my insurance. Definitely would have gone back otherwise.

I have been blessed with excellent, thorough as well as friendly care through many years for me and my 3 children (now adults with children of their own, many brought to this dental office as well). Thank you to these three dentists mentioned above and to hygienist Sheri for putting us at ease and taking personal interest in each of us as you care for not only our teeth, but also for us … including not only routine teeth cleaning and care, but also wisdom teeth extractions, crowns, and emergency rebuilding of sheered off teeth experienced from a fall on ice and jaw fracture. Five stars; ten stars in my book!

Hygienist and a dentist are present and give you their uninterrupted time and attention. I enjoyed working with my hygienist Autumn, she was nice, professional, and she has done a really good job making sure I'm comfortable with every step of the exam and cleaning. She was gentle with the cleaning and I appreciate that as much as the excellent work she has done. Dr. Tony was friendly and took his time to explain everything he has seen on my scans and created a treatment plan that made sense to me. Exceptional service! Now it's my favorite dental center in the area.

The staff that I met were all very friendly and caring. Dr. Tony took his time and explained every step of the process. I felt that he was very honest in his suggestions for my best interest, not just trying to make as much money as possible. It was very refreshing, not at all what I expected. He's the first dentist that I actually made a second appointment for. I highly recommend Parma Family Dentistry.
